This quirk grants the user enhanced physical ability, with an impossible level of durability from their carbon skin making physical injuries extremely difficult. This mutation includes a somewhat modular body as well as several phones like features such as a camera, calls, texting, wifi, flashlight, and amongst other applications with an incredible mind when it comes to memory or calculations. She is also capable of storing and receiving information via data storage objects. However such abilities become more limited in areas of poor reception as well as making her vulnerable to magnetic forces, there carbon skin being far more conducive to electrical currents.

Personality:
Calm, polite, and reserved to a fault though, with a mild amount detachment towards the plights and struggles of those less fortunate from their privileged upbringing. Kia attempts to keep up the best of appearances with a friendly approach, somewhat becoming more difficult with severe OCD in several aspects of her life. They hold a high interest in the latest technologies and social media in general seemingly intensely curious about people as a whole regardless of the topic. They never the less display an unnatural dedication and drive towards their commitments, placing such objectives above nearly all else be it their hero training, school work, or promises made.

Bio:
Heiress to the Nok Corporation empire, a multinational communication conglomerate with subsidiaries in a wide array of media and technology companies as well. Given her privilege, she would grow up relatively sheltered with limited contact to people outside of the upper-class circles, being privately educated and trained by tutors as she was groomed for the role she would one day take on herself. Though over time her fascination with the world of heroes would only grow until the point she would, fortunately, be able to convince her father to let her participate in such under the guise of promoting the company to the public, though this did lead to her training being escalated significantly it was worth the efforts in her mind. Now ready to embark on a new adventure into the more public circles so excitedly anticipates her attendance at the academy under the recommendation of one of their private instructors.

Non-Quirk Skills:
Kia has shown to be incredibly adept at management, multitasking, timekeeping, and organizational tasks with a keen mind when it comes to logical and logistical issues. With quick access to information, though not always with the full context and understanding of its application there academic abilities place them high among her peers being widely read in particular poetry and other classical literature. Her upbringing, in general, gave her an appreciation for the various arts in particular dance to attempt to culture alongside the etiquette for handling upper society. Physically wise she was tutored within gymnastics and various HEMA arts. She has also been known to carry a wide assortment of technological gadgets, including developed modular items for her body such as hands.

Quirk Abilities: The ability to transform into a demon. Meaning Kotonaru's strength, speed, and endurance is greater than normal but she is unsure by how much. Her skin turns a dark purple as her hair turns a light dirty pink. Her muscles grow in size causing the hems of her clothes to rip to shreds. She grows bovine-like horns and her teeth grow so sharp she has to be careful when she talks.

Personality: Cold, distant, introverted, hardly smiles anymore, she sticks to her word, she's a softie at heart, she can be very defensive is she's put on the spot.

Bio: When Kotonaru was seven her mother and father was assassinated by her most trusted uncle. All her family recommended that she went to UA before they died. As she grew up she didn't show off her quirk and that caused her to be bullied for being "quirkless" even though she never was. Kotonaru knew she had came from a proud family where failure was never an option. To carry her family's legacy she took up training constantly to become a hero. In middle school she finally showed her quirk when a teacher was hitting and yelling at a student. Afterwards everyone was grateful and started to treat her right. She knew then that people couldn't be trusted fully. She's been training ever since she was little and she doesn't want to become number 1 but at least a widely known hero.

Quirk Name : Gut Ripper

Quirk Abilities:
Gut Ripper gains it's name do to the fact Ace can transform his body to gain the abilities of a werebadger or a anthropomorphic honey badger monster know as Gut Ripper. Some of these traits can be gained while still keeping a humanoid appearance. These are slow regeneration, thicker and loose skin, and increased speed and strength. All of these are passive and can be used without many consequences expect for the fact the regeneration takes a toll on his body and can take a full 24 hours to heal deep wounds. For limbs that can take more than an entire month. He is naturally nocturnal like every other honey badger making it hard for him to see during the day. These passive effects also do include his personality (Look below for more info).

If he really needs to get serious or is pissed off/injured enough he will go through a painful transformation into Gut Ripper. This is when the other passive effects are increased giving him faster regeneration, bullet proof skin, and more speed and strength. While these benefits are great to have it comes with the down side of giving into the more primal side of being honey badger. Running on instinct the human intelligence is lacking in this form. Also this form isn't sustainable for more then 30 minutes before what little control Ace has over Gut Ripper is completely gone. Attacking friend and foe and running on blood lust becoming more reckless than usual. Then after a hour has passed he will collapse and go into a coma for at least a day, up to 4 at the most. This form is not ideal for many situations making it a last resort.

Personality: Do to his quirk Ace also has some personality traits of a badger. Which include a reckless type of brave and aggressive tendencies to those who try to control him. Taking pleasure in cigarettes, alcohol, boxing, and a weird fondness for animals he can be found most days at underground fight clubs. Along with the animals he is also oddly patriotic for his old homeland Scotland.Most who have met him call him a bit of a cocky greedy asshole and that is fair cause he is. Not like he cares anyway since why should he? He can turn into a cool badger monster and you can't.

Bio:
Coming from a broken home and a bad part of Scotland Ace was destined to have a hard life. Didn't help most kids and even adults shunned him for his volatile quirk. Children refused to play with him because who knows he might transform and kill all them. Those who tried were quickly taken away by the parents of that child and told not to play with the monster, but none of it bothered after a bit. In fact he thanks those children for showing him that he is stronger and more powerful than most and he must train his skills leading him to do boxing and mixed martial arts. As he grew older and got more aggressive he became a local delinquent causing mayhem whenever he got the chance. Even when he went with his Dad to Japan his behavior stayed the same all throughout high school.

After high school he worked as a bouncer for many shady businesses introducing him to the underground network of crime. Nowadays he works more similar to a mercenary/body guard for anyway willing to pay and that is what makes him bad. He knows what he is doing is wrong and he is considered a villain by many, but he doesn't care. Ace just noticed villains have the deepest pockets and are willing to spend the most. He's not insane and doesn't have any mental illnesses...he doesn't have any grandiose plan to take over and hell he isn't even taking revenge on those who ostracized him. Ace only cares about the money and is willing to do anything to finish his mission no matter how morally repugnant it is.

Likes: Money, booze, gambling, fighting, and cats.

Dislikes: Kids and dogs.

Non-Quirk Skills:
Mixed Martial Arts - Do to his job as a bouncer and just his love for boxing he became skilled in many different ways of fighting.
Quick Medical Care - While not a doctor he can clean up small wounds on his own.
Firearms - While he doesn't like using firearms and usually won't touch them he is able to use them if necessary.
Music/Guitar- Has played guitar for many years and went on to learn different string instruments. Of course his patriotic side came out and he learned bagpipes. Making most of his apartment filled with random guitars and the like everywhere.
Cars- After being a body guard for so long you learn to get at driving quick. And of course how to keep your baby tuned up.

Pets: His black kitten Loki that was found at the side of a street. He's extremely protective of him and even if his apartment doesn't allow cats the landlord isn't going to stand up to ace anytime soon.

Housing/Hideout: A crappy apartment downtown. Hey he still isn't rich yet so he ain't living rich.

Quirk Function: creating temporary objects in order to do various things.

Quirk Name: Mind Metal + Honed senses

Quirk Abilities:
Can control and shapeshift hyper dense nearly unbreakable metal with his mind. He can create and destroy seemingly as much of it as he wants so long as he remains conscious. The metal does not react to other people’s quirks and will only change based on his will. He can feel the metal. He also can see things around him without looking in its direction up to 15 ft. due to his honed senses.

Has metal shape-shift abilities that he can use for both offence and defence. Examples: melee weapons, assault wepons, sharpened hand claws, chainsaws for arms, metal defense orb, and shields.

The metal is blade resistant, bullet resistant, heat resistant, cold resistant and pretty much immune to physical damage. Due to A very thin wire framework that he has around himself, this also applies to him.
His metal passes through itself like it isnt there when he has 2 objects

Can make anyone armor and clothing out of his metal if he wants to, but can easily take it away as a joke

Flaws/weakness:

Hates screeching noises due to the possibility of losing focus and having some of his metal melt, however this rarley happens due the mental training that he has done from the time in his life.

He also has another weakness, though he has kept it to himself for years. If he does come into contact with his weakness, he goes into a coma and wakes up with amnesia due to amplified effects on his brain.

Personality: hes a little goofy, and is pansexual (meaning he doesnt care about appearance
so long as he likes someone’s personality) he may make random jokes on the spot if hes in the mood at other peoples expense, but he means no harm. He is the heroic type, always has been.

Bio:

He was a very late bloomer, not unlocking his quirk until the ripe age of 24.

He was thought to be quirkless for a majority of his life, but that didnt stop him. (He had honed senses, but it was basically just amplifying everything he sensed and he had no distinction that it was different from others. He still doesn’t exactly know there’s a difference.)

He always had a heroic side. As a kid he grew up wanting to be a hero in a family full of villains. He was kicked out of his home at the age of 15 after his father didnt want to deal with him anymore after he lost his leg trying to stop one of His colleagues.

Then he met her. The love of his life, Amber. They had a child together at the age of 18 and raised it safely. Samuel gave up becoming a hero for his daughter because he wanted to be around for her. Though sadly there was a house fire that supposedly killed both his wife an daughter. He tried to pull them out but to no avail. All he did was badly burn his arm in the process and it had to be amputated.

Now quirkless and crippled, he spent his days as a chef. He loved to cook and he loved to eat. He used his good arm fencing as a hobby. Though one day he got trapped in the freezer and lost his other leg (again it had to be amputated) at the age of 22.

(Summary: Lost right leg from an encounter with a villain (15), left arm from a fire attempting to save his 1st love (19), left leg from from frost bite (22))

2 years later, now with just an arm and a stool with wheels, he had to give up his careers and lived in a home where he was taken care of by an ex hero who was getting on in ages.

One day he was eating a meal, when he wished he had a knife to cut his steak with and suddenly there was one there. (Floating and just being a knife) he was ecstatic about this and wondered what else he could do with the ability. Within a month he discovered that he could use his newly found quirk to create limbs for himself.

He was told that his ability was extraordinary and if he wanted to be a hero, he could. So with the help of the old woman (who called herself Etna), he applied for and graduated at UA


He learned all of his basic abilities using metal arm and legs during the first month that he needed them. All other abilities except the ones mentioned as new at the exact moment they are used were learned during experimentation over the last four years at UA.

Now he is new to being a pro hero, so he doesn’t exactly know who everyone is, though he tries his hardest to help when he can.

Likes: cooking, food, women, men

Dislikes: loud noises, and technology

An attractive girl of average height the first distinctive feature of Haruka is her river of very long ash blonde hair, flowing downwards to her lower thigh, the layers of which are messy and choppy because she insists on cutting it herself. Most of the time, she prefers wearing it in a broad braid, just to keep it out of her face, but sometimes also wears it in long ponytails or loose. Her bangs are held off her face by a scarf. She has lightly tanned skin and light blue eyes. Asami is slightly pear-shaped. She has a dancer's body: she looks petite from a distance, but her muscles are toned. She has a pretty simple - bordering on non-existent - fashion sense, forgoing style for comfort more often than not. She's almost never seen without a matching scarf, which she regularly customizes according to her mood and outfits. Her most distinctive feature are the two full blackout tattoo sleeves going up both arms, with peonies inlaid into them along flowing waters which lead up to a large Koi design upon her back beneath a red Torii gate.

Haruka's least favorite phrase in any earthly language is "it can't be done", and her knee-jerk reaction to it is always, "well, watch me". Sharp and observant, but also compassionate and witty, Haruka is really good with people and likes being around them -- even those who might come off as cold or antagonistic. She can turn up the charm to dangerous levels when she really wants something from someone, to the point of actual manipulation sometimes. Despite all this the traits she holds highest are loyalty, a conviction to her course and their resolve, very rarely willing to accept or back down from an injustice that goes against her beliefs. She would describe the way she lives simply as "the extreme way" though this concept runs far deeper with her connections

Bio:
A street orphan from a young age following a villain attack that demolished several buildings in the city, she would spend several months recovering in the hospital due to her injuries before somehow escaping following waking up with little information on where she was or the new state of events. Haruka eventually comes into the care of her foster father at the Sunflower orphanage, while she would never be related by blood she would look up to her new father immensely due to seeing the efforts he would go to in order to provide for the orphanage. This was, unfortunately, a point of conflict as her foster father's past connections would eventually bring danger to the orphanage and the kidnapping of Haruka by a yakuza family as leverage. This action was soon to be found to be poorly thought through however as he would raise hell in response, not giving them what they wanted and fighting through to bring her back. It was likely this that formed her idea of what a hero was and set her on the path to becoming one. Their admission to the Academy was actually under the recommendation of an associate of their father from the police's Organized crime unit.

Quirk Function: Synthetic rubber body with tackifier secretions
Quirk Abilities:
The Users Body holds the properties of a highly elastic rubber-like material that may become sticky on command and be secreted in additional quantities. This material may be separated from themselves and controlled independently with practice though at the moment the control is crude at best.

Non-Quirk Skills:
Self-sufficient to an extent she is no stranger to housekeeping from cleaning, cooking, shopping, and other activities being able to provide for herself more than the common child which extends to making money and managing such. She has a good understanding of urban life in general seeing the layers beneath what most would, capable of locating what is needed within the towns and cities including those from less than reputable sources, knowing who to talk to and where to look.

Displaying an extreme degree of endurance and willpower she is one to push forward with all she can, rarely one to back down and commonly pushing as needed. This has been further aided by her training alongside her father in various martial art styles and conditioning. These skills combined with a rougher neighborhood she grew up in and ingenuity in using her environment has done her well in order to keep themselves safe and that which they care for.

Quirk Function: Shocks n' Chills

Quirk Abilities: Allows the user to generate lightning from the right side of his body and wind from the left. Overusing either side can lead to either shocks, cuts, or damaged muscles/bones.

Personality: Zenko will usually show excellent street smarts, capability of thinking on his feet, and that he is very good at problem solving most of the time, but he does not function well within a regimented learning system. He's just book dumb. He will frequently wing things and will be too stupid to be afraid of imminent peril, and will often have a short memory span. But, he is burningly passionate about everything that he does. He gives his all in absolutely everything he does, regardless of the task. He does not know how to be half-hearted or lackadaisical about anything he cares about. Using the power of guts and determination, he throws himself headfirst into the worst situations imaginable and often has a strong tendency to do impressive things.

Zenko never gives up. Ever. No matter what. There is no stopping him. He does not understand tact. No one can reason with him. He'll do whatever he has to without question. No price is too great to pay for success, up to and including his own life. Do not expect him to realize he might be better off letting it go, even if he can barely stand. For him, there is no line between "perseverance" and "insanity."

Bio: Zenko's mother died giving birth to him so he grew up with his father for awhile. Him and his father became really close over the years. He taught him everything he knew about heroes and quirks. They spent a lot of time together, watching movies, playing games, going out, etc. Zenko's father was a Pro Hero and one day when he was out on the job, he was killed. Murdered by a villain. This destroyed Zenko. He was put into an orphanage and later found a new family. Ever since then, Zenko had vowed to become a Pro Hero that his father and mother would be proud of. He'd never, ever, forget them.

Likes: Food, physical activities, and video games.

Dislikes: Villains, mean people, and bees/wasps.

Personality: she is very self secluded because she doesn’t believe she will ever fit in (even though she naturally excels at everything she feels lonely because of it and tries to hold herself back). She has major anxiety in social situations because she looks into everything very carefully. Where she is difficult to hurt Physically, she has a soft soul. She is very smart, but tries not to show it because she doesn’t want to make anyone else feel insecure.

Bio: her “mother“ (the woman she was modeled after) was a very kind woman who died giving birth to a stillborn. Her “father” (the man who created her) could not stand the fact that he lost both a child and the woman of his dreams. He went insane and created machines that would help him bioengineer the daughter that he didn’t have a chance to have.
After 5 months in a uteral pod she looked to be 3 years old. She could walk and speak right out of the pod, but There were issues as most genetic experiments have. Her hearing is too sensitive and whispering near her will make her ears bleed if she doesn’t have her special earplugs in and have her noice canceling Headphones on. Her eyes are also too sensitive bringing her a definition that her brain can’t handle, so she wears glasses with a prescription in order to dull her vision and cause less migraines.
she was kept in her father’s underground lab/bunker for 5 years before she was discovered by a burglar. Her father was then arrested for child endangerment (the police didn’t realize that it wasn’t his child because she was made to resemble what his deceased child would look like). She was then held in foster care until people thought she aged out. That didn’t stop her from going to school however. She passed the Written exam in order to enroll in UA without a heroes recommendation.
She misses her father dearly.

Likes: food of any kind, especially candy.

Dislikes: talking to people she doesn’t know (It makes her nervous).

Other: she has abandonment issues because her father was taken from her side and he was the only person she ever loved (or even really knew) for a large chunk of her life.

After high school he worked as a bouncer for many shady businesses introducing him to the underground network of crime. Nowadays he works more similar to a mercenary/body guard for anyway willing to pay and that is what makes him bad. entropy: Margate constantly generates a field around her of about 3m that saps all types of energy, so for example it could slow down or completely stop a projectile or just make someone very tired eventually
Effect entropy: Margate can increase or decrease the power of the entropy field making its sapping effect even more prominent or weaker but she can not turn it off
Body drain: hitting Margate with a physical attack or her using one will cause a large drain on the stamina and energy reserves on the target, to the point where the cells bonds may break if subjected to enought strikes

Weaknesses: she need to be extremely close to her targe to cause any real harm and it’s more dangerous to her allies thanks the the inability to deactivate the entropy field, another odd feature of her abilities that is after having the entropy field turn up for long periods of time, it give her a odd craving for raw meat

Bio: Margate grew up with a generally normalish sort of family normal ish if you don't count her father having the exact same quirk as her and Margate mothers and little brother having essential the opposite of it. Regardless of that her huge size odd looks and quirk made it very difficult to make any sort of friend's. Especially after she accidentally put a kid in a three day coma (getting her banned form sports permanently) though this never really deterred her to much never really being the self conscious sort appearnce wise really how she ended up at the schook was reality simple her father was a pro hero and considering everything else there wasn't to many other avenue for someone like her.

Quirk Abilities: Misha's Quirk has many uses, such as:

Body Modification
Misha is able to form her body into whatever form, shape, or mold she desires. Though she does seem to enjoy her current child-like form, she is also known to take on the form of an older much more mature woman. Other forms come at a times need. She has been seen turning into a net for the firemen to catch civilians, a gate to keep civilians out of danger, and making her hand into a giant catchers mitt. She does not talk about that one. This does have it's limit (Will get to that at the end)

Transportation
Misha is able to launch her ink from her body and travel through it or on top of it, sticking to whatever surface the ink is on . The ink itself sticks to surfaces such as roofs, ground, walls, trees, and the such. She is able to choose to launch out of it when she pleases and uses this mobility for swift strikes at high speeds. She is also able to propel herself into the air using the ink as well, causing what seems to be a jet pack. All these can be used one after the other in continued succession. (Limits at the end)

Ranged
Misha has developed many ways around her quirk, one being the fact she is able to shoot her ink from her hands at high speeds to trap enemies or slip them up. This is not used as much as the other uses as Misha believes the range is useful more for certain situations. She uses support items that can help with this exact problem as well, such as grenades and other fun items she fills with Ink. She calls these Items toys... but these are clearly weapons.

Octo-Hair
This one does not have any real "Combat" uses, but Misha's hair is actually live octopus tentacles. She can use the tentacles much like any other limb of her body. She has full control over these tentacles at all times.

Limits
This is where her Limits are. Although Misha's ink is endless, to retain her form and not become a blob of Ink (Which has happened a few times in her past) she must expel ink from her body at least 2 times a day. As well as that, any time she expels enough ink her hair and ink will change color, but any ink expelled will not change color. If she reaches this limit, she is unable to use any ink that is not the same color as her hair. The last limit is any ink she is unable to control is easily washed off with water or any actual liquid. Though mixing it with sugar will make it start to harden. Without outside force, her ink stays liquid.

Ultimate Move: Overwhelming Surge; Booyah
She can only do this move once before she falls unconscious. Using all of her power, she is able to make all of the ink she has created and expelled, no matter the color, to fly to her hand and create an swirling orb that grows bigger with the more ink it gains. During this time her body becomes pure ink of her current color. She launches the orb and it creates such force that a full on hit could almost if not Knock out the Manipulator.

Personality:
Misha has very different personalities for her work and self. While teaching, she encourages the youth to do their best and loves to see them always progressing with their quirks while she also seems to act like one of them. While being a hero, her childish mannerisms while being mature about many situations has won her the fan-base that seems to be at all of her scenes. She has also done some commercials and such where she acts "cute as a button." When she is not being professional, she is very much childish with the wonder and flow of it. When she is not in her costume, people would likely mistake her for a U.A student or even younger.

Bio:
Misha's father ran a not-so-popular sushi parlor. The reason it wasn't that popular was because of all the villains that frequented the place. Misha's father could not do anything as he was quirkless and Misha's mother had died during her birth. On Misha's fourth birthday, her quirk had not appeared. She was upset, but only knowing her father she saw it understandable. It wasn't until a few years later would she discover it.

One night shift, a bomb was heard down the street. Misha was about eight or nine years old and was helping her father with closing up. A villain duo ran into the store and held a gun up to her father. They threatened that of the police were told they were here that her fathers brains would be against the wall. Misha hid as soon as they came in and was behind a booth, She saw the men threatening her father and started crying. One of the villains came up to her and grabbed her neck, laughing.

Next thing Misha knew, she was dropped to the floor as the villain was knocked back. She felt her hair moving as she crawled toward the wall. The villain with the gun pointed it at Misha, yelling at her and about her quirk. Next thing Misha heard was the noise of a shotgun and the villain dropping to the ground. Misha looked to her hands and it looked like she was bleed but it didn't feel like blood. It was dripping from all over her body.

Eventually hero's found out that the restaurant was a hang out of villains, so they started going instead, and Misha was a loved one out of the staff. She found out her quirk could be used to take order quickly and get them to the kitchen by sliding on it. Years after that night Misha was accepted into U.A and eventually was trained by Uravity, who kept calling her move style "Gun-head form" to deal with hand to hand combat and protect herself. Misha would go on to ace the Hero license exams and work her way up to Pro-hero. She worked tirelessly and eventually made her way to her current rank, bringing cheer and childish amusement to scenes that seem way too gloom. She started her own firm where she has put the focus on bringing relief to the civilians to make sure they feel safe. Though she lets someone run the majority of it when she is not in office.

This quirk grants the user enhanced physical ability, with an impossible level of durability from their carbon skin making physical injuries extremely difficult. This mutation includes a somewhat modular body as well as several phones like features such as a camera, calls, texting, wifi, flashlight, and amongst other applications with an incredible mind when it comes to memory or calculations. She is also capable of storing and receiving information via data storage objects. However such abilities become more limited in areas of poor reception as well as making her vulnerable to magnetic forces, there carbon skin being far more conducive to electrical currents.

Personality:
Calm, polite, and reserved to a fault though, with a mild amount detachment towards the plights and struggles of those less fortunate from their privileged upbringing. Kia attempts to keep up the best of appearances with a friendly approach, somewhat becoming more difficult with severe OCD in several aspects of her life. They hold a high interest in the latest technologies and social media in general seemingly intensely curious about people as a whole regardless of the topic. They never the less display an unnatural dedication and drive towards their commitments, placing such objectives above nearly all else be it their hero training, school work, or promises made.

Heiress to the Nok Corporation empire, a multinational communication conglomerate with subsidiaries in a wide array of media and technology companies as well. Given her privilege, she would grow up relatively sheltered with limited contact to people outside of the upper-class circles, being privately educated and trained by tutors as she was groomed for the role she would one day take on herself. Though over time her fascination with the world of heroes would only grow until the point she would, fortunately, be able to convince her father to let her participate in such under the guise of promoting the company to the public, though this did lead to her training being escalated significantly it was worth the efforts in her mind. Now ready to embark on a new adventure into the more public circles so excitedly anticipates her attendance at the academy.

Kia has shown to be incredibly adept at management, multitasking, timekeeping, and organizational tasks with a keen mind when it comes to logical and logistical issues. Her upbringing, in general, gave her an appreciation for the various arts in particular dance to attempt to culture alongside the etiquette for handling upper society. She has lightly tanned skin and light blue eyes. Asami is slightly pear-shaped. She has a dancer's body: she looks petite from a distance, but her muscles are toned. She has a pretty simple - bordering on non-existent - fashion sense, forgoing style for comfort more often than not. She's almost never seen without a matching scarf, which she regularly customizes according to her mood and outfits. Her most distinctive feature are the two full blackout tattoo sleeves going up both arms, with peonies inlaid into them along flowing waters which lead up to a large Koi design upon her back beneath a red Torii gate.

Haruka's least favorite phrase in any earthly language is "it can't be done", and her knee-jerk reaction to it is always, "well, watch me". Sharp and observant, but also compassionate and witty, Haruka is really good with people and likes being around them -- even those who might come off as cold or antagonistic. She can turn up the charm to dangerous levels when she really wants something from someone, to the point of actual manipulation sometimes. Despite all this the traits she holds highest are loyalty, a conviction to her course and their resolve, very rarely willing to accept or back down from an injustice that goes against her beliefs. She would describe the way she lives simply as "the extreme way" though this concept runs far deeper with her connections

Bio:
A street orphan from a young age following a villain attack that demolished several buildings in the city, she would spend several months recovering in the hospital due to her injuries before somehow escaping following waking up with little information on where she was or the new state of events. Haruka eventually comes into the care of her foster father at the Sunflower orphanage, while she would never be related by blood she would look up to her new father immensely due to seeing the efforts he would go to in order to provide for the orphanage. This was, unfortunately, a point of conflict as her foster father's past connections would eventually bring danger to the orphanage and the kidnapping of Haruka by a yakuza family as leverage. This action was soon to be found to be poorly thought through however as he would raise hell in response, not giving them what they wanted and fighting through to bring her back. It was likely this that formed her idea of what a hero was and set her on the path to becoming one.

Quirk Function: Synthetic rubber body with tackifier secretions
Quirk Abilities:
The Users Body holds the properties of a highly elastic rubber-like material that may become sticky on command and be secreted in additional quantities. This material may be separated from themselves and controlled independently with practice though at the moment the control is crude at best.

Non-Quirk Skills:
Self-sufficient to an extent she is no stranger to housekeeping from cleaning, cooking, shopping, and other activities being able to provide for herself more than the common child which extends to making money and managing such. She has a good understanding of urban life in general seeing the layers beneath what most would, capable of locating what is needed within the towns and cities including those from less than reputable sources, knowing who to talk to and where to look.

Displaying an extreme degree of endurance and willpower she is one to push forward with all she can, rarely one to back down and commonly pushing as needed. This has been further aided by her training alongside her father in various martial art styles and conditioning. These skills combined with a rougher neighborhood she grew up in and ingenuity in using her environment has done her well in order to keep themselves safe and that which they care for.

Quirk Abilities: The ability to transform into a demon. Meaning Kotonaru's strength, speed, and endurance is greater than normal but she is unsure by how much. Her skin turns a dark purple as her hair turns a light dirty pink. Her muscles grow in size causing the hems of her clothes to rip to shreds. She grows bovine-like horns and her teeth grow so sharp she has to be careful when she talks.

Personality: Cold, distant, introverted, hardly smiles anymore, she sticks to her word, she's a softie at heart, she can be very defensive is she's put on the spot.

Bio: When Kotonaru was seven her mother and father was assassinated by her most trusted uncle. All her family recommended that she went to UA before they died. As she grew up she didn't show off her quirk and that caused her to be bullied for being "quirkless" even though she never was. Kotonaru knew she had came from a proud family where failure was never an option. To carry her family's legacy she took up training constantly to become a hero. In middle school she finally showed her quirk when a teacher was hitting and yelling at a student. Afterwards everyone was grateful and started to treat her right. She knew then that people couldn't be trusted fully. She's been training ever since she was little and she doesn't want to become number 1 but at least a widely known hero.

Quirk Function: Becoming Intangible and bringing others into this intangible state


Quirk Abilities:
Phantom Mode - Whist in Phantom Mode, Mugen can become completely intangible or partially intangible at will.

Phantom Flame - While in Phantom Mode, Mugen has a ghostly aura around him. It doesn't burn but if he attacks someone or phases through them that part of them becomes intangible.

People affected by the Phantom Flames will have that part of them become intangible for 30 minutes unless Mugen cancels it out or is forced too.

Personality:

Mugen is an inquisitive type who persistently chases whatever catches his interest and even more so if it's really none of his business. Between his insatiable curiosity and mischievous drives, he meets more than enough requirements to be labeled as a troublemaker. His academic life doesn't his image much with him slacking off in his studies, finding more enjoyment in messing with those around him rather than take any of the assignments seriously.
Although he is capable of doing the assignments and has shown to actually do well when he tries (usually as a means to raise his grades at the last second), he just doesn't seem to have any motivation for things that don't "entertain him". His stubbornness to pursue something of interest doubles as a means to stubbornly put off things he doesn't want to do.
It's hard to see someone like Mugen as a hero type since it seems he'd mess with someone before he'd even consider saving them and he does often brush things off by saying he doesn't really care either way. The truth of him is that he's just afraid to care. Having to face an inevitable defeat with no way of changing the outcome unnerves him to such a degree that he retains a distant and pessimistic view on things so he'll never have to face the pain of losing. While he doesn't really act like a hero, he can't help but do something when he sees someone who doesn't have the power to change their own outcome being targetted by someone with greater power. It may not always seem like Mugen has people's best interests in mind because of his tricky personality, but it's more that he has trouble being honest with himself. He does care even if he doesn't admit it and acts in his own ghostly way.

Bio:
Mugen Hada never got to experience what it was like being the only child because his brother Dari was born within two years after him. The two grew up with a standoffish relationship, most of their bonding consisting of playful competitions . . . Until it wasn't so playful anymore. Over the years Mugen started to take winning against his brother more seriously after his quirk started to develop. He used to always do his best to try to beat Dari in every aspect of life, but no matter how much he tried he started to find himself lagging behind his little brother. Dari had started to grow taller than him, his quirk seemed to be stronger than his, and no matter how much he tried Dari would always get better scores. It seemed to Mugen that no matter what he did he would always fall short to his seemingly perfect brother even to the point of it feeling like his entire family seemed to favor Dari over him. Dari was the golden child, and he was the troubling sibling that everyone saw as the younger brother.
After awhile Mugen stopped trying, barely doing any work in school to keep his grades just barely above failing. He spent most of his time testing his quirk by messing with fellow students or the occasion pranks on teachers whenever he could get away with it. From misplacing items, or hearing things meant to be said in secret to tease his peers, it was mostly all in good fun (even if he was the only one laughing). During his usual sneaking around he found a Quirkless girl being bullied by some students. Something about seeing someone who couldn't do anything about their situation being knocked down repeatedly rubbed him in the wrong way . . .
So he directed his pranks on the bullies and would subtly swoop in whenever they would harass the girl to trip them up with his ghostly antics. Eventually, the student noticed Mugen's actions and found out who he was so she could rave about him to her father . . . Who just so happened to be Dari's homeroom teacher, in the section for the advanced students. Unable to deny his daughter the chance to return the favor to this student, he gave Mugen a recommendation to UA and helped direct him there.
Ironically Mugen actually didn't really think much of the girl with his actions and couldn't care less about becoming a hero. If anything he was expecting to turn to a life of crime if he didn't end up anywhere in life or nothing caught his attention. If he became a bad guy he'd always be against Dari who was aiming to train to be a hero at UA so the fact he was getting recommended to the school his brother so desperately wanted to go filled him with sick pleasure. It was from then on Mugen decided he'd go at it headfirst to become a hero out of spite of his brother.

Quirk Abilities:
Gut Ripper gains it's name do to the fact Ace can transform his body to gain the abilities of a werebadger or a anthropomorphic honey badger monster know as Gut Ripper. Some of these traits can be gained while still keeping a humanoid appearance. These are slow regeneration, thicker and loose skin, and increased speed and strength. All of these are passive and can be used without many consequences expect for the fact the regeneration takes a toll on his body and can take a full 24 hours to heal deep wounds. For limbs that can take more than an entire month. He is naturally nocturnal like every other honey badger making it hard for him to see during the day. These passive effects also do include his personality (Look below for more info).

If he really needs to get serious or is pissed off/injured enough he will go through a painful transformation into Gut Ripper. This is when the other passive effects are increased giving him faster regeneration, bullet proof skin, and more speed and strength. While these benefits are great to have it comes with the down side of giving into the more primal side of being honey badger. Running on instinct the human intelligence is lacking in this form. Also this form isn't sustainable for more then 30 minutes before what little control Ace has over Gut Ripper is completely gone. Attacking friend and foe and running on blood lust becoming more reckless than usual. Then after a hour has passed he will collapse and go into a coma for at least a day, up to 4 at the most. This form is not ideal for many situations making it a last resort.

Personality: Do to his quirk Ace also has some personality traits of a badger. Which include a reckless type of brave and aggressive tendencies to those who try to control him. Taking pleasure in cigarettes, alcohol, boxing, and a weird fondness for animals he can be found most days at underground fight clubs. Most who have met him call him a bit of a cocky greedy asshole and that is fair cause he is. Not like he cares anyway since why should he? He can turn into a cool badger monster and you can't.

Bio:
Coming from a broken home and a bad part of Scotland Ace was destined to have a hard life. Didn't help most kids and even adults shunned him for his volatile quirk. Children refused to play with him because who knows he might transform and kill all them. Those who tried were quickly taken away by the parents of that child and told not to play with the monster, but none of it bothered after a bit. In fact he thanks those children for showing him that he is stronger and more powerful than most and he must train his skills leading him to do boxing and mixed martial arts. As he grew older and got more aggressive he became a local delinquent causing mayhem whenever he got the chance. Even when he went with his Dad to Japan his behavior stayed the same all throughout high school.

Quirk Abilities:
Can control and shapeshift hyper dense nearly unbreakable metal with his mind. He can create and destroy seemingly as much of it as he wants so long as he remains conscious. The metal does not react to other people’s quirks and will only change based on his will. He can feel the metal. He also can see things around him without looking in its direction up to 15 ft. due to his honed senses.

Has metal shape-shift abilities that he can use for both offence and defence. Examples: melee weapons, assault wepons, sharpened hand claws, chainsaws for arms, metal defense orb, and shields.

The metal is blade resistant, bullet resistant, heat resistant, cold resistant and pretty much immune to physical damage. Due to A very thin wire framework that he has around himself, this also applies to him.
His metal passes through itself like it isnt there when he has 2 objects

Can make anyone armor and clothing out of his metal if he wants to, but can easily take it away as a joke

Hates screeching noises due to the possibility of losing focus and having some of his metal melt, however this rarley happens due the mental training that he has done from the time in his life.

He also has another weakness, though he has kept it to himself for years. If he does come into contact with his weakness, he goes into a coma and wakes up with amnesia due to amplified effects on his brain.

Personality: hes a little goofy, and is pansexual (meaning he doesnt care about appearance
so long as he likes someone’s personality) he may make random jokes on the spot if hes in the mood at other peoples expense, but he means no harm. He is the heroic type, always has been.

Bio:

He was a very late bloomer, not unlocking his quirk until the ripe age of 24.

He was thought to be quirkless for a majority of his life, but that didnt stop him. (He had honed senses, but it was basically just amplifying everything he sensed and he had no distinction that it was different from others. He still doesn’t exactly know there’s a difference.)

He always had a heroic side. As a kid he grew up wanting to be a hero in a family full of villains. He was kicked out of his home at the age of 15 after his father didnt want to deal with him anymore after he lost his leg trying to stop one of His colleagues.

Then he met her. The love of his life, Amber. They had a child together at the age of 18 and raised it safely. Samuel gave up becoming a hero for his daughter because he wanted to be around for her. Though sadly there was a house fire that supposedly killed both his wife an daughter. He tried to pull them out but to no avail. All he did was badly burn his arm in the process and it had to be amputated.

Now quirkless and crippled, he spent his days as a chef. He loved to cook and he loved to eat. He used his good arm fencing as a hobby. Though one day he got trapped in the freezer and lost his other leg (again it had to be amputated) at the age of 22.

2 years later, now with just an arm and a stool with wheels, he had to give up his careers and lived in a home where he was taken care of by an ex hero who was getting on in ages.

One day he was eating a meal, when he wished he had a knife to cut his steak with and suddenly there was one there. (Floating and just being a knife) he was ecstatic about this and wondered what else he could do with the ability. Within a month he discovered that he could use his newly found quirk to create limbs for himself.

He was told that his ability was extraordinary and if he wanted to be a hero, he could. So with the help of the old woman (who called herself Etna), he applied for and graduated at UA


He learned all of his basic abilities using metal arm and legs during the first month that he needed them. All other abilities except the ones mentioned as new at the exact moment they are used were learned during experimentation over the last four years at UA.

Now he is new to being a pro hero, so he doesn’t exactly know who everyone is, though he tries his hardest to help when he can.

Quirk Abilities: Allows the user to generate lightning from the right side of his body and wind from the left. Overusing either side can lead to either shocks, cuts, or damaged muscles/bones.

Personality: Zenko will usually show excellent street smarts, capability of thinking on his feet, and that he is very good at problem solving most of the time, but he does not function well within a regimented learning system. He's just book dumb. He will frequently wing things and will be too stupid to be afraid of imminent peril, and will often have a short memory span. But, he is burningly passionate about everything that he does. He gives his all in absolutely everything he does, regardless of the task. He does not know how to be half-hearted or lackadaisical about anything he cares about. Using the power of guts and determination, he throws himself headfirst into the worst situations imaginable and often has a strong tendency to do impressive things.

Zenko never gives up. Ever. No matter what. There is no stopping him. He does not understand tact. No one can reason with him. He'll do whatever he has to without question. No price is too great to pay for success, up to and including his own life. Do not expect him to realize he might be better off letting it go, even if he can barely stand. For him, there is no line between "perseverance" and "insanity."

Bio: Zenko's mother died giving birth to him so he grew up with his father for awhile. Him and his father became really close over the years. He taught him everything he knew about heroes and quirks. They spent a lot of time together, watching movies, playing games, going out, etc. Zenko's father was a Pro Hero and one day when he was out on the job, he was killed. Murdered by a villain. This destroyed Zenko. He was put into an orphanage and later found a new family. Ever since then, Zenko had vowed to become a Pro Hero that his father and mother would be proud of. He'd never, ever, forget them.

Air is the first element. It is where all other elements have their foundation. Without air, everything would perish. With air, life thrives.

Quirk Abilities:

Air Wall

The air around David or anything/anyone he chooses pressurizes, creating an invisible wall. The strength depends on the amount of pressure applied. Light amounts of pressure, i.e. enough to repel melee, small arms and minor attacks, can be virtually be maintained forever. Large amounts of pressure, i.e. protecting against a huge energy blast can only be maintained for a short time.

Flight

Self-Explanatory. He can fly and move at up to Mach 1.5, as he projects an Air Wall to protect his body from the windspeed and sonic forces.

Bubble

He can transport or protect others inside a spherical Air Wall, and even place himself in one if he needs to travel somewhere the human body cannot go alone. He can also use it offensively as shown in his ultimate move.

Slice

The air compresses into a line, allowing him to cut through steel.

Capsule

He can pressurize any gas or liquid and keep it in miniature Bubbles for use when needed. This is useful for oxygen use, water storage, etc.

Teleport

David can break down on a molecular level and phase through objects or travel through the air at just under the speed of sound, reassembling somewhere else. The distance is limited by his endurance. If he's been fighting or traveling for awhile, he'll only be able to teleport small distances.

Air Bullets

The air is pressurized into multiple small points and are shot at the user's discretion.

Air Missile

The air is pressurized into a large point and is shot like a cannon.

Temperature

Since it is well known by science that temperature is regulated by the speed of molecules, David can instantaneously freeze or heat anything he wishes. The limitations are the frequency and size of the freezing and heating.

Storm

When simultaneously controlling pressure and temperature, a storm can be created. The precipitation depends on the temperature. By manipulating molecules in the air, he can even create or redirect lightning. Small storms (like Linus' dirt cloud) can be generated easily. A storm over a large city is a one-and-done, and anything larger than that would probably make him pass out or die.

Breakdown

Similar to teleportation, he can completely reduce an object or person to dust by separating their molecules. This is a last resort tactic, as it is completely irreversible and takes several seconds to complete. It is very draining if done multiple times.

Grab

Since Air is everywhere and in everything, he can "grab" anything or anyone and move them. Obviously, this is easier with non-organic items, as they can't be killed by accidentally severing an artery because the grab was too forceful. The speed he can move it and time he can hold it depends on the size and consistency of the object.

Ultimate Move:

Bubble Trap

He can trap an enemy or groups of enemies in a Bubble and restrain or crush them.


Personality: David is easy-going, and almost nothing makes him mad. He'll get upset quickly if you try to force him to do something he believes is wrong. He doesn't talk much at first, but will talk your ear off once he gets to know you.

Bio: The son of a fisherman and his wife, he grew up in a quiet riverside village without much excitement. When he got to the age of 11, he was given the option to pursue education or become a fisherman like his father. Though he didn't mind the water, he had seen rich people while sailing abroad as a child and learned that one needed knowledge to become rich. He had discovered his quirk at a young age, and wanted to learn more about it and how to earn money using it.

He set off to do just that and found education in the nearby large town of Fikimushi. That's where he met his mentor. His teacher ran a school that taught both academics and magic basics, and the student chose whether to continue in Quirk Development or High School after four years.

David wanted to explore his quirk, and on the written recommendation of his mentor, enrolled at U.A. He studied under Deku and Iida as well as other heroes that had decided to teach the next generation. Upon graduation, he continued his higher studies and also taught at U.A. He now has his Masters in Criminal Justice and is a Head Instructor at U.A.

A conflicting woman with energy and great passion, confidence being there own downfall with their certainty of several topics often being proven quickly false with a frightening speed at times though rarely letting such dissuade them, instead of using their ability to spin such into their favor with twisted words. Still, she does have an aggressive streak when triggered, her snapping anger going overboard at times to the point of yelling at inanimate objects with a deep cynicism which strangely can quickly change to laughter. Holding many eccentricities, her largest is an obsession over good and bad luck superstitions to a high degree. Above all, though they hold great value in personal freedom through their mental stability has raised concerns for a while though they seem deeply tied to her creative spark and a focus on the bigger picture of heroics in general.

Bio:
Despite their appearance, they were not originally from some grand or noble source but instead a broken household, their mother being a less than the capable guardian to the point there were several interactions with social services and Yattsuya doing her past to cover for her parents lack responsibility and other actions. Despite this, they would work themselves up to something greater, Originally forgoing further education in order to provide for her mothers deteriorating condition they would still conduct their own training in the hero efforts as well when the time would allow, doing so mainly through the media clashes, interviews and any other source she could acquire. This would proceed until the eventual passing of her mother at which point they became liberated in a sense to pursue this life full force, though it was not without its road bumps with her original mentor taking her into the agency Grape Schtick for less than noble reasons, though it did springboard her into coming into contact with one of his associates from his time at the UA Academy. Mina Ashido.


She would eventually gain a full hero license of her own despite no formal education as part of the Academy itself, going on to establish her own agency that helped in reducing crime and tackling in a more proactive manner by improving public relations and opinion with the heroes. She eventually managed to rise to the rank 8 professional hero slot, though while it has become clear to her peers she could rise far higher she has been adamant about retaining the ranking as it is to a fierce degree, She currently established herself a prominent media personality and holds a school position at the UA itself aiding in the PR and Legal matters. She also teaches various classes with the most notable being Business, Public Relations, and Hero Law, though has been known to advise and be called in on design and branding aspects of up and coming heroes. Juggling the press, media commitments, hero work and teaching would not be possible without the aid of her secretary who has helped manage such to a tight schedule, though it is often wondered how either of them has any time to sleep given their frantic lifestyle.

Quirk Abilities:
Kyle is able to create puppets out of his own shadows, but his powers are still not realized and he can only create 1 The Boogeyman nicknamed B by Kyle. This creation seems to also have its own personality and free will. Whether this is the natural-born ability of the quirk or if it is a defect due to Kyle's multiple personality disorder is unknown. B is an actual physical entity as well that can interact with objects but can also enter shadows that lead back to what Kyle calls Home Shadow his shadow specifically. With experimentation with his quirk, he has mapped out a lot of the restrictions of his power. While B is roughly 15 feet within Home Shadow Kyle can take full control of B. Often visualized as the relationship of a puppet master and puppet. This is telegraphed by his eyes turning white and dead and his hands will seem to be fixed and his fingers will move like he is doing invisible puppetry. While awkward to control and taking a lot of focus it is pretty obvious it can be useful if he keeps training with it, but if B is within 20 feet of the home shadow he can use commands to give orders, and B will interpret that however, he wishes along with being able to see through B's eys. The problems start when he gets out of range and at the point, the chain on the beast is let loose and he will go on a rampage for 5 minutes before recovering back to the home shadow. This will also happen if he left out for more than 15 minutes or killed decapitation as other injuries can be healed. This recovery will also happen if Kyle is hurt and can't focus. This recovery is between an hour to 3 hours and whenever he isn't out he can communicate with Kyle. The problem with the ability and the biggest limitation is that nothing physical about Kyle really changes. He is just a human and he isn't that athletic either. With his body being exposed and him having to focus to control it is more of a defensive ability relying on strategy and tactics from the puppet master using B's great strength and speed to the fullest while also keeping B happy so he will follow orders which he sometimes interprets wrong.

The Boogeyman wears dark and ripped pieces of clothing with disgusting 3 foot long nails used as knives, but his hat is completely clean except signs of age. His bulging eyes, sharp teeth, and rotting skin definitely earned him the name The Boogeyman. His appearance definitely fits his personality. With no moral compass whatever his master says he does. If anyone is caught in front of him with the order to attack no mercy will be shown. In battles, he will be cackling and excited throughout the battle taunting enemies. The way he acts toward his Kyle can be seen as a protective older brother following his shadow sometimes even following him in a physical form that annoys Kyle since he doesn't want to be seen as a villain and the monster following him isn't helping.

Unlike B Kyle's appearance runs opposite to his personality. He is a smart, polite, and quiet British boy trying to be helpful to his fellow students, but due to his trauma as a young child, it is hard. That doesn't mean he won't try and talk to others about his interest in music and horror novels. While nice to most people he refuses to let the strong pick on the weak and he will deal with the problem in unsavory ways with no regard to laws... Attack first, ask questions later. Unfourtantly his look and with B following around he is often a outcast, but he doesn't blame these people. As long as they don't try to put him physically he could care less. Now with B Kyle gets annoyed with him following him everywhere, but he wants B to help in his goals so he has been trying to treat like a young impressionable child teaching right and wrong (Barley working...). When it comes to battle he is often seen sitting down and reading which allows him to fully calm down. From there he acts as a general controlling 1 really strong soldier or a chessboard. Him being the king and B being his knight.

Do you ever wonder what it's like to have a voice in your head like an imaginary friend? When Kyle the young brit lost his parents at 5 in a car crash. And while at the orphanage the voice began to speak to him. Loud raspy and monstrous it would question every one of his actions. This was the first sign of his mental health issues and trust me the kids noticed this weirdo kid who would talk to himself. So he became the target of many bullies and he couldn't defend himself cause he was a lot weaker than most kids. His only comforts were reading the horror books his father use to read and...the voice."Don't cry, Kyle...You may not be strong physically...so use brain..." That's when reading a novel called "The Boogeyman" from the closet he came. "I will serve...as your sword." he says going down on one knee. While most 9 year olds would be Kyle knew that voice it was his friend the Boogeyman taking the form of the monster in his story. So he took this to heart going to the local libraries and ascended to the top of his class by sheer determination and hard work. When he finally saw the power he could wield and bring down the strong who prey on the weak by the weak. He knows he isn't strong and refuses to be seen as a villain. In fact, that is the greatest insult to use against Kyle.

Acquired through hard work and many days spent in the local library led to him becoming pretty intelligent in the general school subjects, but after he began testing his power and control alone he realized military tactics and strategy were essentials to learning his power in any way. In battles, he will plot and try to plan every part of the battle making sure he knows the optimal strategy. Which orders he will give, if he takes control of B, or maybe breaks the chain on B to go on a rampage.
Manipulation:
When you can't physically overpower them getting in the head of an enemy can be the single greatest move. Maybe causing a checkmate.
Chess:
Pretty decent at chess.
Guitar/Singing:
One of his favorite genres learned from his father who gave him all his Punk Rock album. Then when he ended up finding an electric guitar and amp while dumpster diving so he likes to write songs and play Guitar for anyone interested in music.

Quirk Function: The ability to mind control other people through a nanovirus Suzaku emits from his body.

Quirk Name: Persuasive Oration.

Quirk Abilities: Persuasive Oration gives Suzaku the ability to control another person's mind through literal verbal commands and make them completely obedient to him. His Quirk is a side-effect of the viral treatment used to cure his childhood neural degenerative disease, the virus replaced damaged sections of his DNA but also altered his Quirk. His ability is always active as he cannot stop his body from producing the virus and anyone within his immediate proximity is affected but don't realize it until he issues a command. The nature of Suzaku's viral mind control requires him to be physically present for his commands to have an immediate effect.

Speaking over a phone or through a physical barrier like a sealed room will not enthrall his victim. Once his thrall left his vicinity Suzaku's power has a time limit of ten to twelve hours initially before the victim began to regain his or her own will unless he re-establishes control before the time limit was up. Until the time limit is up, the victims will continue to follow Suzaku's commands unless he interrupts them and gave them a different order to follow. He controlled his geneticist parents for several weeks and a family at the age of 14 for 8 months.

Suzaku's ability can compel behavior as well as actions. By saying "you'd like to invite me in" and "I'm going to be your guest here indefinitely, You'll be delighted", he enthralled a man and his wife not only to invite him into their home, totally ignoring the fact that he was a stranger but treat him kindly as a guest, serving him dinner with smiles on their faces. His control over others' behavior seemed to allow him to control their emotions or at least emulate an emotion on command.

While Suzaku can command physical actions and compel behavior he was unable to erase or alter memories which more often than not led to him compelling murder or suicide to keep his existence a secret. His abilities invade people's thoughts and deadens their will, his mother describes it as "prying fungus from a windowsill, I couldn't think". This causes the victim to either seemingly not feel emotions while following his orders or in cases when a victim is told to kill or harm themselves or others, show visible fear and confusion, such as a police officer who tried to arrest him for stealing which caused Suzaku to enthrall him, commanding him to put his hands into a running blender before making him jump off the roof of a building.

His abilities do have limits, he can control hundreds of people at once but the virus dies once it's more than 600 yards away from him and the control lasts for 24 hours unless he ends the control or issues a new command which resets the timer since it gives them another dose of the virus. People who have been controlled for a long time may end up developing an immunity factor to the virus preventing Suzaku from controlling them and those with enough willpower can fight his commands, their resistance to the commands becomes more effective the furthey away they are from Suzaku and the closer to the deadline they are.

Personality/Bio (They sort of mix): Suzaku was initally an ordinary child, happy and content with two parents who loved him dearly. At the age of 5, he was diagnosed with ischemic neural degeneration or Kiba Syndrome (not real) which caused the blood flow in his brain to decrease as he got older, the condition would have rendered him brain dead by age 13. Having endured painful experiments by his parents, Suzaku was changed drastically when he gained his Quirk. As an adolescent and into an adult, Suzaku lacks any form of moral compass or conscience, showing traits of nihilism and anti-social personality disorder. If someone annoyed him, he would frequently go out of his way to order them to do something vicious to themselves.

An example of this was when he ordered a businessman to throw his hot coffee over his face simply for telling him to stop loitering in his reception area. This was only a mild example; he had been known to order people to remain motionless for hours on end or even to commit suicide in the most brutal of ways. He also had little, if any, self-control, with a tendency to overreact to even the slightest insult. As an adult he tempered his darker tendencies and used his abilities to try and be a vigilante hero, initally overjoyed and getting a power trip off the gratitude people gave him.

Eventually he grew bored of this and began to fear the reputation he'd been building for himself so he went quiet, compelling people into murder or suicide since his powers cannot alter memories. He's not a particularly loud or noticeable villain and that's they way he likes it. He simply wants to live a quiet life of luxury with no care of whom he has to enslave or how many lives he ruins in the process. He trained as a Police Officer to have a "normal job" to hide his various income frauds and to find criminals to kill simply because he sees that as "balancing the books" by compelling them to kill themselves as if to erase the fact that he has killed hundreds of people over his lifetime to protect his identity or as an act of revenge for some percieved slight.

Likes: Fine Dining, Expensive Watches, Enthralling Heroes into his personal slavery.

Dislikes: People discovering his more reckless past, confrontations with well-known pro heroes since their suicide/disappearance would be noticed.

The Boogeyman wears dark and ripped pieces of clothing with disgusting 3 foot long nails used as knives, but his hat is completely clean except signs of age. His bulging eyes, sharp teeth, and rotting skin definitely earned him the name The Boogeyman. His appearance definitely fits his personality. With no moral compass whatever his master says he does. If anyone is caught in front of him with the order to attack no mercy will be shown. In battles, he will be cackling and excited throughout the battle taunting enemies. The way he acts toward his Kyle can be seen as a protective older brother following his shadow sometimes even following him in a physical form that annoys Kyle since he doesn't want to be seen as a villain and the monster following him isn't helping.

Kyle's Personality:
Unlike B Kyle's appearance runs opposite to his personality. He is a smart, polite, and quiet British boy trying to be helpful to his fellow students, but due to his trauma as a young child, it is hard. That doesn't mean he won't try and talk to others about his interest in music and horror novels. While nice to most people he refuses to let the strong pick on the weak and he will deal with the problem in unsavory ways with no regard to laws... Attack first, ask questions later. Unfourtantly his look and with B following around he is often a outcast, but he doesn't blame these people. As long as they don't try to put him physically he could care less. Now with B Kyle gets annoyed with him following him everywhere, but he wants B to help in his goals so he has been trying to treat like a young impressionable child teaching right and wrong (Barley working...). When it comes to battle he is often seen sitting down and reading which allows him to fully calm down. From there he acts as a general controlling 1 really strong soldier or a chessboard. Him being the king and B being his knight.

Bio:
Do you ever wonder what it's like to have a voice in your head like an imaginary friend? When Kyle the young brit lost his parents at 5 in a car crash. And while at the orphanage the voice began to speak to him. Loud raspy and monstrous it would question every one of his actions. This was the first sign of his mental health issues and trust me the kids noticed this weirdo kid who would talk to himself. So he became the target of many bullies and he couldn't defend himself cause he was a lot weaker than most kids. His only comforts were reading the horror books his father use to read and...the voice."Don't cry, Kyle...You may not be strong physically...so use brain..." That's when reading a novel called "The Boogeyman" from the closet he came. "I will serve...as your sword." he says going down on one knee. While most 9 year olds would be Kyle knew that voice it was his friend the Boogeyman taking the form of the monster in his story. So he took this to heart going to the local libraries and ascended to the top of his class by sheer determination and hard work. When he finally saw the power he could wield and bring down the strong who prey on the weak by the weak. He knows he isn't strong and refuses to be seen as a villain. In fact, that is the greatest insult to use against Kyle.

Acquired through hard work and many days spent in the local library led to him becoming pretty intelligent in the general school subjects, but after he began testing his power and control alone he realized military tactics and strategy were essentials to learning his power in any way. In battles, he will plot and try to plan every part of the battle making sure he knows the optimal strategy. Which orders he will give, if he takes control of B, or maybe breaks the chain on B to go on a rampage.
Manipulation:
When you can't physically overpower them getting in the head of an enemy can be the single greatest move. Maybe causing a checkmate.

Quirk Function: The ability to mind control other people through a nanovirus Suzaku emits from his body.

Quirk Name: Persuasive Oration.

Quirk Abilities: Persuasive Oration gives Suzaku the ability to control another person's mind through literal verbal commands and make them completely obedient to him. His Quirk is a side-effect of the viral treatment used to cure his childhood neural degenerative disease, the virus replaced damaged sections of his DNA but also altered his Quirk. His ability is always active as he cannot stop his body from producing the virus and anyone within his immediate proximity is affected but don't realize it until he issues a command. The nature of Suzaku's viral mind control requires him to be physically present for his commands to have an immediate effect.

Speaking over a phone or through a physical barrier like a sealed room will not enthrall his victim. Once his thrall left his vicinity Suzaku's power has a time limit of ten to twelve hours initially before the victim began to regain his or her own will unless he re-establishes control before the time limit was up. Until the time limit is up, the victims will continue to follow Suzaku's commands unless he interrupts them and gave them a different order to follow. He controlled his geneticist parents for several weeks and a family at the age of 14 for 8 months.

Suzaku's ability can compel behavior as well as actions. By saying "you'd like to invite me in" and "I'm going to be your guest here indefinitely, You'll be delighted", he enthralled a man and his wife not only to invite him into their home, totally ignoring the fact that he was a stranger but treat him kindly as a guest, serving him dinner with smiles on their faces. His control over others' behavior seemed to allow him to control their emotions or at least emulate an emotion on command.

While Suzaku can command physical actions and compel behavior he was unable to erase or alter memories which more often than not led to him compelling murder or suicide to keep his existence a secret. His abilities invade people's thoughts and deadens their will, his mother describes it as "prying fungus from a windowsill, I couldn't think". This causes the victim to either seemingly not feel emotions while following his orders or in cases when a victim is told to kill or harm themselves or others, show visible fear and confusion, such as a police officer who tried to arrest him for stealing which caused Suzaku to enthrall him, commanding him to put his hands into a running blender before making him jump off the roof of a building.

His abilities do have limits, he can control hundreds of people at once but the virus dies once it's more than 600 yards away from him and the control lasts for 24 hours unless he ends the control or issues a new command which resets the timer since it gives them another dose of the virus. People who have been controlled for a long time may end up developing an immunity factor to the virus preventing Suzaku from controlling them and those with enough willpower can fight his commands, their resistance to the commands becomes more effective the furthey away they are from Suzaku and the closer to the deadline they are.

Personality/Bio (They sort of mix): Suzaku was initally an ordinary child, happy and content with two parents who loved him dearly. At the age of 5, he was diagnosed with ischemic neural degeneration or Kiba Syndrome (not real) which caused the blood flow in his brain to decrease as he got older, the condition would have rendered him brain dead by age 13. Having endured painful experiments by his parents, Suzaku was changed drastically when he gained his Quirk. As an adolescent and into an adult, Suzaku lacks any form of moral compass or conscience, showing traits of nihilism and anti-social personality disorder. If someone annoyed him, he would frequently go out of his way to order them to do something vicious to themselves.

An example of this was when he ordered a businessman to throw his hot coffee over his face simply for telling him to stop loitering in his reception area. This was only a mild example; he had been known to order people to remain motionless for hours on end or even to commit suicide in the most brutal of ways. He also had little, if any, self-control, with a tendency to overreact to even the slightest insult. As an adult he tempered his darker tendencies and used his abilities to try and be a vigilante hero, initally overjoyed and getting a power trip off the gratitude people gave him.

Eventually he grew bored of this and began to fear the reputation he'd been building for himself so he went quiet, compelling people into murder or suicide since his powers cannot alter memories. He's not a particularly loud or noticeable villain and that's they way he likes it. He simply wants to live a quiet life of luxury with no care of whom he has to enslave or how many lives he ruins in the process. He trained as a Police Officer to have a "normal job" to hide his various income frauds and to find criminals to kill simply because he sees that as "balancing the books" by compelling them to kill themselves as if to erase the fact that he has killed hundreds of people over his lifetime to protect his identity or as an act of revenge for some percieved slight.

Likes: Fine Dining, Expensive Watches, Enthralling Heroes into his personal slavery.

Dislikes: People discovering his more reckless past, confrontations with well-known pro heroes since their suicide/disappearance would be noticed.

Personality:
A conflicting woman with energy and great passion, confidence being there own downfall with their certainty of several topics often being proven quickly false with a frightening speed at times though rarely letting such dissuade them, instead of using their ability to spin such into their favor with twisted words. Still, she does have an aggressive streak when triggered, her snapping anger going overboard at times to the point of yelling at inanimate objects with a deep cynicism which strangely can quickly change to laughter. Holding many eccentricities, her largest is an obsession over good and bad luck superstitions to a high degree. Above all, though they hold great value in personal freedom through their mental stability has raised concerns for a while though they seem deeply tied to her creative spark and a focus on the bigger picture of heroics in general.

Bio:
Despite their appearance, they were not originally from some grand or noble source but instead a broken household, their mother being a less than the capable guardian to the point there were several interactions with social services and Yattsuya doing her past to cover for her parents lack responsibility and other actions. Despite this, they would work themselves up to something greater, Originally forgoing further education in order to provide for her mothers deteriorating condition they would still conduct their own training in the hero efforts as well when the time would allow, doing so mainly through the media clashes, interviews and any other source she could acquire. This would proceed until the eventual passing of her mother at which point they became liberated in a sense to pursue this life full force, though it was not without its road bumps with her original mentor taking her into the agency Grape Schtick for less than noble reasons, though it did springboard her into coming into contact with one of his associates from his time at the UA Academy. Mina Ashido.


She would eventually gain a full hero license of her own despite no formal education as part of the Academy itself, going on to establish her own agency that helped in reducing crime and tackling in a more proactive manner by improving public relations and opinion with the heroes. She eventually managed to rise to the rank 8 professional hero slot, though while it has become clear to her peers she could rise far higher she has been adamant about retaining the ranking as it is to a fierce degree, She currently established herself a prominent media personality and holds a school position at the UA itself aiding in the PR and Legal matters. She also teaches various classes with the most notable being Business, Public Relations, and Hero Law, though has been known to advise and be called in on design and branding aspects of up and coming heroes. Juggling the press, media commitments, hero work and teaching would not be possible without the aid of her secretary who has helped manage such to a tight schedule, though it is often wondered how either of them has any time to sleep given their frantic lifestyle.

Quirk Abilities:

Voodoo Doll Creation - In a manner similar to Yaoyorozu's Quirk, Saburo can use the fat cells in his body to create pre-made voodoo dolls, all he needs is some genetic material of the victim to create the doll around. They are identical and are made of dried swamp grass bound with crude string and a blank brass faceplate with the person's name.

Damage Transference - By creating a voodoo doll of someone using a piece of their hair, a drop of their blood or even some skin cells, Saburo can use his Quirk to make what happens to the doll happen to the victim. He killed a pro hero who was going after him for stealing by wrapping a piece of the man's hair around the throat of the doll before plunging it into a nearby fountain. The hero began coughing up copious amounts of water, Saburo's Quirk transferring the water from the fountain to the man's lungs before he drowned on dry land. He can also do this from afar but must speak in a rhyming couplet for it to work. When he began drowning his violent neighbours, he said the following: "Water damps the fiercest flame, drowns down girls and boys the same."

He can also remain immune to one hero by wearing their voodoo doll like a necklace or having it on his person. Any time the hero tries to hurt him or use their Quirk against him, the damage Saburo would take is redirected to them.

Terror Inducement - By burying something like a pig's heart, Saburo can "curse" an area. The more human the object he buries and places the curse upon, the stronger the effect will be. Whilst people are in the area of the curse, they will begin to have disturbing hallucinations of violent imagery such as people being tortured on the rack or someone being beaten to death. Those affected will also experience psychosis, making them believe that everyone is watching them or the government is out to get them or the weatherman can read their thoughts. Saburo can also wear the cursed object so the field moves with him, filling his enemies with the same effects. Once the person moves out of the radius of the cursed object, it will take a few hours for their psyche to return to normal. Saburo can place multiple cursed items or wear them to intensify the effect or to extend it's reach, having murdered his psychopathic landlord who was using violence to try and evict him by having him experience hallucinations that the people he murdered were coming out of the ground to exact revenge, terrorizing him enough to induce a heart attack.

Zombie Powder - At will, Saburo can excrete a fine red powder which he can breathe at his victims directly or on their voodoo dolls to turn them into voodoo zombies using the same lipid transformation process as he does to create the dolls. Whilst not the living dead, most of their brain functions are switched off and they are under the control of Saburo who can communicate them using a ritual trance to link his consiciousness with theirs, essentially auto-piloting their bodies. He can also switch between their normal state and their zombified state, allowing him to make effective sleeper agents. The zombies can transmit this powder in their saliva through a bite and Saburo can control them outside of his trance state by implanting a talisman on them and wearing that same talisman.

Quirk Limitations:

All of his voodoo has an effective radius of the same city or if they are outside of a city, 1 mile in a radius originating from Saburo. If his target leaves that boundary or he does, the effects of his Quirk ends until they re-enter the radius.

Although terrifying from a distance, the fact that he has to obtain the victim's DNA which puts him in range of most Quirks leaves him vulnerable.

Even though it's abilities are powerful, his Quirk is not good at a close range and he can be easily overpowered by more direct abilities, this is compounded by the fact that his rituals take time to work.

He can only control 5 zombies at a time, the others will attack anyone in range. Those infected by the zombie powder lose the ability to use their Quirks but they gain apparent superhuman physical feats from the massive doses of adrenaline pumping through them from the powder, he can only generate a maximum of 100 zombies.

Blunt to a fault, his cool attitude can be off-putting and sometimes interpreted as rude, such as telling people to “spare him the bullshit”. He can be demanding when he needs something, such as information and he uses profanity when agitated. He is overly sarcastic at times as well. He is also not afraid to examine corpses for clues, showing bravery and courage, and perhaps hinting he is desensitized and has seen some morbid things before. He is also impatient and does not like it when people are not careful. Saburo in general is very mysterious and he is very secretive about his past and rarely talks about it and only to those he trusts.

Bio: Saburo was born to villain parents, his mother had the ability to make objects she touched turn invisible or intangible whilst his father had the ability to control water. Saburo's voodoo Quirk was the result of his great grandfather who came from Haiti and met his Japanese great grandmother in America, his Quirk was the ability to make tarot predictions accurate. Saburo's Quirk is the evolution of that into the current generation. Researching his ancestry, he learnt how to use his power to help his parents by giving them the curse medallions to aid in their robbery. After his parents were imprisoned in Tartarus however when they tried to escape a Pro Hero, he developed a violent hatred for hero society whom he blames for the destruction of his family. Unable to see his parents anymore, he gained a taste for the darker aspects of his powers, he used the zombies he made as personal slaves before they died of malnutrition because Saburo forgot to feed them properly. An angry child lashing out at the world for his misfortune, he wants to be a well known villain that people fear like his parents were before him and his ultimate goal is to free them.

Air is the first element. It is where all other elements have their foundation. Without air, everything would perish. With air, life thrives.

Quirk Abilities:

Air Wall

The air around David or anything/anyone he chooses pressurizes, creating an invisible wall. The strength depends on the amount of pressure applied. Light amounts of pressure, i.e. enough to repel melee, small arms and minor attacks, can be virtually be maintained forever. Large amounts of pressure, i.e. protecting against a huge energy blast can only be maintained for a short time.

Flight

Self-Explanatory. He can fly and move at up to Mach 1.5, as he projects an Air Wall to protect his body from the windspeed and sonic forces.

Bubble

He can transport or protect others inside a spherical Air Wall, and even place himself in one if he needs to travel somewhere the human body cannot go alone. He can also use it offensively as shown in his ultimate move.

Slice

The air compresses into a line, allowing him to cut through steel.

Capsule

He can pressurize any naturally occurring gas or liquid and keep it in miniature Bubbles for use when needed. This is useful for oxygen use, water storage, etc.

Teleport

David can break down on a molecular level and phase through objects or travel through the air at just under the speed of sound, reassembling somewhere else. The distance is limited by his endurance. If he's been fighting or traveling for awhile, he'll only be able to teleport small distances.

Air Bullets

The air is pressurized into multiple small points and are shot at the user's discretion.

Air Missile

The air is pressurized into a large point and is shot like a cannon.

Temperature

Since it is well known by science that temperature is regulated by the speed of molecules, David can instantaneously freeze or heat anything he wishes. The limitations are, as before, the frequency and size of the freezing and heating.

Storm

When simultaneously controlling pressure and temperature, a storm can be created. The precipitation depends on the temperature. By manipulating molecules in the air, he can even create or redirect lightning. Small storms (like Linus' dirt cloud) can be generated easily. A storm over a city is a one-and-done, and anything larger than that would probably make him pass out or die.

Breakdown

Similar to teleportation, he can completely reduce an object or person to dust by separating their molecules. This is a last resort tactic, as it is completely irreversible and takes several seconds to complete, and can be very draining if done multiple times.

Grab

Since Air is everywhere and in everything, he can "grab" anything or anyone and move them. Obviously, this is easier with non-organic items, as they can't be killed by accidentally severing an artery because the grab was too forceful. The speed he can move it and time he can hold it depends on the size and consistency of the object.

Ultimate Move:

Bubble Trap

He can trap an enemy or groups of enemies in a Bubble and restrain or crush them.


Personality: David is easy-going, and almost nothing makes him mad. He'll get upset quickly if you try to force him to do something he believes is wrong. He doesn't talk much at first, but will talk your ear off once he gets to know you.

Bio: The son of a fisherman and his wife, he grew up in a quiet riverside village without much excitement. When he got to the age of 11, he was given the option to pursue education or become a fisherman like his father. Though he didn't mind the water, he had seen rich people while sailing abroad as a child and learned that one needed knowledge to become rich. He had discovered his quirk at a young age, and wanted to learn more about it and how to earn money using it.

He set off to do just that and found education in the nearby large town of Fikimushi. That's where he met his mentor. His teacher ran a school that taught both academics and magic basics, and the student chose whether to continue in Quirk Development or High School after four years.

David wanted to explore his quirk, and on the written recommendation of his mentor, enrolled at U.A. He studied under Deku and Iida as well as other heroes that had decided to teach the next generation. Upon graduation, he continued his higher studies and also taught at U.A. He now has his Masters in Criminal Justice and is a Head Instructor at U.A.

Likes: Partly cloudy days, chocolate, steak, teaching, helping people less fortunate than himself.

Quirk Function: Becoming Intangible and bringing others into this intangible state


Quirk Abilities:
Phantom Mode - Whist in Phantom Mode, Mugen can become completely intangible or partially intangible at will.

Phantom Flame - While in Phantom Mode, Mugen has a ghostly aura around him. It doesn't burn but if he attacks someone or phases through them that part of them becomes intangible.

People affected by the Phantom Flames will have that part of them become intangible for 30 minutes unless Mugen cancels it out or is forced too.
