My First Site (yay!)

A friend of mine has started a new site based on Exalted, where we can basically put our ideas, stories, characters, etc.  He's dealing with all the computer stuff (which I have no understanding of), while i'm submitting the content.


My only concern is copyright and the legal proceedings, and was wondering if anyone knows the best course of action so as not to get royaly butt-fucked by WW.  We're not going to be making any money from it, it's just for our own amusement.
