Structured no differently than when it was submitted on the last RP. Just copy, pasted, and added in the extra info to fit the new character template. I split it into 3 sections for my own sake. For me its easier on the eyes and lets me sort information better. As for her background? It exists, She doesn't want to talk about it now. It'll unfold as ic progresses and in turn the background section of the character submission will be updated to match that.

I will in a week, or so. Right now I'm just testing the RP's waters to see how it'll go. Unless something RP-related demands the information sooner. I'm in the phase where I'm cautiously placing a foot on the wooden bridge to see how stable it is. I've learned a thing or two from freely trying to walk across too quickly only for the "bridge" ( the rp ) to collapse on itself before I even get close to reaching the end. Again, and again, and yes..again.

That being said, I don't mind giving a bullet explanation of the direction her backstory goes. But as for any lengthy explanation that'd require a decent amount of time? That'd have to wait at least a week unless like I said before..the rp scenario demands it.

I don't get it. If you're feeling that much trepidation over this thing's lasting power why not just submit a barebones character sheet with all the necessary stuff filled in, but under-explained with the promise of fleshing them out in-game later?

Well I'm honestly pretty concerned with a few things. Now while I understand that roleplaying is for fun, it did take you quite a few days to copy and paste your old CS and slightly tweak it and during that time, according to your would-be team members, you were busy planning character interactions and such with them which suggests that you really only care about roleplaying with them. It's fine to have a preference but there's plenty of people here and that behavior worries me.
Also you didn't add a backstory or clan info which doesn't give me much to work off of and it doesn't give the other players anything to know your character for which makes it harder for them to interact with you, and on top of that you don't seem to have much hope for the game so I'm honestly not even sure why you're applying.

That it is. A hobby. Hobbies like this RP over the past few days haven't had my attention lately because of personal matters. It's why the CS has taken as long as it has, and why my sleeping schedule is off. And I'll keep it at that. By the end of the week, and moving forward I will have more time to handle hobbies like these.

The planning I've done with KD and Des, or lack there of, amounts to nailing down that we'd be a squad and..the possibility of my character some day helping name her partner's techniques. I've been a ghost as much in the private conversation as I've been here. But as previously mentioned that should clear up by the end of the week.

As stated before, if the happenings of a character's background is a necessary in order for you to carry the RP how you want then I will provide it. In some RPs they don't mean a thing. In others they do. If thats the case here then I'll provide a gist of both her clan info and backstory.

I've had enough hope in the game to clip off 3 other potential RPs I could've joined. I only have the time to really invest myself in one RP. I've chosen it to be this one. While my methods make it come across that I expect this to fail, or that I have lack of interest, they are honestly just from a position of wanting to protect my time. I'd like this to be the first RP I get to see have a beginning, middle and end. That being said..I'd like to see if things can hold up for at least 5 days until I become comfortable spilling my full effort into it. In the decade I've been RPing, I've only ever seen one RP conclude on good terms. On the RP platform I spent the majority of my time RPing on, it was common for an RP to start, players to fill in, and a week later it'd die.
Does that sound familiar? Picture dumping effort time and time again into developing a decent character, and a week later or less the server is dead. Then again, and again..and again. Idk how differently things are on RPnation, but I've been here for a month or so and this is the RP I've chosen to see to the end. I just need to see if it can last a mere week so I can feel comfortable. My lack of trust is not personal. Doesn't have anything to do with the people here. Just the way I treat all RPs these days. This isn't a "woe-is-me" pity story. Just an explanation on why I treat RPs the way I do these days.
I'll provide a gist of her story/clan info and develop it more as the time goes. Thats the best I can offer.

I only just saw this.In the future, if we have problems with how someone handled anything and it doesn't extend to anyone else; can we judge whether or not it's really worth it to make an issue? Then, if it turns out to be, take it to PMs? If a verdict is something that needs to be reached, then concern the OOC thread, but seriously; poor handling of a lame situation.
