Dojutsu you mean? You'll have to make your own since none of the anime clans exist

Genin leaves most room for character development, Ghunin also leaves lots of room but with some power behind the character, and Jounin has little room for character development as the character is usually an adult. However they have the most power behind them, also Genin and Chunin are usually a little easier to write. Might help you decide

You could always go Chuunin if you want a little bit of both

Yeah likely will, i have enough genin setting .Its fun but the whole you got little to no power get annoying after a while.
