Tamura Naoki

Lazy guy serious.jpg

Among those who applied, Tamura’s score was exactly in the middle of the pack. Once again, all of his predictions, and careful planning proved to be successful. From the beginning, Tamura only wanted to obtain just enough points to pass the exam and he did just that. With the easy part out of the way the true test was about to begin. Everyone back home was expecting him to graduate in the top of his class, and he intended on doing that. After all, he did receive a letter of recommendation, and made a promise to a particular pro-hero that he didn’t want to disappoint. Tamura began thinking of what was to come next. He wasn’t worried about the written exams, but the hero training exercises were going to be his toughest hurdle. He didn’t have any information on what was to be expected in the actual hero training courses, but if he used this entry exam as a control point for his hypothesis then future exams were going to be unpredictable.

Tamura was in deep thoughts when he was suddenly interrupted. “What do whaaaa….” He paused mid-sentence when he realized that Zora was addressing him. He stared at her with widened eyes for a brief moment before responding. ‘Oh crap what is she doing here? Did she come to rip into me? Is she going to start preaching about not leaving a comrade behind? Is she really a human or a terrifying beast in human skin? Say something you idiot, don't just stand there!’ Tamura’s inner thoughts were all over the place. It was pretty obvious that he had been startled by her sudden appearance. After an awkward amount of time passed, he stopped slouching, stood up straight, and shrugged his shoulders. “Start over? Yeah that’s cool whatever.” He attempted to say in a manner that masked his fear of Zora.

Tamura accepted the gesture and took Zora’s hand with a frail grip. “Nice to meet you too Kisama-Kun, my name is Tamura Naoki. I’m glad that you passed. I think you have a lot of heart and stuff. Based on our scores, it seems very likely that we'll end up in the same class together.” It was at that moment there was a subtle yet noticeable shift in Tamura’s personality. “I intended on being the top student in our class.” The dreary aura around him had been replaced with confidence, and his statement came off as fact rather than a claim. Crimson eyes filled with determination stared into her pink gaze. However this change in demeanor was very short lived. Tamura immediately began slouching again and spoke as if he had just woken up from a slumber. “Owe, you have a really tight grip for a girl Kisama-Kun.” He wasn’t trying to offend her or rev her up, but Tamura was often too blunt for his own good.

Zora wasn't surprised about his initial reaction, he was scared of her. He wasn't doing a very good job of hiding it. However his sudden change in posture comfused her a bit. It made her feel different for some reason. Then the tone of his voice shifted, and his eyes... she felt something stir inside her. Unsure of what it was she lost control of her grip strength. She let go once the moment past and said that she was hurting his hand. That and his name where about all she got from what he said. "Oh! I'm sorry... I just umm... You surprised me, and please just call me Zora."

Zora couldn't determine what that feeling inside was. Was she just feeling threatened by him? No that couldn't be it, could it? No, never she's got nothing to fear from what she's seen so far... But that sudden change. What was it? Why did her heart start to beat harder? "Tamura, i-it's nice to meet you." She did little to hide the fact she was a bit taken aback, but it didn't last too long. "I hope we can become great friends."

Tamura Naoki

Zora couldn’t release Tamura’s hand fast enough. As soon as she released him, he dramatically clenched his wrist and blew on his hand as if it were on fire. Dam she’s strong, he thought to himself. Tamura could have easily used his quirk to free himself, but he didn’t want to come off as being rude. Zora was being very apologetic, and speaking so politely to him. Tamura began to think that he could have misjudged her. He exhaled and relaxed a bit while in her presence. “I surprised you? What was it about my test scores or how I addressed you?” he asked while scratching the back of his head with a blank expression on his face.

Seemingly out of nowhere Zora asked to become friends. Tamura wasn’t sure why she was being so kind to him all of a sudden, but he preferred this side of Zora over the fire breathing one from earlier. Despite everyone in attendance having the desire to become heroes, we were all still kids. Making friends and discovering common interests was one of the traits that we all shared. Tamura started thinking about the scale covered kid from earlier. Perhaps I should give him a shot, despite being a shoplifter, all he wanted to do was make friends Tamura thought.

Clearing his mind of the other student, Tamura looked at Zora with a puzzled expression before replacing it with a warming smile. “Friends? Yeah I like that, let’s become great friends.” He answered sincerely. “Tell me about yourself, Zora. Why do you want to become a hero? That is If you don’t mind me asking.

"Are you talking to me?" Kasai asked, and then hesitated for a bit. "I'm Kasai Ryu, nice to meet you Zora."
"Hey kid," Kasai said to Tamura, "your name is? I'm pretty sure you heard it...did you hear it?" he missed Tamura's conversation with Zora.
Turning back to Zora, he asked, "Do you have any special skills? I'm pretty good at probability and stuff like that, percentages, I guess. I also have managed to not burn my house down." He partially joked at the end.
"God,"he thought, "it is going to be so embarrassing if she wasn't talking to me. I want to bang my head on a wall if this goes wrong. Would it count as a stupid question if I asked if I could bang my head on the wall and not get points deducted from my score?"

hiwfc184x2x31.png
"Me? Well..." Zora was about to respond to Tamura when Kasai introduced himself. Interjecting into their conversation. Her eye twitched visibly, but she took a deep breath and calmed down. "I think you need to work on listening..." Zora stated looking at Kasai. "His name is Tamura Nokia. As for what I'm good at... I am good at breaking things. My Quirk allows me break nearly everything I touch." She pulls a pink eraser about the size of her pinkie from her pocket. "Shatter." her eyes flashed filling with power and the eraser shattered into uneven pieces in the palm of her hand. "My grandma told me I have a responsibility to learn to properly control my power. So I don't hurt anyone with it on accident. If I become a hero or not is up to me after I graduate from hero school." She put the eraser bits into her pocket to throw away later. "I didn't know that was what I wanted untill I saved a kitten from a tree in my backyard. I imagined that it was a person I needed to save and I managed to use my power to get her down without completely destroying the tree. I shattered the tree in spots so I could climb the tree like a ladder. I had so many splinters in my hands and hair. I got the kitten down and showed my Grandma. She just smiled and said she's my responsibility now. You saved her, now make sure she's safe." Zora smiled happily recounting what happened when she was younger. "Miku is with Grandma right now but I might be able to bring her to the dorms with me if I can get permission from the teachers."

Shujin Chisaka

Scores huh?

Shujin made his way towards the scoreboard at a relaxed pace. He was sort of nervous about his placement. That forest hadn’t had a lot of robots compared with other places, at least that’s what he assumed. He scanned the scoreboard for his name as the teacher went on about how that was scored. It made him sort of take stock of himself.

Apparently, points were taken off for injury. Shujin didn’t have any lasting or debilitating injuries, just a bruise on his shoulder from when he’d been clipped by that disassembling robot. As he scanned the results his eyes went down and noticed his placement.

Not very high.

Shujin was quiet while he looked towards that score and how he should’ve done a lot better than that. He supposed he wasn’t last, more near the lower end of the middle but still wasn’t as good as he’d have liked.

Nothing he could do about it now unfortunately. He could only hope it was good enough to pass and to make up for it somehow. He was aware of the group from before talking somewhat nearby. Perhaps he should join in the conversation. For all he knew they might be future class mates… If he did make it that was.

Gin Ishizaki

After leaving, Gin made her way towards a testing ground. Deciding to let the other two present teachers to deal with the students. She made her way around the testing grounds to make sure that everything was in order after the exam. Gin was not the handiest individual though she was confident enough in her experience to realize if anything was horrifically broken.

As she made her way through the grounds Gin’s eye glanced to the side as there was to her an audible puff of air that alerted her to the presence of David coming up to her.

“Hello, I believe everything is in order, of at least what I have checked” Gin informed him. “Though I do smell a hint of rust…” Gin spoke while she glanced back at a grouping of some of the equipment.

Tamura Naoki

Lazy guy 2.jpg

Right before Zora could respond to Tamura’s questions the pair was interrupted by the scale covered kid, who introduced himself as Kasai Ryu. Kasai came off as being very energetic. He moved from question to question before a single one could be answered. Tamura looked towards Zora, who surprisingly kept her cool during this entire exchange. When Kasai addressed him, Tamura simply smiled faintly as a sweat drop rolled down the back of his head. He was about to give Kasai his name but Zora answered the question for him, which he was grateful for. Kasai seemed like a handful, but he was genuinely trying really hard to make friends. After the tongue lashing he received from Gravi-Cat, Tamura was surprised that he didn’t bury his head in the sand somewhere. Despite his nature, everyone needed a friend Tamura figured suppose.

It’s nice to meet you Kasai.” he said in his typical exhausted tone. When Zora began speaking about her quirk, she sparked Tamura’s curiosity. However, her demonstration captured Tamura’s full attention. In an instant the eraser she was holding was vaporized. Several questions were running throughout Tamura's head such as: Is her quirk voice activated? What effects did it have on living organisms? How versatile was her quirk? Did she physically have to make contact with a target to activate it? As Zora got into the reasoning for wanting to become a hero, Tamura listened carefully. Based on her story, he was able to answer some of his previous questions. But he still couldn’t understand why she would want to risk her life to become a pro-hero. This was a difficult question Tamura had no answer to, especially since he didn’t have a reason for becoming a hero himself. Could the desire to be a hero really be that simple? A heavy sigh escapes because it didn’t seem like he would be answering his own questions anytime soon.

Tamura listened to the rest of Zora’s story, and overall she seemed like a sweet and caring person. “I’m sure the teachers would honor that request. But just to be safe, I think you might have a better shot if you were to ask Inkles over Gravi-Cat.” Tamura was about to ask Kasai about himself and his quirk, but he glanced at the scoreboard for a moment. He noticed a tall blonde haired kid with a less than enthusiastic look on his face. Tamura assumed that perhaps the boy’s test scores were less than he desired. Just look away Tamura, that's none of your business, he thought to himself. After rolling his eyes, and against his initial thoughts, Tamura waved to the blonde haired boy. “Hey pal! Why don’t you come join us in celebration? We got through the entry exams whoo-hoo.” He said in a lone tone, as he motioned for the young man to join their party. No matter what the boy’s test scores were, he at least deserved to celebrate completing the entry exam in one piece. Plus everyone needed a friend apparently.

Zora stayed quiet initally after she finished her story. She didn't want to be the only one who shared. Tamura's look when she used her Quirk made it seem like his mind was working on how it worked. This wasn't too important right now she'd make sure to explain it to him later.

She was very curious about what brought Tamura here. He didn't really seem to have the same drive as her, but it seemed like he lacked motivation.

She initially thought his Quirk was the result of how tired he was. It seemed unrelated the more she spoke to him. Possibly a lack of sleep? No, if that were the case he easily would have missed the test, or even more likely, failed it due to exhaustion. Maybe mental overexursion? He seemed smart, and aware of his surroundings... She will have to test her hypothesis at some point.

She smiled a bit when Tamura called out to the boy standing on his own. She didn't recall seeing him during the test at all. He must have been in a different location than her. Then again a lot of the other applicants she did see were eliminated for one reason or another. "Yeah come on over and talk with us. Our scores were good enough to pass and that alone is celebratory." She unfortunately didn't realize how narsassistic she sounded considering her high score.

Shujin Chisaka

Shujin spent a couple more seconds tallying the low scores before checking his watch for the time. He perked up when a voice seemed to call him out.

Shujin was sort of surprised when one of the group, the sort of tired looking boy, called him over. The blonde girl who’d been chewing the first boy out earlier backed him up as she seemed to have calmed down. He took one more glance at the scoreboard before he sort of shook his head and mentally decided to stop worrying about it for the moment.

“Yeah, I guess you’ve got a point with that one. Yippee, none of us are in full body casts” Shujin joked, giving out a bit of a grin as he made his way over to them. “And yeah, passing’s the hope” Shujin added to what the girl had said before he came over. Not knowing the names of this bunch made it so he didn't know their exact placements. Though, probability had it that they were probably scored a little bit higher than he was at least.

“Oh, uh, Shujin Chisaka’s the name.” Shujin hurriedly introduced himself after realizing he hadn’t. He’d been close enough to pick up some snippets of information that they’d been talking about but Shujin wasn’t really one to eavesdrop. Of course being sort of isolationist during the exam he didn't really know these people's quirks which was always sort of fun to guess. He was pretty sure he spotted the girl disintegrating something just a little bit earlier which was neat, and the kid who had yet to speak (To Shujin at least) seemed to have a tail like some kind of dragon.

"So... Are you guys showing off quirks? If so, I've got... Chain fingers" Shujin added trying to give his quirk a bit of a buildup. He spoke about his quirk before putting out a hand and stretching his pointer finger into a chain before letting it dangle downwards limply.

"That is cool as my blood." Kasai was grinning at Shujin, "Might as show off mine..." Everyone probably felt the change of temperature in the air, but if they were nearer to him, it would be like standing near an oven during winter. Except that oven was kind of overheating, Kasai stopped.
"I'm Kasai Ryu," Kasai was in a chatty mood today, "nice to meet you." Kasai proceeded to start shifting from one foot to the other, he hadn't moved in a good 5-10 minutes and his body temperature would start cooling down. "And when I said tha-...oh,I'm using my quirk, I don't need to move. I am cold blooded, though."
He facepalmed himself, again. He was pretty sure he was going to get a concussion from facepalming. "I need to stop." he thought.
"Does anyone want anything from the vending machines? I got a few more quarters left and I already had a coke." He got yet another coke from the vending machine.

Axel Sanji

Axel poked his head back in the room to check on the kids. Honestly it was a bit too quiet. When it was quiet they were most likely doing something they weren't supposed to. This is when he noticed two of the students using their abilities. He sighed and headed over to them being sure to be a bit quiet himself. He raised his hands and gave both Shujin and Kasai a light chop on the tops of their heads. "Okay you two, that's quite enough. No using your quirks outside of times when teachers tell you to or within our supervision after asking permission first." He was looking down at them rather amused. His tail was swaying slowly back and forth.

They were planning ahead and trying to get along with their future classmates. That however doesn't change the rules. "As for you slip and slide. Walk around like normal no more using your Quirk unless approved to move around." He looked at Tamura as he added that little tid bit. "I had a few moments to glance over the video about your powers as well young Kisama, no destroying things. Your Quirk is much too powerful to be showcasing at all unless in a controlled setting." He stated shifting his gaze to Zora. "I know that it is within your rights to share what your quirks are but keep in mind the rules."

Zora Kisama

Zora listened carefully to the teacher once he arrived. She did think the quirks she saw where pretty cool but the rules were pretty clear. They should have waited a bit longer, this was her fault.

"Im sorry Mr. Sanji... This is my fault." Zora bowed, "I started it by showing a small demonstration of my Quirk not thinking about the rules. I promise I won't let it happen again."

Tamura Naoki

Lazy guy 2.jpg

With some encouragement from Zora the blonde haired by joined the group. He introduced himself as Shujin Chisaka, and seemed like a pretty ok dude as far as Tamura was concerned. Tamura seemed a bit concerned when Shujin made the comment about the group not being in a full body cast. While the others spoke, Tamura tried to discreetly observe the injuries that the group had received. Was he really the only participant that hadn’t sustained any injuries? UA had staff to treat everyone’s wounds, so no one was ever in any real danger but what happened when they were. Tamura started thinking deeply about the others and what their possible motives for becoming a hero. The group were around the same age as Tamura, and they were willing to risk their health and well being to become a pro-hero. Yet Tamura still didn’t have a legitimate reason to become a hero himself. This bothered him greatly, but he buried his thoughts down and shifted his attention to Shujin’s demonstration.

That's a pretty resourceful quirk you have there Shujin. Yes, very practical and versatile I imagine. So many possibilities, you can use it to capture high priority targets, traversal, both offensive and defense, and don’t get me started on the search and rescue capabilities either.” He said followed by a yawn. He was being genuine in his assessment, but due to his monotone voice Tamura could have come off as a smart-ass to some. “Oh I’m Tamura Naoki by the way.

As soon as Shujin was done displaying his quirk, Kasai activated his. Tamura immediately felt the effects of the heat being admitted, and took a few steps away from Kasai because of it. Not to mention that he hated the heat in general. A weather changing quirk? No it couldn’t be, perhaps it was a temperature manipulating quirk Tamura thought. At first glance some may have overlooked the potential that Kasai quirk possessed, but Tamura was already thinking of the possibilities. He really couldn’t think of much practical use outside of a cold environment. However, if Kasai ever found himself in a one on one fight he would most likely have the upper hand in that scenario. After all it was simple biology that supported this hypothesis. The average human body could not withstand excessive heat. Typically ninety-eight degrees was the maximum temperature that most people could endure before their bodies would begin shutting down. Plus there was no telling how high Kasai could raise the temperature around him, or what powers the quirk possessed. Overall he thought that it was a powerful quirk. Tamura was curious to learn more but a sudden arrival from Gravi-Cat shut down their quirk showcase.

As the hero lectured them, Tamura sighed heavily and rolled his eyes. He really didn’t care about being told what to do. However, this was the law and it was expected that he abided by it. Tamura raised an eyebrow when Gravi-Cat referred to him as Slip and Slide. Who knew that the pros could be comedians? “Yes sir, right away sir, it won't happen again sir. sorry sir!” Tamura interrupted in the same monotone voice he always spoke in followed by a half hearted salute. Tamura didn’t like these rules but he planned on following them, at least when Gravi-Cat was around.

Absollover77 Absollover77 Ashy_OCdesigns Ashy_OCdesigns Yahhah Yahhah

"Got it, Gravi-Cat." Kasai agreed, and as it nothing had happened whatsoever, he turned to Tamura, "What is your quirk? Is it an ice quirk, friction quirk?" He turned back into his normal self, sort of, but not really chatty and trying to figure out if it would be useful. "I have a question, is your chain fingers made out of metal or flesh or a mix?" he questioned Shujin. "If your quirk is made of metal, then I might being able to burn through it at my maximum temperature,if it's flesh, I would make you overheat, if it's a mix, then maybe both." he was muttering this under his breath and had an intense concentration, like poker or chess. His gambling face gave away nothing.
"Tamura is smart, he would be hard to beat if he was into it, Zora is scary as well, they'd make good oponents." He was mouthing stuff as he continued to try to figure his new friends out.

Shujin Chisaka

“Heat huh? Pretty neat quirk, bet you can pull off some cool stuff with it” Shujin said while the dragon kid, who introduced himself as Kasai Ryu showed off his own quirk and the space around them began to heat up. He also gave off the fact that he was cold-blooded which made Shujin wonder for a couple of seconds just what that could be like for the guy. Winter must suck.

Tamura made a few monotone comments about Shujin’s quirk. The comments were flattering though the tone was a little off putting. Shujin decided that maybe Tamura just talked that way, he did seem pretty tired. Though why that was could’ve been a number of reasons. “Thanks, I thought it’d be great to use the woods due to all the mobility I’d get. Didn’t work out like I’d hoped though” Shujin spoke.

It was then that one of the teachers, Gravicat showed up to put a stop to things. “Oh yeah, sorry, forgot about that rule for a second. Won’t happen again” Shujin said before pulling the finger back to its normal state.

Then Kasai went on about whether or not Shujin’s chains were metal or flesh and started to rattle off ways to beat him in a fight which was… Slightly disconcerting.

“I mean… I’m pretty sure they’re metal. Don’t know what kind though” Shujin said once more while glancing back at his hand.

Axel "Gravi-Cat" Sanji

Axel hummed for a moment at their reactions. Each of these kids were definitely, unique. Kasai seemed to have a few screws loose, but seemed like a good enough kid. Obviously needs some strict instruction but he could turn out as a great hero.

Tamura, that kid is something of a puzzle. Not sure how he works yet. Seems tired and more or less disinterested... Like his motivation has yet to be discovered? Logically that seems, plausible. He may have his work cut out for him when it comes to finding something to truly motivate him. Something hard, something he'd have to use everything he's got to beat... That might trigger something.

Shujin, interesting Quirk this kid has. Finding a use for it isn't hard. However with such a technical Quirk his Quirk will be easy to mold but the technique might be an issue later on.

Zora, to him she feels like a ticking time bomb of power. It might even be more power than she's capable of understanding. Slightly terrifying, that's for certain he will have to talk with Inkles about her later. Caution is a definite need for this one. Her heart seems to be in the right place but has the possibility to go way too far without correct instruction.

It was clear his mind was elsewhere when he wondered off from the kids. He definitely needed a bit of time to think outside the school. A trip to his favorite stop shop for food would be a great place to hammer out some details before talking to the ink hero.

Zora Kisama

Zora raised her head after being talked to by Gravi-Cat. She definitely wasn't making a great impression already. Sure, it was just her first day technically. "Im sorry I got you all in trouble." she said looking to the side.

It did however baffle her how little it bothered Kasai to get scolded for the second time by Mr. Sanji in one day and have next to no worries about it. It at least seemed that way to her.

Shujin had at the least seemed normal enough in his response to the teacher's words.

Tamura acted well within what she assumed, but the salute may have come off as rude. She wasn't the best at reading people yet. She however didn't realize just how much she was staring at him quizzically.

Kasai saw Zora looking at him and he muttered, "I got the message. I mean I was bonked on the head by a teacher for showing off my quirk. Message received."
Kasai gave a fist pump, though he was shocked that he had landed in class 1-A. Also, had he not burned himself, he would have gotten the second highest score. He was going to smack himself for doing so, but he put his hand down. He might have gotten more had he not hidden and not burnt himself. He raised his hand to ask a question, but Gravi-Cat may not call on him. His best hope was to actually hope that Inkles would. Or maybe he should just ask somebody else. Nah, he shouldn't . Why were only the 4 of them in 1-A? Were they the only ones good enough for that? He saw the scores for class 1-B and he wondered why classes 1-A and B could be joined, they were equally good. Then he realized the classroom would be crowded. Well, not today.
Oh, he put his hand down. The class had less students that usual, but it wasn't alarmingly low with four. He wondered if he could beat all of them and get number one.

Shujin Chisaka
Shujin was taken out of the conversation and the feeling of being cowed by a teacher as the scores were delivered.

HE MADE IT!

Shujin wasn't completely sure why he was so surprised, he hadn't done super poorly and he was sure that many of the applicants had been knocked out, so surely making it through the entire exam without being incapacitated counted for something. He had been so sure he'd screwed up with his choice of gaming field that he'd simply assumed he'd failed. It was so much of a burden of worry off of his shoulder that Shujin may have visibly relaxed after that.

The fact that there only seemed to be four of them was slightly curious. Maybe 1A was simply that exclusive nowadays, heroes needed quality over quantity after all. "Well now I feel like I can celebrate, looks like we all made it" Shujin said with a grin.

Tamura Naoki

Lazy guy serious.jpg

Tamura wasn’t surprised that he passed the exam, but he was happy that the others succeeded. They all seemed really excited. Tamura could tell that this opportunity meant a lot to them, and secretly he wished he could have shared in their excitement but he couldn’t. At least this group seemed pretty cool, and Tamura looked forward to attending class with them.

Congratulations everyone, we did it. We're officially considered to be the best of the best. Only a small percent of people actually makes it into UA, and we're now part of that percentage.” He stated in his typical tone.

Tamura then turned to Zora, who oddly enough was staring at him already. He wondered if he had something to upset her? Seeing how she didn’t start yelling, he approached her. “Looks like you got the highest score out of all of us, Zora. You really are one tough cookie, so I guess that will make us rivals now. As I mentioned before, I intend on graduating as the top student of class 1-A. I won’t allow anyone to stand in my way, and that includes you. We can still be friends, but I want you to know where I stand. Unlike this exam, I’m actually going to try once classes start.“ Despite his words coming off like a threat, Tamura spoke lightly. However, his gaze seemed rather intense. It was clear that he was serious, and determined on becoming the number one student of his class. A small smile escaped him after his exchange with Zora.

Focusing his attention back to the group Tamura asked, "I don’t know about you guys, but I’m starving. Anyone up for leaving this place and grabbing a bite to eat?

Zora Kisama

The intense look of Tamura's was back. That intense look that made her heart beat hard in her chest again. She had gathered what he said he was challenging her. Was this feeling excitement? The idea of having a rival in him? Could that be what's triggering this? Her cheeks were slightly red now.

"Y-Yeah... I look forward to it. I can't let you overtake me. N-not without a fight." The words came out but they seemed to waver for a moment before she looked at the score-board.

Her spot definitely made her a target. She could feel other students looking at her when she heard Tamura say something about food and her stomach made an audible rumble. This made her face turn beet red in embarrassment. "Actually, food sounds great right now."

Yahhah Yahhah David walked up to Gin. "Good. The students will be chomping at the bit to test their skills. Having someone as skilled as the #2 hero will inspire them and prepare them for the real world." He looked around at the setup. He had to say, he was impressed with her work. "One second, please." He turned his head and prepared a Capsule, spoke into it and sent it to the observation room, where he used air pressure to depress the microphone button and released his Capsule. His voice came over the intercom.

"Attention, applicants. If your name is on the board and you passed, please report to your homeroom teacher immediately. They will lead you to your assigned dormitories."

Manipulator looked at Nine-Tails when he was done and asked, "What are you doing after work?"

"Can't decide whether you' make better allies or rivals." He knew he was staring at his friends, "Especially you three. You're dangerous people." Kasai then smiled a bit, "Also, food sounds great. We need to build our energy up. I know a good sushi place and I love their mango rolls. Supermarkets work too, though. Or maybe someone's house and we break in."
He had a feeling that his other classmates may lose to him in speed as he is almost as fast on turns as on straight lines. Reading attacks, he may be good to go because he plays poker and everyone has a tell. He stills sucks at calling bluffs, he needs to work on it.
He stops thinking and decides to relax a bit, food is one of the things on his mind, along with being number one.

Zora Kisama

After the announcement Zora sighed. She might have to wait to quell the grumbles of her belly. At least until Inkles or Gravi-Cat came to fetch them. After they were at the dorms they could use the dorm kitchen to cook for themselves.

The look on Zora's face when Kasai prattled on went from calm to thoughtful, at least at first. Decisions pertaining to food definitely are important. Her arms were crossed as she thought. A heroes diet is rather important. However when the words 'Or someone's house and we break in,' flowed out of his mouth. Her face darkened, as if a shadow had been cast upon it. This boy, had to be the most insufferable person she'd ever met. She hadn't forgotten about his comment from earlier about his pass time of stealing but this, what he just suggested crossed the line. How dare he suggest she be a part of his criminal acts!

The floor began to slowly crack under her shoes starting to become increasingly damaged as her eyes glowed with contempt and rage. Her arms dropped to her sides as if they fell limp. Her voice started small at first. "What. The. Actual. HELL. IS. WRONG. WITH. YOU!" Her hands crackled slightly power hardly contained in her anger. It was as if her power was shattering something unseen to the naked eye as sparks flashed in her palms. "How dare you even suggest such an act! What the HELL do you take this prestigious academy for A JOKE? I WORKED to get here. As did the rest of us... And you say things like this you spit in our faces and in on this academy's good name!"

Shujin Chisaka

“Food sounds like it could be great…” Shujin answered when Tamura spoke about getting something to eat. Only to be silenced on his thoughts of where to go when the announcement came that they were supposed to report to Inkles and Gravicat.

“Well, eating in ain’t so bad” Shujin decided aloud. He was sort of ecstatic about the thought of a dorm. The less he had to see of that dirtbag at home the better. He wondered what it’d look like and was about to ask the others what they thought when Kasai opened his mouth about breaking and entering.

He lifted his eyebrow at Kasai, was that a dig? How did he… Oh wait a minute. Shujin realized why the girl had been yelling before as she started back up again and the air crackled as she did so. He took a step away nervously before glancing around.

He did not want to get in the middle of that.

Gin Ishizaki

Gin stood impassively as she looked around at her work while she took in David’s words. She was the number 2 and that came with expectations. Expectations she was normally fine with, though the thought of being responsible for a group of future heroes was certainly new.

When David asked her what she was doing after work that caught Gin a bit off guard. She didn’t give herself much free time if she was honest. “I have no concrete plans” Gin said truthfully. She normally spent any free time doing surveillance to make sure that she was aware of any activity that may have need of a hero's interference and if there was she would be there.

"Why do you ask? Do you need my assistance in something?"

Inkles appeared in between Zora and Kasai. "Ah, to be young and trying to get into trouble." She said with a small laugh as she slid on ink to get away from the two and stops in front of class 1-A. She seemed to be in more casual clothing than before. she also seemed to look like a normal student that would go to U.A. as a first year. "I would like you to remember however, criminal activities are not allowed." She was looking at Kasai, then turned her attention to Zora. "Quirk usage is also allowed on campus, but do not use them to harm fellow students unless the teacher permits it. I do not want you guys to take this as being in trouble, but things are going to change for you all, whether it is for better or worse."

"If you will follow me, I got my father to make Sushi for everyone. I will also explain Dorm rules once we arrive."
Inkles said as she led them from the grounds to the dorms. Once they arrived she stopped on the steps of what seemed to be the freshly painted porch. "This here is the Year 1 Class 1-A Dorms. I must remind you all that although you are First years, you are the top of your class. Outstanding is not expected, but you must show you deserve the class you are in. The class does not deserve you." She said as she opened the doors to let everyone in. "These are your dormitories. Boys are to the left, Girls are to the right. We are in the common rooms at this moment. Here is where you will more than likely spend most of your time off. There is also a kitchen over there. Every month you will each have a food budget to help teach you skills outside of heroing. Those with food based quirks will receive a larger budget. Each floor has a girls and boys bathroom." She led them to the stairs and elevators. "In the chance of serious injuries leaving you unable to maneuver correctly, we do offer elevators to help. Though being injured is not required to use the elevator." Inkles led the class to one of the dorms on the male side. "These are your dorms. They are outfitted with a bed, dresser, and desk. You are free to decorate and adjust the room to your liking to make you feel more at home. This is your home until break."

She eventually led the class down to the common area again. "That's your dorm. Your monthly budgets are given to you on these cards in front of you. Feel free to use the rest of your day to relax, move in, and get to know each other. Feel free to cook something or enjoy the sushi."
