Age
36
Gender
Male
Species
Cyborg (used to be completely human)
Height
5'11"
Weight
300 lbs (robot parts make him heavy)
Occupation: Teacher
Quirk Function: Techno Deus
Quirk Abilities:
Quirk ExplanationPersonality
There are three main aspects of his quirk: Control, Upgrade, and Electricity
Control
The control portion of his quirk allows him to control any piece of technology completely, by either touching it or indirectly if he inserts one of his patented "Kyu Chips", essentially a hard drive that connects to his cyborg mind. Once he has access to a piece of technology, he's able to view information stored on it, change and alter code, erase everything on it, etc. Self-explanatory really.
Upgrade/Downgrade
The biggest aspect of his quirk is his ability to upgrade (or downgrade) technology to make them either more efficient or suit purposes better, etc, etc. Similarly to the above, he has to be touching said technology to change it. However, he must be touching it for the entirety of the process for upgrades/downgrades to be successful. With larger or more elaborate changes taking longer periods of time.
For example, he can change a cell phone into a smartphone, or into a walkie talkie.
A byproduct of being a cyborg, Techtricity is able to merge multiple of his technological creations into his body, many of them being for combat, allowing him to change parts of his body into weapons. However, he gets noticeably heavier and slower the more he does this, so he tries to avoid overstocking.
What he normally uses includes:
~ A stun gun for his right hand
~ A gauntlet that releases electricity in a more powerful blast that just using his hand for his left hand
~ Internal Jeckpack in his back
~ A storage container in his stomach that holds a sword that he likes to use.
~A display in his eye for when he access the interweb
Electricity
Also self-explanatory, he can shoot electricity as well as take and control electricity from any source.
Quirk Flaws / Notes
~ He has to keep a constant surge of electricity going through his body to use his quirk (As well as to survive)
~ He cannot repurpose devices. However, he is able to merge devices into one device that has both uses.
~ As a Cyborg, he still needs everything that other humans need, including food and air to breathe
~ ~ On the bright side, he does not bleed
~ Although he can get into water, it literally hurts him, causing his entire body to ache, and his internal technology has a tendency to act up in those cases. However, very few people know as he keeps it a well-guarded secret.
~ Upgrading/Downgrading takes time.
~ He also can't create technology without the basic necessary techno parts needed. Part of the reason why he can't repurpose devices.
~ EMP's are his absolute worst enemy. They send him into a shutdown similar to a coma. It then requires a huge jolt of electricity (thinking blackout inducing in a small metropolis) to rise him.
~ Mentioned earlier but his quirk made him into a cyborg, turning his already-intelligent mind into a supercomputer essentially, giving him the ability to retain memories of near anything.
The first thing people tend to notice about Kyu is that he's very intelligent, which is not surprising given both his history and his quirk. Nevertheless, he takes it to a nearly absurd level. One of his favorite past times includes telling random trivia facts to whoever lets him talk and he can always be seen with a book, trying to learn more. The next thing you'd notice is that he's extremely friendly with everyone, to the extent of being too laid back with everyone at times. Despite this, when he's given a task, he refuses to rest until the task is complete. He not only wants everyone to do their best at all times but expects it, having it drilled into his head that everyone should work hard to make the world a better place, definitely a bit old school when it comes to black and white morality thinking that can sometimes get people to root for villains. After all, he believes that if there's a problem, you shouldn't go and create more problems to fix them. Despite this, he does have the sense to understand when there are multiple parties responsible for the things that lead villains to do the stuff they do, and he actively promotes trying to get people to admit when they screwed up.
He's also very much so in love with his wife still, even though she died a few years ago. His partner in crime, (badumtss), he gets distracted very easily whenever she's mentioned and visits her grave every morning. Unfortunately, since she also used to be a very famous pro hero, she gets mentioned frequently enough that they had to make it a rule in the UA teacher room not to talk to Kyu about her, as he ends up causing some inordinate amount of chaos (the coffee machine incident the first that comes to mind). He also blames himself for her death, saying that he should have gone into the water himself, despite knowing that he would have died instead had he done so. He has become more guarded, when it comes to his own feelings and emotions, with individuals after her death, despite still being friendly.
Bio
Kyu lived as an inquisitive all his life, always running around inspecting and learning about the world around him. This curiosity extended to people, as Kyu's first friend was a girl in his kindergarten class who developed her quirk first. He asked her about her quirk and they proceeded to become the best of friends after sitting the whole day talking about nothing but her abilities, even during nap time which admittedly got them into a bit of trouble. That was the first time Kyu met his best friend for life and soon to be wife after they aged up a few years.
However, at some point around his 8th birthday, Kyufell into a coma in the middle of the school day. Just up and stopped. Of course, the school sent him to the hospital, his parents rushing there themselves. However, after trying to take some blood for a test, they realized Kyu's body was changing, his organs, bones, and blooded turning not only hard, but into metal machine parts, coils, and cords. Seeing as he was no longer completely human, the doctors called in a professional with machines: none other than Mei Hatsume.
Hatsume, in her lovable but wacky ways, immediately told them to shock him with some electricity, saying that a good shock gets most machines going. Having no better ideas, they did so and it worked. As the first face he saw after his awakening was a zoomed-in pink goggled lady, Kyu was noticeably confused until Hatsume explained that his quirk was not only developing but that she wanted to keep tabs on him, in order to see what happens. After all, given the fact that she ordered the electricity, she felt he was now one of her baby gadgets, which Kyu didn't mind, considering he loved looking at and interacting with his "brothers and sisters". (Fortunately, his parents were fine too).
Aging up, Kyu had worked under Hatsume for years as an assisstant, learning more about his quirk. Beocming closer to the lady, she revealed that she went to UA as a support student and had them to thank for her access to much of the materials she worked with. As such, Kyu decided he'd do the same. Fortunately, his best friend also decided to go to UA, and so Kyu and his future wife both applied, Kyu for support course and his partner for the hero course, and they both got in. Everything was going great, everyone was happy, and everything was normal until the sports festival came. After having Hatsume explain how important it was for him to stand out and get investors, Kyu did his best... and ended up placing in second, losing the final match to his aforementioned friend, as she decided to throw him off his game by revealing that she had a crush on them for years. As such, right after their battle, they started going out. On top of that, UA decided to move him up to the hero course, though after Hatsume almost blew up the school with her rejections, they allowed him to retain access to the support department labs.
Eventually graduating, he and his girlfriend immediately getting married and then began pro heroing as an epic duo. Over their years together, they became very famous, Techo and Mega Girl, and for a long time, everything was fine until that one fateful night. During a hostage situation with one of their biggest foes on a ship, the foe threw a bomb along with many of the hostages into the ocean. Knowing of his weakness, Mega Girl immediately jumped in to save the hostages while Techno stayed on board and neutralized the villain. After a few minutes, Kyu started to get worried and hostages began floating up one by one, all in critical condition, but going to survive. It was after he saw the last hostage reach the shore while bawling as the boat suddenly shook as water lit up that he understood what happened, and went into another coma.
Techtricity hasn't been the same since that night. For starters, immediately after coming out of his coma, he changed his name to Techtricity, not telling anyone why*. Afterwards, began investing in future heroes, knowing that not everyone was invincible. As such, he took a job as a teacher at his alma mater and has been here since.
Likes: Gadgets, his wife, doing good
Dislikes: water, evil doers, being reminded of his wife's death
Non-Quirk Skills: fluent in over 30 languages with the capability to learnthem allmore if he wanted. He also took up a plethora of martial arts styles to supplement his quirk after moving to the hero course. He's a black belt in many of them now. Fast reader (easy enough for a supercomputer)
*Reason for the name change: When still attending UA, his wife suggested Techtricity as a hero name, despite finding it a bit cheesy. As such, he decided to change it after her death as another I love you act.

Age: 16

Species: Human
Height: 5'8
Weight: 145 lbs.
Appearance: View attachment 686103
Occupation: Student
Quirk Function: Demon Transformation

Her skin turns a dark purple as her hair turns a light dirty pink. Her muscles grow in size causing the hems of her clothes to rip to shreds. She grows bovine-like horns and her teeth grow so sharp she has to be careful when she talks. Her skin is harder than steel and her reflexes are incredible.
Personality: Massive anger issues, hardly smiles, and she doesn't trust anybody because of an incident that happened long ago
Bio: When Kotonaru was seven her mother and father was assassinated by her most trusted uncle. All her family recommended that she went before they died. As she grew up she didn't show off her quirk and that caused her to be bullied for being "quirkless" even though she never was. Kotonaru knew she had came from a proud family where failure was never an option. To carry her family's legacy she took up training constantly to become a hero. In middle school she finally showed her quirk when a teacher was hitting and yelling at a student. Afterwards everyone was grateful and started to treat her right. She knew then that people couldn't be trusted. She's been training ever since she was little and she doesn't want to become number 1 but at least a widely known hero.
Likes: Training, Miso Ramen
Dislikes: Anything sweet, and boasters
Non-Quirk Skills: Drawing
alright! when can I respond?Looks good, but let’s power the quirk Down a bit so she has to room to grow. Lets say it powers her up five times as strong for now? Fair?

Much better. Approved. Please wait for Class Start intro post before you begin,Name: Saburo Kusanagi (草薙三朗 Kusanagi Saburou)
Age: 16
Gender: Male
Species: Human
Height: 168 cms
Weight: 62 kgs
Appearance: View attachment 686268
Occupation: Student
Quirk Function: Emitter
Quirk Abilities:
Softening: Saburo's main ability is to "soften" lanything he or his psionic hands that come from his back touch, melting them into an almost liquid state.
His psionic hands can be used to grapple things normally and have a range of 50 meters, there are 6 of them and they come from his back.
Saburo and his hands can leave faintly visible fingerprints on any surface, and with his multiple hands, this results in entire rooms being covered in handprints. The fingerprints seem to be made of a clear, slimy, squishy substance that people may notice, similar in texture to gelatin.
Anyone who touches the fingerprint will be softened, taking the characteristic of a liquid and becoming elastic. People lose their consistency and typically melt into a puddle of flesh over time. It becomes easy for Saburo to insert random objects into his victims and even slice into them. He notably cuts limbs and organ from his softened victims with a 1000 yen bill. In that state, the victims become unable to move or attack, as any impact makes them lose their coherence. Thus they are powerless, and Saburo is free to torment and kill them. Saburo seems to be able to modify the speed at which people are softened.
Quirk Weaknesses: If people or objects he has softened get more than 20 meters away from him or his hands, normal and psionic, the Quirk effects ends and they're returned to their prior state.
Personality: Saburo is generally rather cold, methodical, bitter, and curt, but not necessarily callous or cruel. Blunt to a fault, his cool attitude can be off-putting and sometimes interpreted as rude, such as telling people to “spare him the bullshit”. He can be demanding when he needs something, such as information and he uses profanity when agitated. He is overly sarcastic at times as well. He is also not afraid to examine corpses for clues, showing bravery and courage, and perhaps hinting he is desensitized and has seen some morbid things before. He is also impatient and does not like it when people are not careful. Saburo in general is very mysterious and he is very secretive about his past and rarely talks about it and only to those he trusts.
Bio: Born to an electricity-manipulating mother and a supposedly Quirkless father, Saburo’s childhood was normal until his father, Yuichirou discovered Saburo’s quirk, having used his memory manipulation powers to make his wife forget about him having a Quirk at all, making him believe he was Quirkless and compelling her to fall in love with him by rewriting her memories, Shoichi gained his grandfather's carbon-generating powers and Jin gained his father's memory powers, using it for a positive effect as a psychologist. Upon discovery of Saburo’s strange Quirk at age 5, Yuichirou began his harsh training with Saburo, wanting him to take over his position as a secret supervillain due to the fact that he views society as a hunting ground and that those with the most powerful Quirks should be on top. Growing up with frequent bouts of pain from his father making him overuse his Quirk, Saburo is emotionally damaged and reluctant to trust anybody. Yuichirou being arrested uprooted Saburo’s life, Asaka was horrified that through her memories been controlled all this time but loved her 3 sons regardless, not blaming them for what their father did. Saburo however grew up isolated in his hometown and joined U.A, hoping he could learn to control his Quirk.
Likes: Classical Music (He’s a violin player), Italian Food, Gardening.
Dislikes: Loud People, Large Social Groups.
Non-Quirk Skills: Psychology (Due to studying the subject, he's learnt about how people think.) Forensics (He reads a lot of murder mysterys and real crime books so he knows about forensic procedure, how to erase forensic evidence and he's very good at it, he's also planted evidence before to get his uncle arrested due to his abuse of his cousin, his father's side of the family is dysfunctional.)

This is a perfect TA for Heavens Man in 1-AName: Mukaido Akihito
Age: 22
Gender: Male
Species: Human
Height: 5'11"
Weight: 180lb
Appearance:
View attachment 689343
Occupation: Pro Hero
Quirk Function: Emitter
Quirk Name: Broken Body
Quirk Abilities: Mukaidos Quirk comes in a two par deal, the first part of the Quirk manifests as clairvoyance in that he can see 360 degrees all around himself for about 30 meters which falls off and become harder to see after said distance. The second part which works in tandem with his first ability is the splitting of his body, or rather teleporting his body parts and limbs anywhere within the 30 meter distance. He does this through portals which exist in between infinitesimal spaces in every part of his body allowing projection of his body parts while still being connected to him. If he so desired he could split himself almost infinitely so long as there continues to be spaces he can occupy and so long as he has being with which to teleport. However if tried to do so the mental effects would be to too taxing as his brain could not handle that level of displacement as it would be to much to input and lead to intense sensory overload. An example of this abilities use could be something like Mukaido opening a locked door by teleporting his hand into the room and unlocking it from the other side. Other effects of this quirk are his bodies connection to itself through whatever dimension is used to teleport his limbs in the first place. As in his inherent state is being separated yet connected. In fact "portal" may even be a inaccurate term to describe his ability as even when not teleporting he can simply detach body parts and have them move in tandem, like if his hand was disconnected from his arm but when he moved his arm his hand would follow, or he could grab his hand with his other one and move it around like it isn't still connected to his arm but still have control of it. Another way to understand this would be the idea that despite any perceived distance between himself and disconnected body parts there is in fact no separation or empty space as far as his Quirk and body is concerned.
Quirk Weakness: Outside the effective range of 30 meters he can no teleport his limbs. He can only do so many "splits" of his body before migraines and fatigue sets in. He can not teleport his entire body. Splitting his body parts could leave him vulnerable as someone could close in while he has no use of one of his limbs in close range or simply grab one out the air before he can teleport it ans damage it which he can feel.
Personality:
Mukaido is a surprisingly pure and naive individual. He may come off as cold at first simply due to his rather straightforward and bland way of talking often having a neutral expression though he absolutely feels emotion and will show when he is happy or sad. He is naive, but more along the lines that he is not someone with much trauma or hang ups; he has strong nerves and even seeing the dead will not particular change that. Though not immune to panic, Mukaido does show a calm, proactive mindset, quick to calm down and take proper action. Mukaido is also characterised by his extreme deductive mindset, being highly analytical and methodical in his work, perfectly willing to spend time focused on one particular clue, only moving on once satisfied. So dedicated is he to his detective work that he prioritises solving the case over his own survival. However, despite this drive Mukaido is still capable of empathy, often taking into account the people in the case as people rather than just clues. Though when he is faced with those who kill and murder he can get rather intense. He sees himself as the "Brilliant Detective". He also has a deep voice for a Japanese man.
Bio: Mukaido was born to two unremarkable and average parents, who just so happened to have Quirks. His father worked as a salary man with a run of the mill corporation, his Quirk was to control magnetic forces. While his mother was a middle school teacher and her quirk was extrasensory perception directly involving being able to sense certain objects she wanted in a rather large area such as, an entire school building. Rather strangely Mukaido first manifested only the first part of his Quirk at the average age of Quirk discovery around 4 years old. As a child he was unremarkable and much like many others getting into trouble, making friends, and going to school much like anyone else.
His perceived Quirk being rather similar to his mother but with a much shorter ranger was written off as average and weak, though that did not bother his parents. Those at school rarely bothered him for it as they were similarly unremarkable, plus he was known as amazing at games of tag or dodge ball due to his Quirk. He was content with his lot in life and immersed himself in the joys of childhood for a time. That is until he read of Pro Heroes like Eraser Head, Nighteye, Hitoshi Shinso, and other more little known and perceptive heroes. Like everyone else he knew of the Symbol of Peace that had been All Might and the great hero that had followed him Deku. However while they were inspiring it was hard to connect to them as they were known as people who were incredibly powerful, fast, and possessing the greatest Quirks. The support Heroes and those behind the scenes away from the public eye, were something else entirely. They were close someone you could understand and aspire to be, a realistic goal in a world full of super-humans, they were the cogs in the machine who asked for no thanks or recognition.
From there Mukaido delved into the world of support and underground heroes training himself to be as perceptive as possible with his parents supporting him as best they could. He would often do his best to help others find things, fix broken objects, or even help them train with their own Quirk, and for a time with a clear goal in mind he felt like he had something to truly work towards. A wonderful feeling for a young boy. When he entered middle school that routine and clear path became uncertain as suddenly at the age of 12 he manifested the second facet of his Quirk. This manifestation came about through his limbs suddenly breaking apart and floating away from his body trapping him in bed one morning, the shock and new feelings were too much for him causing him to scream in terror and pass out until his parents found him when they noticed how long he was staying in his room. They found him nearly completely separated with only a quarter of his torso and his head in the proper places. Over time he learned how to control his Quirk though the first few days were incredibly taxing and scary for the young Mukaido. He had to slowly piece himself back together over a 3-week period after a while he simply calmed down and worked on analyzing his Quirk and honing his fine control. One day after he regained use of both of his arms he was gifted a book by the nurse who watched over his health. The Case-book of Sherlock Holmes by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle a complete record of Sherlock Holmes mysteries and cased all solved by the brilliant detective. He was enamored by the tales from over two centuries ago of a quirkless man who solved the greatest mysteries and saved many people simply with his mind. For Mukaido reading this book in the hospital bed as his limbs floated around him may as well been a second birth. This all came to climax when on his way to school he saw a girl behind a building laying dead. He stood over her corpse frozen for a long time as the blood pooled. Death had come face to face with Mukaido and it was staggering in its harshness. He eventually called the police though even during the call he merely stared at the girls lifeless body. When the police arrived the blood had spread to his shoes and stained some parts of his clothes. They took him back the to police station and questioned him on what he had seen and any information he could give them, but he could't offer them anything they didn't already know. This revelation had affected him greatly strengthening his resolve, and his hatred for the monsters of society those who killed without meaning and terrorized the innocent.
He set himself on the path of a detective and surprised many of his old friends not with just his seemingly new Quirk but also with his change in demeanor and direction. From there he passed through middle school and high school rather normally not showing any poor performance in school but not showing genius intellect or anything out the ordinary. Even the hero school he went to was rather unremarkable especially compared to schools like U.A. but from there is when his dream started. With his Hero License and goal always in mind he opened up a Pro Hero detective firm open to someone hiring his services and supporting the police in investigations. With that his dream has only just started for the killers still walk free and the dead have not yet had the truth revealed.
Likes: Mysteries, Spicy food, saving people
Dislikes: Unsolved cases, needless death, commutes, serial killers
Non-Quirk Skills: Powers of Deduction, Adequate knowledge of CQC

Name: Andrea "Andy" Cantavenera
Age: 15
Gender: Male (he/him)
Species: Human
Height: 181cm
Weight: 68kg
Appearance:
(Anime/Drawn Only)
Occupation: Student
Quirk Function: Transmutation through his cells.
Quirk Name (Pro Heroes and Villians Only):
Quirk Abilities: He can change any feature of an object or body, but only one at time and with the following rules:
1. He has 6 presets to choose from with rolling a dice (they are basic, but can grow up with experience):
1 (color/appearance),
2 (surface smooth/rough),
3 (pressure), - everything but the air, of course. With this, he can (for example) make a baloon filled with water explode.
4 (weight),
5 (molecular structure), example: from ethanol (CH3OH) to methanol (C2H5OH), changing order and quantity but not the elements]
6 (element - the most dangerous to use) - example: from water (H2O) to Chloridric Acid (HCl) - The risk of using it on himself is very high
2. He has to touch the target of his attack (otherwise, his cells cannot work)
3. He can roll only a dice at every touch for now (he can get only a number each time, so he can do only one transmutation on the target at a time. He currently can't combine two or more presets)
4. He can't transmutate native elements and materials made from only one element. (pure gold, pure iron, copperwires.)
Personality: He's very lively and unique. He's not good or bad, he just makes his choices and he does everything he needs to do. He hates to be harassed and, in these cases, he might react violently.
Bio: Andrea Cantavenera is born in Naples, Italy, on 25th April. His father died when he was 7, so he grown up with her mother only. He had never known about his hidden powers until when, at Middle School, he accidentally changed the color of his teacher's wig and caused a fire in his school. Later, he was also expelled from his High School, so he had to work as janitor in a Pub for a year. Here, an anonymous customer proposed him to join the UA Academy in Japan, saying that "he would be accepted there", and that's all he knows about the U.A.: in fact, he passed the entrance exam knowing only at the end that the school was for heroes.
Since he was a child, he was not respected at all: classmates continously insulted him because of his lack of masculinity, he was regarded as a pure devil because of his powers, and nobody wanted to get in touch with him.
His only aspiration now is only to be left living a peaceful life.
Likes: Nice people, music, social life, parties
Dislikes: Excessively mysterious people, rude people, hypocrites, things that don't have a logic explanation
Non-Quirk Skills: He's very slim and agile, so he's good in dodging hits. He's also very stealthy and knows how to hide his presence.

The Case-book of Sherlock Holmes by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle a complete record of Sherlock Holmes mysteries and cases all solved by the brilliant detective. They took him back to the police station and questioned him on what he had seen and any information he could give them, but he could't offer them anything they didn't already know.
