Fandom Naruto: ROOT of evil (private RP between me and MorikoSenju)

Chiruka blinked coming from her thoughts before looking at her teammates. Naruto looked extremely confused, but also strangeling excited and hopeful. Sasuke however, seemed annoyed but..interested? She thought for a moment pausing in her meal and glancing between them. Living together would help her keep her team together and help them grow... And it would make things much simpler, such as bonding. Could she handle living with the three boys that would most likely constantly fight...

After another thought, she slowly nodded her head. "They would have rent the same as they do at their places...for living expenses, but I don't see a problem with that."

Naruto grinned in excitement. "So it's like we won't be alone and will have people to come home to?" Naruto asked already thinking about it. Someone to talk to and not feel so lonely... "Like those slumber parties, Ino talks about?"

 

[Galactatech]

"if it means I can kick your butt in a pillow fight, I'm willing to give it a shot." Sasuke said.

Everyone stopped and looked at Sasuke.

"What?" He asked.

"Sasuke, that was a joke.. a funny one from you?!" Patorikku pointed out.

Sasuke felt embarrassed. "Come on Sasuke, it's nothing to be embarrassed about." Patorikku said.

Naruto couldn't help but grin happily with a laugh. "Ha! I'll kick your butt any time Sasuke!" He declared. "And maybe that stick might get out of yours."

Chiruka turned down to her food and continued to eat, covering the snicker she had as she listened to the others. Seems she would have some new house members... She wondered how much that would change things for all of them.

 

[Galactatech]

"well I could move in too. After all, seems like you could use the help keeping order." Kakashi said.

Chiruka looks at Kakashi with a confused yet surprised expression before it turns calculating. Living with their sensei she could see the advantages. And if he helped with the others...then she could probably fill more time with her experiments on chakra and jutsu creation. A moment passed as she glanced between all of them a final time before sighing. "It's not like I don't have the room I guess..." She finally said.

Naruto grinned happily and air punched in excitement. "Cool! Team 7 now officially lives together! Like a family!' He declared happily.

Chiruka thought Naruto was a bit too happy and optimistic...but oh well.

 

[Galactatech]

"Yeah, and now I can do this!" Patorikku said, playfully tackling Naruto as he started tickling the blond-haired Ninja.

 

[MorikoSenju]

Chiruka sighs shaking her head with a despondent sigh. "It will be like living with children..." She states softly, looking up and watching Naruto scirm and fight under Patorikku's onslaught. "Oh well...at least it won't be boring..." She decided and finished her meal. She'll let them all finish up and then start heading back. They would have to air out rooms and find futons and hmm...

A few days later, and team 7 was now settled into the senju compound. Patorikku was happy. He felt like he and Chiruka's house was now a home.

They spent the next month training, doing chores...I mean D-rank missions, and perhaps most importantly of all..... bonding.

Sasuke actually realized how empty his life had been and was starting to mellow out..a lot.

Chiruka still found it odd to suddenly have others living with them. She was thankful she wasn't completely responsible for them. Sasuke and Naruto were used to living on their own and knew how to take care of themselves. And Kakashi-Sensei was an interesting addition, he even let Chiruka look at his books. Chiruka found them interesting if not amusing, although Kakashi didn't seem to understand how she cackled at them.

There was also that...Chiruka found herself letting her guard down and starting to care about her teammate's. More then the distant affection she held for the rest of the Villagers, she was starting to actually be concerned about them. She found herself constantly helping them with...everything. Training, and Studying, Laundry, and House Care, and Cooking for them all in large group meals which...she really enjoyed... And they let her have her time in her Great-Grandfather's lab. It was...strange...

Speaking of...

"Hey, Hey Chi-Nee, this is what you need for dinner right?" Naruto questioned holding the vegetables out in front of her. He was bouncing in place and still covered in white paint from painting a fence today.

She frowned seeing they were nothing that she had sent him after and sighed. "My name is Chiruka Naruto, and those aren't right. I said the green ones that looked like trees. That is celery, not broccoli."

Naruto looked down with a confused pout before grinning. "Alright, I'll get the right ones Chiruka-Nee!" He declared running off.

"Nee?" Chiruka questioned herself.

 

[Galactatech]

"cuz Naruto thinks of you as his big sister onee-chan!" Patorikku said, the young boy smiled as he was reading a child's mystery book. It was about a team of Young Genin who specialized in solving mysteries around their village.

This current book he was reading had it where the team was trying to prove their Sensei was innocent of a crime that he did not commit.

"Ah...I see..." Chiruka said as she watched Naruto triumphantly hold up the broccolii once he finally found it. The stall owners annoyed glare receiving one from Chiruka herself causing him to turn away pale. Watching until the stall owner moved away she could spot Sasuke and Kakashi further away getting other things that were needed. They, were like a family...weren't they?

"Are you..." She paused unsure how to speak her thoughts. "Are you okay with having brothers? With this new family?" She questioned. It was obvious she was still reserved about it but...that was just how she was. Danzo-Sama always told her emotions were a weakness and to allow others close was foolish.

 

[Galactatech]

"absolutely!" Patorikku said without hesitation. However he leaned close to her. "What about Lord danzo?" Patorikku whispered.

Chiruka paused as she thought over his question looking over everyone. Her relationship with Danzo was...complicated. He had been her main caregiver for so long, and because of him, she had Patorikku. But he was strange with her. Different with the both of them. Patorikku was given no sympathy and had been treated harshly, but with enough care that he didn't hate Danzo. He followed orders. Chiruka...Chiruka had been regulated more, hidden more, more under his thumb, and given expectations from the time she could remember. She couldn't remember anyone but him, and teh Elders and other people Danzo-Sams interacted with. Expected to be better than best, while Patorikku was expected to be a powerful weapon. But..

Chiruka would admit she had more freedoms than most that were aware of his...activities. It had taken years and arguments to allow Patorikku to leave the darkness. It had been even harder to allow him to live with her outside of Danzo's complete control. She wasn't sealed...not that she was aware of, and she didn't carry the basic seals that Danzo placed on all of his subordinates. But there was a dependence on him she couldn't escape for some reason.

Glancing towards him she never regretted it. She had long ago studied seals and was still practising, all for the chance... "We are to find our own path but never forget what created us..." she repeated his words when he finally released them to the Hokage. She wanted Patorikku to enjoy life to make friends and grow and... She had refused to back down until she got what she wanted.

Chiruka nodded. "We'll make our own mistakes... If he was right, then he was right and we'll learn. It's not much different than learning the sharp part of the kunai from the blunt. As long as we obey our missions and never forget our Loyalties, I don't think he'll interfere."

 

[Galactatech]

This reassured Patorikku as he smiled. "Thank you Onee-chan." He said, hugging his sister.

 

[MorikoSenju]

Chiruka smiled down at Patorikku hugging him back. "I would never let anything happen to you Patorikku. I will always protect you, that's what big sister's do." She promised giving him a kiss on the head. "Now, then. Let's get the rest of our family."

 

[Galactatech]

"our family, I love those words!" Patorikku smiled, content in every sense of the word.

Time passed and after capturing that blasted cat, nicknamed demon cat Tora, they were given a choice of other D-RANK missions.

"No! No, I refuse!" Naruto declared with his arms crossed in an ex. Seeing Iruka's disappointed and angry face he stepped forward. "Listen! Kakashi-Sensei trains us all the time. We even do it at home. Even Chiruka says we've got better and always tells us how bad and weak we are!" He shouts pointing to her.

Chiruka shrugs. "I was supposed to graduate 2 years ago, I was waiting for Ptaorikku." She explained with a bored expression as she wrote something down on a scroll.

"Chiruka is unbeatable, and Patorikku is really powerful, he's a kid and still beats me all the time! Sensei already has to do special training with them both. And Sasuke and I are the strongest of our classmates! We are getting really strong too, but there is nothing to challenge us! We should be trusted with a higher mission. Anything but chores! We want to prove ourselves!" Naruto declared.

 

[Galactatech]

The third hokage chuckled that Naruto's immaturity, but ultimately decided he had a point. "Alright, there's a bridge builder who wants an escort back to his homeland. It's a c rank mission, so it should be more challenging those d rank missions, but not so much so that you couldn't get it done." The third hokage said as he had Tazuna sent in.

Naruto couldn't help but grumble a bit. They made the C-Rank sound like it would be boring and easy, which wasn't what he wanted! But he supposed he really didn't get a say, not until he was stronger!

Tazuna, however, didn't make a good impression. A drunk that stumbled in and insulted them all. They all agreed that he might be a problem. However, Kakashi agreed to the mission and the children accepted so they went home to prepare for their mission to wave.

 

[Galactatech]

Patorikku smiled. He didn't need to pack anything due to having his storage seals. Team 7 arrived at the gate and departed the village.

Not too long into the journey, they were attacked by the demon brothers.

Chiruka was thoughtful as they left the village, more so she was annoyed to find enemies. This was susposed to be a simple C-Rank...

It wasn't long after they passed the puddle that the attack happened. Chiruka was pushing Tazuna to Naruto as she shot forward grabbing the hair of the one reaching for Kakashi and yanking him back to slam into the ground.

 

[Galactatech]

Patorikku used the Asura path to fire a laser cannon through the chest of one brother, killing them instantly.

Sasuke helped Naruto protect Tazuna.

Afterwards, the remaining brother was being questioned by Team 7, but was refusing to cooperate. "Oh that's adorable, you think your cooperation is required." Patorikku said as he used the human path to extract the man's soul from his body, gaining the information.

Afterwards, Tazuna was pressed for information on. Considering he just saw what Patorikku did to the demon brothers, he was very forthcoming.

 

[MorikoSenju]

Chiruka frowned lightly at Patorikku. She knew he was aware of his limits, but sometimes he made foolish decisions without thinking about the future... Using such a powerful ability for someone so weak?

Naruto, however, was pretty freaked out that there was soemthing that could literally rip a person's soul from their body it was...horrifying... However, he really wanted to finish the mission and was now worried about the bridge builder.

 

[Galactatech]

"I also learned that these two ninja were called the demon Brothers and they work for a rogue ninja named Zabuza Momochi, the demon of the mist, so this should be interesting to say the least." Patorikku said with a kind of creepy smile.

 

[MorikoSenju]

Chiruka frowned thoughtfully. "Zabuza..." She muttered lightly to herself. "He's no legend, but he's well known..." She muttered aloud.

Naruto backed away putting some distance between Patorikku and himself. Watching everything he had done, and just how easily he had killed left Naruto feeling conflicted and lost. he had never seen anyone die before... "We...we should still help. No matter what..." Naruto declared after a moment, sure of his decision.
