Sure, I call it Wind Tunnel, and essentially after breathing in air, he would be able to fire it back out at dangerous speeds through these tunnels that sprout from his body. He can form these tunnels from his back or legs to increase speed or from his fists and arms to increase strength. The drawback is he must hold his breath, exhaling through the tunnels, if he exhales from his mouth his winds disburses.

I'm not sure I understand what you mean. Do you mean like he can increase the speed/strength of his airblasts or his own speed/stength?

The former would be fine, but I'm a bit unsure about the latter.
