My Life [Inactive]

Once he is alone in the living room, he decides to go out for a smoke. He opens the sliding door to the pool area and pulls out his pack of american spirits. As he lights his cigarette, hebreathes in deeply and exhales. Much better. He kicks his shoes off and walks onto the diving board, sitting down on the edge. His feet dangle just above the water and he looks down into the reflective surface. As he stares into his own eyes, his mind begins to go from memory to memory. Flashes of a horrific car crash. His father's back as he walked away for the last time. He gets up, sets the cigarette down, and goes in the fridge, bringing the entire pack of beer out with him. He really goes to town on them, trying to get rid of the memories. 7....8...9...10. They wont go away. He pulls out another cigarette and lights it, sighing.
 
I... I... I... I Want a life...


Just like the serial killer in his book, he may have a chance at a real life. A friend... Is it possible? He put down his book in regard to the fact that he was still hungry. He was too ecstatic about the event that just happened. He went back down and made a turkey and cheese sandwich. He grabbed a Coke and sat down on the couch and decided to watch a little TV instead of reading.
 
Out of the corner of his eye, Noah sees a light flicker on and it startles him a bit. He looks over and sees that Jason was in the living room watching tv. Noah looks down at the now empty case of beer and sighs. "Damnit..." he pulls out another cig and lights it with his old one. He stumbles off the diving board and over to the sliding door and stands outside it, watching the tv. Even in his drunken state, he knew that smoking in the house was probably prohibited.

Jason looked over at Noah. "Hey, um, I highly doubt smoking inside is against the rules. But who am I to boss people around?" Jason was becoming more and more confident in speaking to others. It felt natural to talk to others, but he never once in his life spoke more than a simple sentence.
 
Noah shrugs and steps inside with his cigarette. He speaks with slightly slurred speech. "Hey, I'm just tryin not to male waves know what I mean?'" He sits down, realizing he had nothing to ash in. "Damn..." he gets up and feels something in his pocket. It was the beer from earlier. "Sweet..." he chugs it down in three big gulps and ashes his cig in it. Out of nowhere he becomes very serious. "Don't ever start smoking...nasty business it is..."

"I can see... How old are you? Not like i would rat you out. Just saying." He paused. "Hey, I own a studio. Well, it is my dad's, but it should work. I have a 9 piece drum set with a thousand symbols. Plus a few amps. If you would like..."
 
Noah bursts out laughing "Oh little ol' me? I'm 22! Everything you see me doin is legal. The things you don't see me doin? Well that's a different story! Bahahah!!! Anyways...your old man has a studio? That sounds pretty awesome dude! I uhh...I can't drive at the moment but I'm definitely down to jam there!" He makes an air guitar motion with his hands and laughs

Ok... this guy is a little Different... Or are all of them this way? "I've got an old pickup truck, but maybe we should wait a bit. In your current state, I don't know how fun it will be."
 
"Hm? My what?" Noah doesn't even realize what he's referring to. "My current state? I ain't high or anything..." He drops his cig into the empty bottle and takes his pack out, eventually deciding to not smoke

"oh, ok. Well I will drive. What style do you play? Or Influences?" He asked making sure this was a good idea. He got up from the couch and stretched. There wasn't anything on TV, but he did like the background noise.
 
Noah strokes his beard and thinks. "Well, I can tell you confidently that I play metal, but as for influences, hell I could keep you here all week and not list em all hah! ...but to same three....Pantera, The Faceless, and Lamb of God" He stands up, swaying a bit, forgets what he was going to do, then sits back down, lighting up another cig
 
"Pantera is cool. I'm more of a softer with heavier edge person. Like slipknot and Avenged Sevenfold. However, we have some pretty similar tastes. Glad to finally have something to do!"
 
He smiles and gives a thumbs up "you'll see how diverse I can be! I write stuff that's like anything from death metal to explosions in the sky. Ever heard of them?" He takes a drag from his cig and blows some rings
