Main Plot (Subject to Change):
Only one year after the devastating attack on Konoha from the forces of Sungakure and Otogakure, a new power rises to the forefront of the shinobi world. Loyal ninja and rogue shinobi alike amass under a new banner, a criminal organization promising not only equality for all shinobi, but the destruction of kekkei genkai all over the five great nations. Vicious attacks on the different villages and the prominent clans residing in them has forced the hand of each Kage, meeting together for the first time since the previous war. The very real threat the terrorist cell possesses finally pushes each village to collaborate, forming a elite task force of Jounin and Anbu from the Five Great Villages. The sole purpose of the Task force is to find and eliminate the mysterious head of the terrorist organization, before further damage befalls the clans and villages.
Little is known about the structure of the terrorist organization or the details of their plans, but rumors of a shinobi possessing enough power to rival any of the Gokage resonates fear throughout the world. The crazed group actively seeks out those with bloodlines and brutalizes them. Going so far as to even make examples out of those who harbor or advocate a mixing of bloods with the different clans. The Land of Water imparticular has suffered much at the hands of this group, though Konoha seems to be the current target of the criminals. With pressures at an all time high between the villages, it's only a matter of time before one of the Kage's opt to take more aggressive approaches in dealing with the threat. The only surefire route to securing the continued peace between all of the villages is to eliminate the terrorist cell's leadership quickly, before an irreversible tragedy transpires.
Rules for said RP:
- You can make your character from any of the five great villages. We encourage diversity!
- Custom KKG's/Jutsu need a clear weakness or limit. Nothing is unstoppable.
- Characters should be well balanced when it comes to actual combat capabilities. Asuma's level, maybe a bit above it, is the general skill level we're looking for. If you're character is deemed OP, we can work with you to tone it down a bit if needed.
- Training and learning new techniques shouldn't be done over night. But we don't expect you to spend 3+ posts on them. Proficiency only comes after trial and error.
- We do have a few things that are limited, which include Dojutsu, some types of jutsus, and other types of fighting, but those will be addressed case by case.
- No character should have a particular close tie to canon characters. I.E. Deidara's little sister, Danzo's long lost love interest, or Mei's first husband. If you want to be related to a character, keep it either ambiguous and vague. We likely won't include many if any canon characters, unless of course we want to use them for plot points, but they won't be abused for anything.
- Combat will be done as realistic and fluid as we can get it to be, if there's a problem or miscommunication between RP posts, ask a question on what happened.
- Pending what it is, you might need to ask for certain jutsu. Such as forbidden or custom jutsu.
- The RP itself will have a 1 and a half to 2 paragraph post minimum. We'd like to see some semblance of effort put it, it doesn't have to be super detailed. Just something to work with when replying to you.
These are just our base rules to get you to think about what this RP will be like and will most likely change with the real thread posting.

Preferred battle style: (Close range, medium rang, distance fighter. If it's a mix of one or two, include which two.)
Chakra Level: (Judge your characters reserves, some good examples might be Kisame for high level reserves, Kakashi for medium and Itachi for low. Low/Medium/High)
Chakra control: (This is how well you are able to control your chakra, making more efficient usage out of it per jutsu. It also is required for more complex and intricate techniques like medical ninjutsu, puppet techniques, strong genjutsu. Low/Medium/High)
Jutsu: (Some basic techniques you know, from any field. Any reasonable technique from your KKG/Element will be allowed. Custom jutsu and forbidden jutsu need approval, though. Please mark what is a custom jutsu.
Summons: (If your character has any summoning contracts, be it small little rats to elephant sized eagles, list them here. You can use canon contracts, but we'd prefer it if you didn't summon canon animals.)
Weapons: (What type of tool does your character prefer? Do they keep the standard equipment on them, customized kunai, stronger explosive paper? Have a sword of some sort? List them here!)

R - If it's something incredibly unique and special like eye powers, yes. If it's an element, most likely no. There may be some exceptions, but none come to mind. Unless Huntrey would rather have it be the other way, in which case disregard the entire post.
