Personality
An upbeat and energetic individual, Kazuma seemingly has no sense of seriousness. He's well-known for his passion about youth and everything, the "Preacher of Passion" as some call him. He's the most energetic and carefree Jonin you'll ever see, although he does actually know when to get serious. He's quite strict on himself, as some may observe when he gives himself harsh 'punishment' for failure at something, usually in the form of extremely and unnecessarily huge numbers for practicing steps of things; for instance, he literally practices the steps for the Black Lotus a thousand times a day to get it to usable state should an emergency call upon its' use, as 'punishment' for not having it perfected.
History
Kazuma was born right inside the leaf village. Since young, he wasn't the most talented individual; that's right, he was originally a failure. He had very little, if any, ability as a ninja. He was always the one falling behind, unable to keep up with anything; that is, until one day he accidentally did something he was unaware of until having done so.
Having opened the first of the eight gates unknowingly, he had, for a period of time, been quite considerably stronger. This lasted for just about half an hour, but thankfully his father was there, and was able to tell Kazuma what he'd done. The boy, from then onward, learned all about the Eight Gates; he was fourteen at that point in time. For the next fifteen years, the man dedicated himself to mastering the Eight Gates, even so far as taking part I the Third Shinobi World War to further himself as well as fight for the leaf.
Present time, the man is a survivor of the war, as well as Jonin of a soon-to-be team of Genin. He is also a man who has taught what he knows to a kid named Kojiro, and Kazuma takes pride in his student. He's been on a mission the past few days, though now returning, he's ready to lead these new shinobi to their future.

Weapons/Items
Only two things are needed by Kazuma. One is his Konoha headband; the other, the scroll for his ultimate technique.
Skills/Abilities
Kazuma is a Taijutsu expert through and through. He's number one Jonin in the field of Taijutsu, at least within Konoha. Other than his Taijutsu skills and his Eight Gates though, he's your average Jonin.
Special Traits
Kazuma has an enormous chakra reserve, all of which is just free for use in his Taijutsu due to him never using Ninjutsu or Genjutsu. He's also with extreme stamina, as proven by his extremely long training sessions; other than that is nothing unusual, except perhaps in his personality.

Description
After sending the user head-first to the ground by launching them up then kicking them downward while mid-air, the user opens the fourth gate and swiftly drops downward, slamming heel into the opponent's chin. Almost slamming the opponent into the ground from this, the user actually rotates backwards to hook their foot on the opponent's collarbone, going onto their own hands and doing a handstand that props the opponent upright and a little ways off the ground. From here, the user can then split into one of two other techniques, either the Red Lotus or the Black Lotus; the latter is far more difficult.
Weakness
As there isn't actually much to this technique, there aren't many repercussions to it other than the user puts extra pressure on their arms by performing a handstand while (most-likely) worn completely out. This technique also requires great reaction time and willpower, as the user must open the fourth gate and drop downward all in less than a second so as to keep the opponent from crashing into the ground and making the following choice of technique more difficult to set up.
To proceed into the Red Lotus, the user opens the fifth gate and then starts off by kicking the opponent to send them backwards.
Proceeding into the Black Lotus requires opening both the fifth and sixth gates, and the user reverses back to send the opponent flying head-first opposite direction the Red Lotus sends the opponent.
Note that the White Lotus is initially just a Taijutsu maneuver, thus is B-rank rather than A. Weaknesses of this technique are far less when used outside of the Eight Gates, being a simple matter of requiring specific setup as well as good flexibility.

Description
There's not much to say about this technique. After performing the setup of the White Lotus and entering the sixth gate, the user sends the opponent flying through using their leg to swing the opponent head-first by their chin. From their, the user returns to their feet in a fluid motion with tossing the opponent, appearing above the opponent and creating a burst of raw air pressure in front of them to crush the opponent into the ground. The air pressure generally creates a dust storm powerful enough to darken the entire area of the attack, thus the name Black Lotus.
Weakness
The Black Lotus results in breaking and/or fracturing of bones all over the user's body, as well as severe tearing of muscles. The chance of permanent decommission is rather high, as well as has a decent chance of the user killing themselves too with how much their heart is made to pound. There's also a chance of tearing apart the blood vessels and arteries, thus internally bleeding out is quite possible as the cause of death should it happen.
This technique is still in development, thus Kazuma would not be able use I in combat without guaranteed death as well as a great chance of failing harm the opponent very much past what's done by the previous movements in the technique list.
Summons
Kazuma has a contract with eagles. He also has a personal summon named Shakaku, with Kazuma only the size of Shakaku's head.
