Student: Purin Amai
Location: City Streets in front of a rampaging robot

Clouds of dust and smoke filled the wide city street. The sound of metal scraping up against metal reverberated in the air as the three-story-tall mechanical juggernaut swept its bulky camo-colored arm through another building. A hail of glass and concrete debris came showering down onto the asphalt streets below. Purin looked back and forth between her two teammates. On her left stood a strange looking student with an obvious spider mutation quirk, eight long spiny arms stook out of his back and were holding him several feet in the air he had introduced himself as Kumo when the practical exam first started. On her right stood another strange looking student. Hovering near his back were two wings, one of light and another of darkness. Amai wondered how effective his quirk would prove. Their team had decided to find an enemy far away from the center of the city to avoid chaos. It had taken them a while, but they had finally come across one of the mechs they needed to destroy.

"Kumo, Claire... it's only a matter of time til big green spots us. What's the plan?"

Before anything else could be said the large mech turns its head towards the three students. Its array of beaming red eyes locked in on the students and slowly it began moving in their direction.

"Scratch that looks like we'll have to wing it," Purin sighed.

Claire Sion Bishop ++Enemy Engaged!++

Finally. Straight out of a high-budget Sci-fi movie, the menacing mech made known its mindless programing by making short work of a building barely in its league size-wise. When it spotted the trio, Amai said her piece. Claire on the other hand tried his damnedest not to scream in pain as a large White wing courtesy of the sunlight guarded the backs of the small team while mentally crushing him under its weight. "Wing it indeed...!" Teary eyes met the machine's as he took a step forward, his voice shaky and soft. "Thank you robot..." Head rearing back and eyes clenched as tight as his fists, he inhaled deeply. "THANK YOUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!!!!!!!" Like a mother giving birth to a child the small boy squeezed out every bit of energy he could into one giant ball of brightness, shoving the thing into an equally giant beam of solidified light that tore through the air with the sound of a hundred whistles covering high and low pitches.

Claire fell back onto the road they were in the middle of, a smile close to that of someone smoking weed. All that stored energy was out, and he could feel the self-torture of his brain ending. Phew. Now laying down on the ground he settled as best that he could. It was over. That bot was no more. Sure he took the work right out of teamwork and dropped the enemy by himself, but they'd all still get the credit. Excited to see the looks of his partners, the towering titanic thing filled his vision in place of his earlier tears. Smoke came off its searing right side as it was merely grazed by the massive beam. Mouth agape, Claire could do nothing except look on, the metallic survivor still marching menacingly toward them.

Purin shielded her eyes as Claire shot a brilliant bolt of light at the gargantuan mechanical foe. An almost alien-like whistling sound filled the air as the beam ripped through the air. When the light died down Purin uncovered her eyes and noticed that the mech had vanished into a pillar of dust and smoke. Her mouth hung open for a moment as she swiveled her head towards an equally bewildered Kumo. As his gaze met hers all he had to offer was a spider-legged shrug. Purin now looked down at Claire who had dropped to the ground the second after releasing the bright torrent of energy.

"That was amazing," she began, "how did you--"

Before she could finish her statement a familiar sound once again rang out through the street, loud creaking and mechanical scraping. Purin turned her head back towards the pillar of smoke where the mech had once stood. First, it was just a shadow, but slowly the titanic construct rose from the dust. Half of its camo-colored body now scorched blacked, however, for the most part, the mechanical menace was doing fine. The mechs eyes flashed red once more as it continued its slow march towards the trio of students. Her chest tightened as the mechanical threat loomed in the distance, but these were the moments where she thought the quickest. Quickly Purin glanced towards the mechs lumbering legs then up towards its head. A plan started to formulate, she just hoped she could pull it off and impress the heroes watching her.

"Kumo, do you think you can entangle its feet?" She ordered quickly.

The student thought for a second, before adjusting his glasses and nodding his shaved head. Quickly he took off towards the mech in the distance. Purin looked down at Claire smiling as she helped him up to his feet.

"I'm going to get closer to the mech. I'll try and knock out its sensors with these--"

As Purin finished her sentence she lifted her dainty fingers and above them, three colorful crystals formed. A faint sweet scent filled the air as she materialized the shards.

"We'll try and create an opening for you... and that's when you'll hit him with another one of those special beams of yours. Well, that's the plan at least," she said as she gave the winged student a thumbs up and ran off towards the mech.

As Tomoki was pummeling the robot he was hit by rubble and sent flying from the robot as it's hand slammed down where he was. He caught himself right before he crashed into a building and regained his flight. "No need to be sorry. In fact, thank you." Tomoki uttered. He watched as Jean protected them from the falling debris with what looked like an odd dance. "Right!" Tomoki responded as he heard his order. He extended a hand towards the large bot so that his palm was facing it. A small golden flame began to appear in front of his palm. Suddenly, the flame grew to a substantial size as the sheer force from the flames produced strong winds behind it. Tomoki's clothes flapped in the wind and his hair blew all over the place but he had a smile on his face. He was enjoying this.

Claire Sion Bishop ++Set In Motion!++

Considerably smaller than before, the White wing floated to Claire's left side. The attempt at ridding two birds with a low ammunition shotgun had been foiled by something as simple as aim. Yet instead of cursing his inability to directly look at something comparable to the sun, he nodded in respects to his comrade as she shifted gears. That smile. Claire thought. He was sure it reminded him of something... probably from the past. Closing his eyes and shaking himself free of disbelief, he folded fists in front of him, hunched his back, and released his battle-cry. "AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!" It was robot crushing time.

Waiting for that promised distraction, the small lad prepped himself. First thing first was his Quirk's condition. Claire needed to use the Black wing. Plus, his White one while most suited to ranged and easily rechargeable in current bright daylight, would have to be approached differently. Amai initially requested another mega laser, but to do that meant reenacting the massive surge he ran around with in the first place. In other words, there was no way in fresh hell Claire was doing anything remotely related to that again. Well, at least not during the exam. His current state wouldn't allow it.

Taking a few more steps away from his partners, he materialized the shadows of his Black wing in the palm of his right hand. It flickered like a flame would, as he stared at it before tossing it uselessly to the side. Wasting energy? Checked. Breathing in and out, he took a more comfortable stance, his left wing once again growing disproportional to his right. However this time, it was a tad bigger than the norm. Ignoring the slow-starting wrath of his brain, Claire gracefully drew the wing of day and all its glory into a magnificently detailed bow nearly twice the height of himself. Unmoving, the beautiful bow of bright laid sideways as its creator dabbed his fingers unto the string, pulling it back dramatically. Claire held his free hand in front of him for a bit, catching the giant enemy in finger-tip cross-hairs. One job was given to him, and that was to deliver the final blow. That meant not just hitting hard, but scoring a weak point.

Purin swallowed hard as she ran through the thick cloud of dust and towards the towering mech. She really couldn't believe this was happening. It was a dream several years in the making, but all the time and effort she had expended to get ready for this day would not go to waste. As Purin emerged on the other side of the dust cloud she took in her surroundings and began to formulate a strategy for taking out the mechs glaring senors while also creating an opening for her winged friend. She was now only a few meters from the mech's treaded feet, however, due to its titanic size, it would be a nightmare to take a shot at its sensors from street level. Purin's eyes darted back and forth as she took in the terrain. The mechanical menace stood directly in between towers two towers. To her right was a half-dilapidated building that the mech had torn through prior to her groups' arrival, and to her left stood a skyscraper that had sustained minimal damage throughout the whole ordeal. The lavender haired girl darted left with a plan in mind, meanwhile, overhead her arachnid friend swung overhead before landing directly between the mech's monstrous feet. Without hesitation, Kumo began to unleash a torrent of webs from his wrist, entangling the mechs legs in a white sticky mess. The plan was coming together.

As Purin approached the side of the skyscraper she spread her hands apart and began to focus. Sparkling powder rose off her skin and glittered in the air before coalescing between her fingers and forming a single translucent blue shard. Once again the air around her filled with the familiar sweet scent similar to opening a pack of Pop Rocks. With deft precision, Purin shot the blue crystal shard into the side of the skyscraper next to her, the football-sized shard would act as a foothold for her. As she leaped from the street onto the blue shard she quickly began forming another crystal shard, pink this time and once more launched this shard into the side of the skyscraper, only a bit higher this time. She repeated this process and soon enough she had created a multicolored crystal staircase of steeping shards. Within minutes she was at least two-stories up within firing range of the mech's head. Everything was going according to plan or so she thought. The mechanical titan who had become occupied with the web-slinger at his feet now turned its head towards her. Purin shrieked as a single metal plated arm came rushing towards her. She only had a few seconds to think before the camo-colored mech armed made an impact with her. She took in a deep breath before erecting a large crystal behind her. As the boulder-sized shard formed it launched her forward and upwards into the air clear over the incoming attack. A couple of seconds passed before the loud impact of the mechanical arm smashing into the side of the skyscraper echoed through the streets, followed by a small shockwave that shattered several windows as it reverberated through the tower. Purin held her breathe as she descended through the air, suddenly landing feet first on top of the hard steel arm of the mech. Purin winced in pain as her feet impacted the steel landing. She looked down at her right ankle which had made contact first and began to roll her pants to examine the damage. As she pulled up her pants leg the red taunt skin below became exposed. Her ankle was bruised but nothing too bad. She gingerly put a slender finger up to the wound and quickly encased her ankle in a thin sheet of clear crystal.

"This will have to do for now," she whispered to herself as she remembered the job she had to complete.

Without further hesitation Purin got to her feet and found her balance atop the mech's gargantuan arm, still stuck inside the side of the skyscraper. Its head was now closer than ever and staring right at her. She raised both her hands and began to form eight dart sized crystals in the air around her, one for each of the mech's red sensors.

"Sorry about this," Purin said softly as she took aim and hurled each crystal towards its target. One after the other all eight crystal shards hit their mark sending a spray of sparks off the face of the mechanical colossus.

As soon as the crystals hit the mech began swinging its head wildly back and forth. Purin smiled as she had completed the first condition. Now all that was left was to create an opening for Claire to finish the job. Slowly Purin slid down the mech's angular body towards its middle section. As she reached the center of the mech's metallic chest she stopped her sliding by forming crystal spikes on the soles of her sneakers. Her breath was becoming unsteady. It seemed like she was reaching her limits. A bowl of caramel pudding was what she really needs right now, but alas she had a mission to carry out before she could let her mind wander towards sweet thoughts. As the mech's head thrashed above, Purin began to focus the last of her sugar reserves towards her right hand. Slowly her hand became encased in lavender colored crystals. The shard grew larger and longer until it came to a fine point. She had created a lavender lance of her hardest crystal. Facing the steel chest plate of the mech now, Purin inhaled deeply before pulling her arm back and then with all her strength driving the crystal lance into the chassis of the mech. There was a devasting CRUNCH! as her lance impacted the mech. Purin removed the crystal shard slowly glaring into the soccer-ball wide hole left behind. Inside the pitch, black hole and a single red light shone through the darkness. Purin assumed that was the mech's core. She glanced back at Claire. He was roughly 300ft back and had a pretty small target, but Purin was at her limit. There was nothing else she could do.

"It all up to you now," she said under her breath as her eyes began to glaze over. She had overused her quirk. Without enough sugar in her body, she would slowly fall unconscious. Purin tried gripping onto the mech's metal shell, but couldn't muster the strength and began falling towards the ground only to be caught mid-descent by her familiar web swinging teammate.

Tori shouts in excitement as Jean pushes away much of the falling debris.

"Fantastic move dear, but I wont be easily outdone!" chimes the French girl, tapping into her powers, connecting mental threads to dozens of rubble pieces still airborne. Channeling them into a stream shaped like a spear, headed for the weakened knee of the mech.

With an ear ringing series of clashes, the rubble hits the mark, sending a huge plume of dust outward from the impact. Alone it would've done little to nothing but in conjuction with the earlier attack it deadens the leg of the robot. For it to move it must drag the lower half of its left leg, reducing its movement speed even more.

"I slowed it down but my powers aren't the type that can finish off something like this! It's all up to you two!" continued the girl, dropping her outstretched hands to her sides, exhaling deeply.

Rosen was a bit surprised when the woman who effectively stoned his leg came along with him as well, he rolled himself up to his one foot, limping over the other stone foot as he turned to her, "A whole hour? Shit... that's one dangerous quirk." He grumbled, leaning down to touch around his knee area where the stone had stopped climbing up his body. "Probably should be extra careful not to do anything dangerous and smash this stone..." He mumbled to himself, banging on his stoned foot lightly to try and gauge how hard it would be to break. He stood over toward the edge of the top of the building and looked over the edge to his partners who had to have been close by.

He shouted over the edge, "I don't think I'll be able to keep going much longer, I think we should head toward the finish line!" He could feel his muscles swelling and straining already, a mere push from one of these team members next to him would send some pain through his body no matter how much energy he managed to nab from snow-boy.

Ivan looked over as he floated above the wreckage in a half-smokey form, "Fine. I'll catch up." He shrugged, not like he needed the help anyway, there should be a few more easy kills he could get now. He began to float off without much more consultation with his team.

He turned to the three he helped get up here, hearing a bit of their conversation he turned to them and spoke up, "You still need to take one down? We've effectively taken two already. With the sludge It'll probably be easy to get one or a couple. Stealing your kill was just apart of the game, Hopefully you don't hold that against me too much." He honestly couldn't help but ramble, when his body was constantly keeping itself pumped with adrenaline it was like the boy had adhd, as even with his stoned leg, he was hopping around a bit and fiddling trying to stay still to get a response, "But uh.. y'know, sorry about attacking you guys probably with more force than necessary. I tend to get a little carried away." His mismatched eyes meeting the boy who had smacked him with snow earlier, "You have a pretty neat quirk though, you might be able to freeze one of the bots in place, I'm sure this test probably has other factors, with the limited amount of bots on the field, they've gotta be looking at other factors, immobilizing them has to give you some points. Or flood the inside with snow." He shrugged as he gave a few ideas. Effectively shutting his mouth now as he tried to silence his incessant rambling.

Great distances lied between the efficiently immobilized target and Claire, his trigger-happy hand antsy in his mind. He was beyond focused at this point, the efforts of his comrades doing way more than its intended purpose. Using his free hand once more he guided the bow slightly skyward, dragging a foot back to grant balance enough to last an earthquake. "...Let the fireworks begin." Set free from the string a shining projectile zoomed through the air like a needle and thread through fabric, later spiraling into several lasers as it drew nearer to its target. Seemingly endless, the rays scattered and scattered until becoming a merciless torrent of sparkles that rained holes-a-plenty in the Mech. Strangely enough, the exposed part remained untouched throughout that star-shower. Turns out this was done purposefully, the culprit firing off a whistling laser much bigger than the earlier bombardment. This one pierced the veil of smoke over the polka-dotted area, transforming the menacing mass of metal, into a core-less menacing mass of metal. After the revenge-filled snipe, his White wing ditched its weapon-state, once again hovering behind him alongside his Black wing. They were both fairly small, this exam clearly underestimated.

Mission accomplished, Claire began walking in the direction of his comrades when as if a slain enemy in a samurai movie, the murdered bot dropped and exploded in defeat. There was no smile like his White wing, but the small boy was definitely overjoyed at what they'd done together.

Jean stops her defensive spin seeing the other two where ok with a smile before sliding of too the side once more, reaching behind her to pull out what looks to be a golf ball sized orb with a wider grin on her face "Oh for sure, just didnt want you two to get too banged up" the ball starting to spin and build up speed to the point its hovering just above her hand, the wind and air around it starting to distort slightly as it goes "Now....time to try this on something other than trees or rocks". Without another word she leaps dashes from her position before leaping straight at the robots chest, thats where all the important stuff would make sense to be after all. Noticing some melted and distorted sections that where far weaker than the others she thrusts her hand forward towards the construct, the ball tearing through the plating and creating a almost blender like motion to its insides before its back begins to bulge and blasts outwards....debris and parts raining down as the entire back seems to be missing thoughb from the front there is still only that golfball sized hole.

Pushing off the robot with her feet, she leaps backwards with a few spins and flip to land next to the other two on one leg, the final push resulting in a slow creaking noise as it tilts and crashes dowards like a fallen tree, landing in the clear space between the buildings. "Always wanted to say this......TIMBER!!!" throwing her hands to the air in celebration.

And there he sat, surrounded by his own creations. He was glad to have such a heap of snow around, but he appreciated the complete numbness of his body a bit less. His hands were, well, a lost cause at this point. He could still move them but the sense of actually feeling the movements made had long vanished. It seemed like he went a little overboard and a little too fast..

Nao was going to attempt prying himself out of the snow, but he quickly saw another person come to his aid. He was quite surprised to see Wolfgirl, low and behold, tear through his prized snow. She was very fast and Nao couldn't help but just silently look forward in amazement, deciding to spare what little energy he still had left. Elizabeth eventually stopped digging, stepping back and reaching out her hand to him. It was very funny to hear her speak Japanese.

The corner's of the Snowboy's moved up swiftly, and Nao immediately made an effort to stretch out his lifeless left arm. Happy as ever, Nao spoke up.

"Thanks, and I'm absolu-"

Tilting his head to the side, Nao suddenly caught a glimpse of the begrudged mister kill stealer. Nao was not very happy to see him, honestly wishing to unleash a storm of disdain and frustration right at the slug of a guy. Unfortunately, he didn't have much time to react.

"Wait up you- Hey!" Nao annoyingly stuttered out words of resistance, desperately trying to pull back his arm free from the boy's grasp. It wasn't moving much though.

"What are you doIIIIINNNGGGG!" Halfway through his sentence, they were suddenly up in the air. The surprise quite clearly caught him, his voice highering and significantly growing louder. He did not like this one bit.

The poor young blond was ready for something to happen. He'd probably drop them or hit them with something. Perhaps this vicious monster was taking them to his teammates to further torture their innocent souls. Surely, surely this man had ill intent.

But nothing happened.

Nao eventually hit the ground with a thud, not feeling all that much due to, well, his body being partially numbed and all that. It really wasn't a nice feeling. Soon he heard the voice of the stranger, now not sounding very evil at all. The anger and frustration slowly seeped away, only to make room for disappointment.

Reiko was luckily quick to appear, making the snow weaver a tad happier. At least his team was still together. The words she would release, however, were a bit disheartening.

Would he be able to take one out? Truthfully, he didn't know. He had energy left, not much but it was there. If he'd push to his limit then maybe, just maybe would he be able to pull something off. Lost in thought, he remained quiet, only to be distracted by the.. villain?

At first, Nao was ready to blast off again. They had taken one already before theirs and just decided to steal the other one as well? Did they not consider the well-being of the other students? How was that even fair in a challenge where you were supposed to take one. And to call it a game, a game? This was his future, his dream. Of course, he'd take that personal.

Needless to say, Nao was a rather emotionally driven individual, but he was also quick to change moods. The stranger's apology was enough to calm him down once again, cooling the fire within the ever so cold boy. Especially after his quirk was complimented and the weird guy started thinking of ways they could beat a robot, Nao just felt really bad.

"Well, I guess I attacked first. I should be apologising."

His words were humble, yet simultaneously reluctant and rather weak. The energy in his tone that was there before had toned down considerably now that he realized the state of affairs they were in. His destructive attack aimed at the opponent that wasn't even his opponent diverted his entire team from the main goal. It felt bad. It truthfully did, but it did cause him to make up his mind.

Grabbing himself together, Nao placed his hands on the ground while he tried to push himself up. It took a bit of time and effort, but he ended up with both feet steadily on the ground. He was thankful that he could at least still walk properly.

"Okay, Let's try it!" Nao would state confidently, while his body noticeably went through a tough time.

"We can at least beat one up a little. Maybe it's enough!" His words were still aimed at Reiko and Elizabeth, hoping to boost up the morale a little. He honestly wasn't sure how useful he could be, but he didn't make that awful atrocity of a written exam just to lose at what he was best at.

Those who have finished the test amass at the end gate at the farside of the city. Students mill about enjoying complimentary lemonade and snacks. Some who have taken damage find themselves in the care of recovery girl who has set up a tent next to the gate several meters from the snack bar.

-----

Kazuhiko grunts his teeth as he walks into the medical tent, his arm beginning to swell, the skin sporting a sickly sheen as moisture from beneath the dermal layer bleeds upward.

"Come here child"

"Let me look at that arm of yours!"

Says the old, short woman.

Without a word, Kazu walks to the portable medical table that's been brought to the tent. Sitting down he extends his arm to the tiny woman, expecting bandages, ointment and a stern reminder to avoid high voltage areas. However, to the boys horror, the Eldar puckers her lips, extending them outward to an absurd degree, before laying on a grandmotherly kiss, smudging Crimson lipstick on the youths arm.

"What! Whats that for!" asks Kazuhiko, bewildered, slightly disgusted, a tad bit of anger bleeding into his tone.

Does this old lady have a crush on me or something? I know old people can be creepy but....

Thinks the boy, stopping his internal rambling as his arm begins to heal rapidly, the swelling subsiding, the color naturalizing and the pain receding. The process was slow, creeping across the wound, but of pace held he would be fully healed short of an hour, far faster than natural.

"All better!" exclaims the woman, before slapping his still sore arm, causing Kazuhiko to yelp in pain.

"I know electrical burns when I see them! Avoid high voltage areas you idiot!" scolds Recovery Girl, walking to the tent opening, calling in the next wounded student, ushering out the kinetic controller while accepting her next victim.

Coming out into the sunlight, Kazuhiko squint his eyes, his face stone cold, hiding internal anxiety. Would he pass? Would UA take him? Had he gone too far in the fight against the other students? Rather than worry needlessly he cut off his thoughts, drowning them in free lemonade and snacks, determined to wait confidently for the news in two weeks rather than ruin his life with worry. It was a hopeless pledge with no chance of success, even the stoic boy would fall to anxiety, but for the time being he would try his very best to focus on the positives.

Elizabeth smiled a little when Nao seemed to be okay. At least they hadn't accidentally killed him instead of the robots, right? Before Nao could finish his sentence, the guy that had attacked them grabbed him and pulled him away.

Oh no. Oh hell no. Not her teammate! Elizabeth immediately grabbed on for dear life as he propelled them all to a roof. As soon as they landed, Elizabeth took in his leg. Seriously, she was glad Reiko was on her side at the moment. Their quirks weren't well matched at all. She would kill Liz in a fight. Reiko had followed them to the same location, but at the moment Elizabeth in all the excitement ended up falling on her back, breathing heavily as she looked up at the sky.

"I...I'm okay..." She said. "Just...catching my breath." She got back to her feet. She rolled her shoulders. Actually, despite all of the commotion, Elizabeth had come out of the whole thing pretty unscathed. Meanwhile Nao looked like he could barely walk and Reiko looked a bit busted up from--

That guy.

Before she could give him a piece of her mind, he started speaking, and though Elizabeth listened with her hands on her hips and a sour expression didn't actually find it in herself to stay angry. He'd apologized, and even given them some advice. Elizabeth sighed.

"...no harm no foul," Elizabeth sighed. She admitted, "you have a good quirk."

Elizabeth stood near the edge of the roof, looking out across it. "There are a few that seem to be having trouble moving around," she agreed. She looked back at Reiko. "It might be easier now for you to keep your hand on one."

She rubbed her hands together. They could still take a robot down if they wanted to. She looked back down at the ground. "Um...okay. But how are we going to get down? These buildings are hollow on the inside." She looked around them. "Is there a fire escape or something?"

Nao probably didn't have it in him to make a snowbank big enough to cushion a fall. Elizabeth actually had some decent rooftop crossing skills; she'd lived in Paris briefly, where parkour was pretty popular, and she'd learned a few things to make her quirk more effective. But she couldn't very well zip across rooftops to get back to the ground and leave her team behind. "Maybe we could jump one from above for the element of surprise...?" She suggested, her voice softening a little, half talking to herself more than actually giving a suggestion.

Rosen smiled a bit as he looked at this group, they all forgave him pretty easy, he wasn't sure to find that funny and call them naive for forgiving him so quickly, but at the same time, it's not like they were actually enemies. In the context of this test, it made sense to forgive someone for pissing you off here. Looking to the blonde girl who brought up the issue of getting down, he blinked a little, his team never had trouble getting to rooftops. "I jumped on one of them from the roof, and kind of fell inside from my power quirk and got quite scathed up, so unless you can keep walking after an electrical shock from some adrenaline or energy pumping quirk like mine, it might now be a good idea." He told her as he pointed that he certainly h ad a lot of shock damage if it weren't for that fact that he could numb his pain he may not be able to move, plus his right arm looked wounded at the elbow with large gashes, then there was the difficulty of the stoned leg as he hopped around on one leg, keeping his balance.

It was easy to forget he was injured with a Quirk like his. He looked around at their team, realizing he kind of hurt the stone girl, "There is a fire escape on most of these buildings, I just used smaller jumps from those the first time I got to the roof. If you want I can probably cushion your fall if you want me to jump you back down near one of the bots." He decided he may as well offer them a way down, since he was the one that got them up there, even if it was to save them from the giant wave of sludge that seemed to somewhat encase these bots. "Might be able to split you guys up a bit too, that way maybe you can take down 2 bots? I can set you two down at one, cause you can probably take one down if you work together." He pointed to the girl and the snowboy, "Then I'll take her to take down another, I'm positive her stoning the thing like she did my leg can count as taking one down." He looked to the others to make sure they were okay with it.

He probably shouldn't be offering to go along with this team, this wasn't even his team. But he was caught up in the moment again and he was so forgetful of his own injuries, he could force himself to keep going. This game was still fun, he wasn't ready to end the trip just yet. Hopefully he didn't wast anymore energy though, he'd be quick to pass out if he did too much. He can at least provide a ride for these guys and make it back to the finish line area though.

Ten minutes pass since anyone's characters have done anything on paper. In that time almost everyone has gathered at the snack and medical station at the far end of the mock city. The students mill about anxiously as the time is soon for an announcement

With the last few students stumbling through the gate, the time expires, all fifteen robots lay smoldering in various states of ruin and dismemberment. With that, the UA entrance exams are done for the year. Many students stand around staring into space, believing themselves failures, taking the tests objectives on face value. Others who failed to kill a robot hold for hope, praying for a hidden scoring system, while others still, 45 to be exact, stand confident in the wake of their success.

Upon the podium to the left of the snack bar, Aisawa stands, taking a microphone from another member of the faculty, tapping the fuzzy head of the device three times to test for sound.

After verifying it's status, and dropping three eyedrops into his two tired, red eyes, the teacher speaks.

"Some of you may have guessed this already... But there was more to the test than just defeating a robot."

"You lied to us!!!" came one shocked voice, with several more offering similar sentiments, each one perplexed, angry or both.

"A tactical mis direction. To see your initiative! Which among you take leadership roles! Which among you seek the challenge! Who cowers waiting to take from others? Who allows teammates to do the heavy lifting and who takes the burdon valuntarily....?"

"These are all valuable character points. Traits that define who among us are built to be heros, and which among us are not..."

"What about - -

"Your quirks? Your powers?" answers the teacher, cutting off the question with a glare.

"Of course we measure such things, a heros strength is important. As important as strength though, is the conviction to take on a challenge."

"Those among you who waited in the shadows to poach a kill were marked for such behavior, while teams that did not acquire a kill but fought honerably and with skill were marked for their merits."

"A full breakdown of your score, with every variable marked, will be included in your acceptance, or rejection letter."

As the proctor finishes his monologue, a series of relieved gasps spread through the crowd. People who had fought valiantly only to lose kills to poachers could still pass, on top of that, just the initiative to seek out challenge would be marked as a positive. This key news washed through the crowd, bringing hope to those who had failed the primary objective. Meanwhile, teams of kill poachers groaned, furious at their own short minded decision to play the game as a player, rather than a hero.

With that, the crowd is brought back to the front of the entire campus, about a half mile from the mock city. The students are then ushered through the gate, which closes as they leave, sealing the campus with a tripple layer of imposing steel walls.

One week later
The mailman knocks, before the second hit lands you've already opened the door, thanked him, signed for it and brought it back to your room. Or maybe you drag yourself to the front door, just KNOWING that you've failed the test.... Either way the envelope finds itself on your desk, bed, table, floor etc.

You open it and! Well tell us in your next post anyhow OK!

In other news
Two heros have been reported as missing. Kamui Woods and Best Jeanist. Neither have been seen in days. The internet runs amock with rumors of black operations where heros are doing deep undercover work, while other rumors stipulate a serial murderer/kidnapper is responsible. Only time will tell. However the superhero community is on their toes, with most believing that the reality is the latter of the two theories rather than the former. It is headline news so most people will know about this.

One more week later.
You arrive at UA for your first ever day of hero school.... Or not if you failed for whatever reason...

Buuuuuut yeah, hopefully you're here, you (Fingers crossed) made it! Day one of hero mfing school!

Youre homeroom is class 1-A. The professional birthplace of many top tier heros. You arrive at the classroom and sit down among the gathered students. Some have arrived early, others have yet to arrive. I'm not sure when you got here, but whatever that's unimportant. Whats important is that you're on the road to being a professional superhero at the most prestigious school in Japan!

GM notes
Feel free to write up a post of you showing up to the school/class. Interaction is all good. I'll have a post up very shortly introducing our teacher. I just want to give everyone a chance to say what up and to arrive at the class. You can also summarize anything that's happened between when I cut the exam off and now, including the acceptance note, learning of the missing heros, arriving at the school for the first time etc.

Elizabeth didn't know how to feel about being accepted into UA. On one hand, she was happy, of course--ecstatic, in fact, even if her face didn't really do excited. But as for how she did it? Elizabeth wasn't sure if she really deserved it.

Not a single robot. As she walked out of that exam mostly unscathed, she was almost...ashamed, seeing Nao and Reiko so banged up. As if she hadn't done enough. Elizabeth had been expecting the worst while she waited for the letter, fingers crossed. When it had finally arrived and she teared it open with shaking hands, the result had shocked her.

Accepted.

You were the first to formulate a plan and took initiative in leading your teammates, showing a remarkable amount of care and cooperation despite having known each other for a short time. Given the nature of hero work requiring spontaneous partnerships, a willingness to collaborate is extremely important.

In addition, your ability to keep a level head and stay calm even after your brief encounter with a rival team was very impressive.

She was level headed and good at working with other people. It felt kind of...slight, for being accepted into UA? Elizabeth would take it though, she guessed. It was just a chance to really prove that she belonged there. Especially after that news of Kamui Woods and Best Jeanist...now more than ever, she needed to work hard. She knew what kind of villains they were going to be up against.

Elizabeth was one of the first people to show up in homeroom. She sat in a back corner of the class; Elizabeth's hearing made it easy to hear anything at the front of the room, and if their homeroom teacher was particularly loud? She wouldn't have to worry about it. She'd been sitting in the back of all her classrooms for years. She smoothed her hands down her thighs, unused to wearing a skirt, looking down at her notebook. Elizabeth grabbed a pen. She inserted the cap in her mouth and started to chew it, still in deep thought over her acceptance. Periodically her eyes glanced upward, trying to see if any familiar faces came through the door. She hoped Nao and Reiko had been accepted too.

If she deserved it, they certainly did.

She didn't even notice that she was making a small 'rrrrr' sound as she gnawed on the cap, the inner wolf coming out a bit.

After the final robot falls, Jean takes a moment to look on her work before giving the overs a mock salute and flipping off to travel across the make up city to aid the other teams....and enjoy the free use of her quirk on the testing ground maybe. It was something they heavily forbid/was Illegal to use normally which felt stifling at times, not being able to use your quirk felt like being told you couldnt use your right leg to her, resigned to hobbling around. Nevertheless as the final few students emerge from the city she appears just as high energy as before with a large grin, though moment she eyes the snack stand they do slide straight over to go through what remains...causing some annoyance as she attempts to avoid medical checkups in favor of such meaning they needed to do so while she was busy fueling up again.

The girl is still chewing away as they go through the speech, I mean breaking a person down into points wasnt exacly the most humanizing thing but heck there had to be someway to sort through people so maybe it was just more about efficency with the number of applicants. Either way regardless of outcome she had a fantastic day.

One week later

The atmosphere at home was tense throughout the week as they waited for the results, even with the potential of approaching classes her parents were not allowing them to slow down in the least, her having wanted a full account of what happened with...constructive feedback to say the least. Doubling up her private lessons at the same time had even her exahausted by the time the package was delivered to the front gate, panting and glad for the respite...though attempting not to show it as she sat across from her mother, the letter of acceptance on the table. Rightening her mosture she delicately opens the envelope to read the final reply, scanning for the key words as she starts to read it out to her mother with a few minor winces at certain parts.

"Accepted....showing fast reactions you made the most of the small amount of time prior as well as during travel to formulate your plans, guiding along but not commanding those on your team as well as showing excellent adaptative and reactive abilitys once the threat was encountered. Your choice of targets also prevented excessive damage to that portion of the city which would have been a factor should like so many others you have targeted the closet first. This awareness and correct deligation of resources even without communicating with the other teams saved us considerably on the allocated repair budget allowing us a........" pausing looking up afterwards "It kinda goes on about a party and drinks." flicking through several more pages before carrying on "....Upside down with a traffic cone. While your end leaving time was in the lower percentile your actions in the aid of other teams after your initial objective was complete, this was not part of the test and despite conflicts with incorrect assumptions you displayed a great reason, patience and maturity in those interactions to minimize damage. This is a good example of a live situation in which aid would be given in the event of a city wide attack, or merely keeping up with multiple events occuring side by side with allocation of limited resources......" she carries on a bit more before stopping and looking to the passive face of her mother, recieving merely a "Acceptable, Maintain this during the course. We will double up your private classes until then". The final part made her internally groan as she slowly nods before leaving the room to colloapse on her bed and get a short rest before the next tutor arrived.

One more week later.

A Large black bently pulls up at the front of the school, the driver letting her out as she stands in full uniform if somewhat stiff and proper, though the large grin and energetic loose stance returns after a few steps inside the gate and her noticing the car pass away down the street. With glee she sprints down the halls looking for her class turning open the handle to enter and take a seat near the window.

1 week had passed since that dreaded exam.

At this point, Reiko was about to gnaw her fingers off. Her nerves were out the roof. Of course, she kept up appearances around her family, who had all seemed to pop out of the woodwork the second she got home from the exam. Afterall, a large portion of her family were either current or retired pro-heroes; she supposed they had the right to be curious at least.

However, the black-haired girl hadn't actually told them how things went down. Reiko had said that she had done well, but the whole 'not-taking-down-a-robot' issue had not come up in the family dinners. Reiko just truly hoped she had made it; if she didn't, she would have have to make some time for the barrage of accusing questions that would be sure to come from her parents.

Reiko jumped nearly a foot into the air. The doorbell had rang. 'Oh no, oh no, oh no, oh no, oh no. You've gone and done it, Reiko. The rejection letter is here. You, and Elizabeth, and Nao, we're all rejected!' Allowing herself only a few seconds to moan dramatically about her assumed failure, Reiko stood up, steeled her resolve, and marched towards her bedroom door.

The Kimura Family Estate was large, yes, but the walk from her room to the front door had never felt so long as it did at this moment. Opening the door slowly, very slowly, Reiko peered down at the cursed letter sitting innocently on their embriodered doormat. She picked it up, her hand shaking slightly. Glancing behind her, the girl took note of the empty foyer. 'Thank goodness; the coast is clear.' Reiko quickly made it back to her room. Hopefully her family would ignore the doorbell and not come looking for her for a while.

She managed to sit on her bed for a while before opening the letter. Eventually, she gave in, and slowly cut the seal. As the parchment unfolded, Reiko's eyes were drawn to one thing only; written in large, bold letters, was the phrase: "YOU'VE BEEN ACCEPTED TO YUUEI. WELCOME TO YOUR HERO ACADEMIA!"

She couldn't help it. Reiko knew it wasn't respectful in the slightest, but really, who could blame her?

She shrieked at the top of her lungs.

Almost immediately, she could hear the footsteps of her family making their way towards her door. With haste, Mamoru Kimura burst through her door, his skin already transformed partially. "What is it!?" He yelled. Her mother and younger brother were quick to follow.

Holding one hand over her mouth, Reiko handed over the paper, her hands shaking, tears creeping up into her eyes. "I made it in." She whispered. Louder, she repeated herself. "I made it in!!"

The rest of her day was filled with celebration with her family. Reiko went out to dinner with her parents, and her mother gifted the black-haired girl a hoodie, emblazoned with the Yuuei logo on it. Apparently, she had bought it in advance. Reiko was just happy she actually made it.

One Week Later! ~

Walking into Yuuei as a student was quite a bit different than walking into Yuuei as a visitor; Reiko could vouch for that.

As cliche as it seemed, to her, the sun seemed brighter, and the students more studious, and the buildings even more beautiful, though that may have just been a side effect of the happiness bug that had recently made itself front and center in Reiko's brain.

Following the map on her phone, the girl with the stone quirk quickly made her way through the ginormous maze that was Yuuei. She eventually reached what she thought was her classroom, although, she wasn't 100 percent sure. 'Can't help to check, I suppose,' she thought to herself.

Knocking once and then opening the door, Reiko stepped into the doorway slightly. "Hello?" She greeted, although she felt like it have came off as more of a question to her peers.

BRRRRRRRRRRNG!!!

The dreaded first bell of the day, heralding the beginning of a new year at the prestigious UA Academy.
The campus grounds are alive, and bustling with the thunderous sound of hundreds of thousands of prospective young heroes-in-training heading in various states of panic to their homerooms, where the beginning of the rest of their lives will start in earnest.
One such student however, remained squatting on ground by the school's main gate, her head buried in the newest shounen circle, seemingly oblivious to the chaos surrounding her.
It isn't until she's finished her "educational" reading, and peeked her round, compound eyes above the pages of her manga, that Kamakiri Akiyama notices that the school's main courtyard was becoming rapidly less populated.
"Eh? Did the first bell ring already?" She thought to herself, stuffing her manga into her school bag, and straightening out her legs to stand, the two clawed appendages on the sides of her head, which had been supporting her balance, curl themselves up fully, resting comfortably behind her like a pair of wings.

Leisurely walking around the halls of UA Academy, none of it felt real to Akiyama, like she was still at home, having some wild dream, but one look at her hand was enough to remind her that it was all true, the marks on her fingers that she earned in her entrance exam being all the proof she needed.

Her team had managed to find their own robot relatively quickly, although, accidentally running into it alone, inside of a cramped, narrow mock-city street while scouting ahead wasn't exactly the best scenario she could of hoped for.
She clearly remembered the dread she felt when the automaton's set of red, glowing eyes locked onto her, and how she'd just narrowly avoided being crushed beneath the robotic beast's fist after it charged towards her, a single swing of the droid's arm cracking the ground apart beneath her. All she could see through the plume of dust and asphalt was the robot's massive forearm, which was still half-buried in the earth. She hadn't realized that she was standing just on top of the droid's fist, until the ground beneath her again began to quake, and soon lifted up out of the smoke, taking her with it. In her precarious position, all Akiyama could do was cling onto the robot's fist with her hands, and her claws, and keep her eyes on the robot's gleaming red eyes, if only to keep herself from looking down, and seeing how high up in the air the robot had carried her.
Slowly the robot lifted it's other hand, casting an ominous shadow just above her position, and with murderous intent, drove it down; a horrid, metallic clang ringing out as it's two arms collided. However, the beast was far too slow in it's attempt to catch it's small, nimble target, who had leaped onto it's forearm, just barely avoiding it's hand.
Knowing that she wouldn't be safe in her current position forever, and perhaps seeing a novel opportunity beginning to present itself, Akiyama vaulted onto the back of the robot's other hand, again clinging onto it with bleached knuckles, and hooked claws, keeping her eyes on the glowering red orbs that followed her every move.
The droid raised it's arm up, bringing her closer to the robot's massive, obelisk-shaped head, all of it's targeting systems locked onto her position, and it's other arm already poised to reduce her body to nothing but a bloody smear on it's armor.
But then, Akiyama suddenly jumped off of the robot's hand, and completely disappeared from it's sight.
Only to appear moments later, her outstretched claws clinging on to the very edges of the robot's frame, her feet and fingertips precariously dug into the divots where the droid's "eyes" were installed into it's head, and her seemingly blank, neutral stare boring into the machine's glowing, crimson eyes from only a few centimeters away.
The whirring of machinery behind her was more than enough of a warning for her to turn her head, and see the robot's hand formed into a car-sized fist, already prepared to crush her.
She could only look on from her perch. There was nowhere else for her to run. All she could do was either sit and wait to be crushed, or--
"JUMP!"
It took her a moment to notice him, standing on a nearby rooftop. One of her teammates, a flashy, silver-haired boy that went by the name of Sakujo Hagane.
"KAMAKIRI-SAN, JUMP!" He repeated. "WE'LL CATCH YOU!"
Akiyama took an incredulous look at the boy, then at the 100 pounds of metallic death hurtling towards her, then back at the boy, and then back to to the gleaming, red eyes of her attacker.
With nothing more than a shrug, and seeing little other choice in the matter, Akiyama relinquished her deathgrip on the robot's face, and surrendered herself to gravity.
Above her, the metallic beast's fist slammed into it's own head with a deafening roar, the weight of it's own blow sending it staggering back, until it tripped over it's own feet, and fell to the ground with a mighty boom.
Behind her, the ground grew ever closer, signaling her end, until something, wet, sticky, and discernibly made of flesh latched onto her back, suddenly jerking her sideways, and into the arms of her other teammate, who mercifully deposited her back on solid ground, (or at least, a rooftop was close enough.) and detached her tongue from between Akiyama's shoulders.
She was a girl with many features similar to her own; she even had a quirk of a similar nature, although, her's were much more...
...amphibian.
The two didn't exchange any words, merely exchanging blank, emotionless stares with each other.
Somehow, that was more than enough to substitute for any amount of words.
"Good save, Tsuyu-chan! And a pretty stellar performance on your part too, Kamakiri-chan!" Hagane cheered, abruptly breaking the silence.
"Now watch me finish off that ugly piece of scrap metal, nice and easy!"
His boasting only being met with a trio of impassive leers, Hagane turns away from the two girls, looking down at the robot lying in ruins in the middle of the city street, the only sign that's it's still alive being the still-partially glowing lights on it's face.
Man...I'm so lucky this test was against robots! He thought to himself, his seemingly confident demeanor belying the fact that his heart still threatened to jump out of his chest.
My quirk is useless against anything organic! Now I get to look cool in front of girls! Being a hero is the best!
As his hand began to glow white with energy, Hagane dove off of the roof, and plunged his arm into the robot's head, it's metallic body defenseless as Hagane's arm sundered it apart like tissue paper, leaving nothing but dust where's head used to be.

"Dojyaaa~n!! All gone! Please, don't hold your applause!" Hagane turned towards the two, punctuating his performance with a high-spirited, exaggerated bow.
...Only to be met with absolutely no reaction whatsoever.
After a moment, Akiyama gives a solitary applause, which does little to help.
"okaylet'sgohome." he muttered, with far less spirit, sulking towards the exit, with a noticeably
hastened gait. Asui and Akiyama following behind him, further torturing him with their silence.

A week later, and Akiyama had received a letter of acceptance, with a great amount of praise for her resourcefulness, and unyielding courage in the face of danger.

And now here she was, in the halls of UA, the same school as her sister.
She'd meet up with her one day, and she would show her a sister that she could be proud of.
But first things are first, she had to report to class, and thankfully, Class 1-A was not at all hard to find.
With very little ceremony, she opened the door and stepped inside, a simple, "Good morning," and an emotionless stare announcing her entrance.

To her surprise, she seemed to have made it there early, with only a small handful of other students sitting within.
Good for her, she might need a spot with some space for her arms, and the spot near the front looked just roomy enough.
With little to do but sit and wait, Akiyama claimed her seat, opened her bag, and retrieved her manga, picking back up where she left off.

Kazuhiko returned home after completing the entrance exam, falling asleep immediately with exhaustion, his muscle fibers taxed after his performance. This four hour nap would be his longest for the coming week, for even he, being a certified edge-lord, priding himself in stoicism, felt anxiety, keeping him up through the nights as he tossed and turned, going through both positive and negative scenarios in his mind for hours on end, only to fall into a restless sleep for a handful of hours until the breaking of dawn.

Kazuhikos practical test had been fantastic, no doubt he had proven his worth physically, defeating a robot and another team, but his written exam....

Well that was something far less impressive, and this was the major source of his angst, and anger as well. To him the nuances of algebra and geometry, grammer, geography and history shouldn't bar a physically capable person from a top tier hero school. Unfortunately, he could do little to change the system as a teenager with about as many political connections as a rat in a sewer, thus he waited nervously for the news to arrive.

When the mail did arrive, after the week had passed, he left the envelope on his desk for a time, looking at it nervously, hands clammy, mind racing in a rather uncharacteristic manner. Being a student at UA hadn't always been his goal, but it would be the best possible way to reach his goal, and if he failed that would be a massive setback for the youth who would have to attend one of the many less reputable hero schools around the country.

When he finally did manage to open the envelope, he did so as a Savage beast, his annoyance boiling over as he tore away. Flipping open the paper he read the words with pounding heart.

"Yes! YES! HA let's go!"

He shouted, the genuine display of emotion catching the boy off guard. Despite the source being... Well, himself.

Turning his eyes down to his personalized message, Kazuhiko read the words with bated breath, curious to see the grade scheme of the test.

"You're written exam was far from standout. However, in the practical examination you displayed great physical and strategic potential.

Furthermore, you worked seemlessly with your team despite the lack of chemistry, finding a way to mesh with their abilities with fantastic result.

Another point we looked at was your ability to handle an intangible fighter despite the poor match-up. This was a hightlight of your performance that we looked at in your review.

Your initiative to seek out the enemy to secure a defeat was also weighed. Working for a goal instead of riding others successes is an integral part of being a hero.

P. S

CRUSH YOUR FEAR OF FLYINF OR I WILL DANGLE YOU FROM A PLANE UNTIL YOU SCREAM THE FEAR FROM YOUR LUNGS

- ONI, CLASS 1-A PROFESSOR"

As Kazu finished the paper, he focused in on the capitalized section at the bottom, scratching his head confused, wracking his brain for who this "Oni" character was, and why he was obsessed with capitalized letters. Putting the thought aside he tucked the letter away with a sigh. Laying back, sleeping deeply for the first time since the morning of the exam.

One Week Later
Kazuhiko arrives at UA, fresh off the train, fresh off the boat so to speak, being surrounded by so much.... Pep (with an exclamation)

Arriving at classroom 1-A he opens the massive, comically oversized door, making his way inside, casting glances about the silent room.

Sitting down on the right side in the middle without a word Kazu looks about once more, recognizing several students from the exam. None by name of course as the students there hadnt been teammates, but some familiarity was better than none.

"Yo...."

"I'm Kazu..."

"Don't try too hard this year, I'm not trying to look bad when they're making cuts"

He said, deadpan, attempting to break the ice with a layer of trash level sarcasm.

TL/DR, Seth barely passed. He only skimmed the letter, but what he got from it was that his actions during the practical exam were cheap as shit (although the arm trick won him some points), and he only passed by a hair thanks to his written exam scores. That last part was made very clear, typed in all caps and underlined in red marker. Although it might've just been the uncapped one left in his bag.

Seth walked into the classroom with a loud slurp as he dumped his now-empty carton of chocolate milk into the trash can. He came close to tossing up the crumpled-up acceptance letter too, but changed his mind and put it back in his bag. Maybe he'd try to read it for real when he had the time instead of looking for the part where he got accepted.

As Seth took his assigned seat in the back of the classroom, he noticed the deafening silence that gripped the room. I guess there's not much to talk about, he figured, even though everyone there had just gotten into the best high school for superheroes in the world.

"Baby shark doo-doo-doo-doo baby shark doo-doo-doo-doo-doo baby shark! Baby Shark doo-" Luka singed his victory song as he surfed the backroads of the city to the school. While he knew use of your quirk was illegal in Japan, they were definitely a lot more strict about it here than they were in America, which is why the young student quickly figured out the backroads and shortcuts, just so he could at least use it for mobility. Of course when he got home a week before, no one was there to celebrate with him. Frankly ,he kind of didn't care either. Call the boy aloof, but Luka already knew he was going to be accepted. Being one of the rare transfer students with the one of highest written exam scores, he only figured that he was accepted due to his acute diversity. However, one part of the envelope threw him off. At the bottom of the note, in all caps in bloody red ink, screamed "IF YOU COME IN LATE, CONSEQUENCES MIGHT BE LETHAL." Well, what else would he expect from Japan's best school?

After a few close run ins with the city police about quirk usage ("I'm just a foreigner I apologise!") He finally reached the large opened gates of the prestigious academy, U.A. A large grin was plastered on the young man's face as he walked through, and with a few questions finally reached to the 1-A class. He opened the door before looking inside, his glasses shining as he glanced over the students that were inside. He saw Kuza, giving him a grin before Luka went to his assigned seat, which was in the right front corner, right next to the teachers desk.
"yay me." Luka muttered to himself as he sat down in his chair. You got a big spooky scary skelly, a guy with horrible sarcasm, a super rich looking chick (Luka saw the Bentley), a wolf girl who was eating her pen, and two other girls who came in. One seemed like she was dead inside as she started to read manga, while the other one just came, giving everybody a quiet "hello?". He didn't respond as he guessed she was hoping to see her teammates that she worked with.

He cracked his fingers as he cursed himself for getting her a little too early. Before boredom killed him, however, his phone buzzed in his pants. He quickly pulled out the device before he grimaced at the title. MOM. Ugh. He picked up the phone, his tone now blunt and bored as he switched to English.
"What's up? I'm in class."
"uh-huh. Got it. K buh bye." He groaned quietly to himself as he opened up his social media like his mother asked him to, and sure enough it was bursting with notifications and messages. He opened the notifications as he gulped down his anxiety. It seemed as though his older brother made another infamous move in America, being one of the most wanted villains in the Western world. Thankfully, no one would ever know that Luka and this guy were even related if he stayed in Japan. They were already too busy with their villains then having to worry about anything that was happening in the United States. He looked back up to the clock, praying to no one that this class would just start already.

The practical exam was a lot of fun at least. He drained a lot of his energy trying to help that other team get around, they never did get a kill, he must have distracted them too much when his team stole the kill. The rest of the exam was a blur, all he remembered was he was having too much fun and didn't want to leave. He got a few more good hits on a bot before the end when the warning blared on, "Examination is ending in 10 minutes! YYEEAAAHHHH!!" Must have been that loud hero with the mic. He panicked and headed off to the finish area now. He's wasted enough time. Powering his working leg, he zoomed down side streets toward the break area. Only getting a glimpse of the snacks and food available, he felt his stomach growl, but he didn't get a chance to get any as he was directed to the medical hut.

He watched the little old lady turn to him, "There's always some reckless kid like you." She shook her head as she yanked his arm and looked at the wounds at his shoulder, examining his body with obviously suffering from electrical shock. Kicking his stoned leg lightly to see it's condition.

"Ah, that should wear off by an--"

"I know dear." She silenced him as he stopped using his quirk he felt the pain come back to him as he winced by her touch, she outstretched her lips to kiss his arm lightly, Rosen just staring confused by the old lady, feeling what energy he had left dissipate as it healed him he passed out and fell over the old woman. Who carefully placed him on a bed. He'd need more than a kiss unfortunately, since his Quirk used the energy she'd be able to use to heal him. Many of his wounds would still have to heal naturally. At least the blood stopped so she didn't have to worry about that.

He had woken up at home, and gotten a lecture from his mother who had no clue he even went to apply at the most prestigious hero school in the country. She had wondered why he didn't just apply to the cheaper hero school like his brother had. His brother failed to accomplish his goal at that one and fell from grace though, why would he want to go to that school? He ended up needing to apologize and was busy cleaning the house for the entire week he was waiting. Didn't have much time to be anxious about the letter at least. When the letter came his mother had passed it to him, bouncing in anticipation. He only nodded slightly and stared down at it, he decided to open it alone, in case it was bad news, after all he knew he didn't do very well on the practical, especially the math and science portions.

He went to his room and suddenly the anxiety most people felt all week had hit him all at once in that moment. Finding his mouth dry as he slowly opened up the letter. Closing his eyes tight as he slowly pulled out the parchment and began to unfold it. Gulping air as he opened his eyes and peered down at the paper, turning it around to the front side he began to read quietly to himself. He had read the letter a couple times in that sitting, getting a good feel for what they liked in his performance, and how he had barely made the marks for the practical.

"--showing great leadership skills as you were quick to try and get your group together and come up with a plan to meet your goal. You've shown an amazing ability to be flexible with the scenario you find yourself in and act quickly. Despite showing a lack of control, you give it your all and are still aware of when to hold back, even if only in the extreme condition. We at UA wish to continue to flourish that quick wit and leadership traits as--" It then went to explain the date school was starting and where he can go to pick up all the supplies he'll need before that. He read through every word of it, then got to large bold letter in the bottom, seeming to be screaming at him to be more aware and keep himself from losing control of himself. He did get quite reckless during that last wind during the exam. He passed though, this was a means of celebration. He raced out of his room and skid to a stop in front of his mother, "I got in!" He called, running passed her now, he found a picture of his baby sister and kissed it, "don't worry sis, you'll be with me through all of this." he told the image of the 3 year old.

----

Before he knew it, it was the first day of school. He had his glasses case hung on the side of his bag, holding it over his shoulder in that typical anime-fashion. His glasses were removed for now, he'd put them on if he so needed while in class. He was holding onto a golden locket that was around his neck. Before taking his first step in the building he kissed the locket, took a deep breath and stepped inside. Looking around at the busy people finding their first class. He looked down at the sheet, he should be in 1-A, should be easy enough to find. scanning the hall as he walked, he stopped in front of the 1-A class, pushing open the door, there was a few people already here. He should probably sit up front because of his eye sight... yet he found himself lingering as he walked further to the third row and took a seat at the window.

He took a glance around the room, spotting the skeleton guy further back, he gave him a nod as if to say, 'we made it, cause we crushed that exam!' without using words then noticed the wolf girl in the back gnawing on her pen, she still got in despite not getting a kill? Really must have been other factors then, he knew it, why did she looked angry just gnawing on that pen though. he opted out of giving her a wave and spotted the girl that stoned her leg, "Hey, glad you made it!" He commented, kicking his leg up to show that it was better, "The next time we face off I won't let you get me." He tried to act both confident and proud of his new classmate.

Student: Purin Amai
Location: Class 1-A
Interactions: King Crimson King Crimson

Each step seemed to echo louder than the last as the lavender-haired student made her way through the crowded white halls of UA. Beads of sweat coated her brows as she walked speedily towards her classroom, Class 1-A. Purin felt like she had been offered the opportunity of a lifetime, and now she was about to squander such an opportunity by arriving late on the first day. She shooked her head at the thought. No, she would do no such thing, this was her chance to shine, this was her chance to finally show the world what she could offer. A faint pain radiated from her ankle, a subtle reminder of practical test she had fought so hard to get through. She wondered if the winged boy had made it through, Purin hadn't seen him when she woke in the medical tent after being carried across the finish line. If anyone on their team deserved to be accepted it was definitely him. Purin's steps slowed as she spotted a small sign on the white walls, "1-A." As she turned to face the classroom door her eyes widened with shock. The wooden door was gargantuan, it must have been at least three times her size. She sighed, everything in UA seemed to have its own quirky charm to it, and Purin loved it.

Purin held her breath and slowly pushed the giant door open. As she stepped into the classroom for the first time she left out a relieved exhale. She had made it to the classroom before the teacher. How lucky, she thought as she scanned around the room for any empty seats. She noticed that was about half-full with a higher density of students towards the back of the classroom; that was alright though, Purin preferred the front row. As she began to walk towards the front of the room she noticed a female student sitting down in the front row. An odd-looking green haired girl who seemed to be fused with some aspects of a grasshopper. Purin was used to seeing strange quirk mutations, but this one was certainly an eye-catcher. While there were plenty of seats left in the row, Purin's extraversion took over and she found her sitting right next to her fellow hero-to-be. As Purin sat down, she felt her stomach growl slightly. In the rush to make it to class, she had forgotten to eat breakfast. Fortunately, she always had sugary snacks to hold down her cravings throughout the day. Purin slipped her slight hands into her spotless white bookbag. From within the bag, she retrieved a small wooden bowl wrapped in a lavender handkerchief. Purin quickly untied the handkerchief and removed the bowl's lid to reveal the contents within. Purin felt her mouth as she stared deeply into the bowl of creamy white banana pudding. She produced a spoon from her bag and began to slowly feed spoonfuls of the heavenly treat into her mouth, savoring every bite. Purin turned to the grasshopper girl next to her and smiled with a spoonful of pudding still in her mouth.

"Whatcha reading," she mused before scooping up another helping of pudding.
