My brother's best friend..

Scarlet Ava

Hit Me!
Hiya my name Is Ava! I'm 18, female, long dark brown hair, brown eyes that sometimes turn blue or green. I have a slim body that's fit from working out. I have my belly button pierced and a tattoo of an anchor on my back.) You and my brother have been best friends since I was two years old. You guys are close and you are always at my house, when I was younger we never got along. You and my brother would tease me, make fun of me, push me in the pool or do things to piss me off. I hated you and always have, except for opposites attract. We are complete opposites, I have a crush on you but I hide it easily so nobody notices. Most of yours and my brothers friends want me, but for my body and sex. They always say how they want to hook up with me, I've heard you say little things about it or makeup lies about me doing things with you. I'm a virgin, the only virgin on the cheerleading team. It's Christmas break, it's you, my brother, a bunch of your friends and I downstairs watching a football game. I'm sitting on the couch in a hoodie and leggings, watching the game. Your friends nudges you and smirks. "When are you going to hook up with her?" He whispers so I don't hear.

Parker blushes slightly, but he not surprised the question was asked. He elbows his friend in the gut, and shushes him through his teeth. He laughs at the thought of Ava actually being attracted to him, knowing it's an impossible dream, and gets up to get more chicken. He walks into the kitchen, knowing his way around the entire house, and puts some more wings on a paper plate. He licks the sauce of his fingers, grabs a napkin, and heads back towards the coach.

"Dude, who the hell was that pass going to?! I swear....!"

I look over seeing you and your friend whispering to each other, I bite my lip getting curious wondering if it's about me. I look away and watch the game, glancing up at you as you pass by me. I get up grabbing my empty cup and walking into the kitchen, slipping by you as I reach for the pepsi. "Sorry.." I mumble, pouring my drink looking over as I hear you talk to the guys. I bite my lip grabbing my cup and walking upstairs to my room, feeling awkward since I'm the only girl usually having my best friend over.

Parker glances at Ava walking up the stairs. He makes sure no one noticed him looking, but all the guys but her own brother are also watching her leave. Her brother clears his throat at everyone's staring, and Parker grins at him.

"You should take it as a compliment; your sister is gorgeous... Anyways, I can predict the end of this game. I'd rather go see what she's up to."

His friends whistle and laugh but don't think much of Parker leaving. He hardly ever watched the entire game without wandering around the house. He heads up stairs, leaving his plate of snacks behind, and humming a slight tune. He always felt at home in their house, as his own childhood home was never appealing. He now has a small apartment with some of the other guys, never really visiting his mom. As a kid, his father was abusive and angry; the only time Parker heard his voice was through a loud bellow, shaking the boy to his core. His mother was another story, but no one ever asked.

I don't notice you glancing at me, I roll my eyes noticing the whistles and the other guys staring at me I laugh slightly as I hear my brother getting annoyed from all the guys staring at me.

I get to my room and sit on my bed, grabbing my laptop and turning on some music. "Alone is actually nice, when guys don't bother me.." I admit to myself.

I hear my phone ring, smiling as I reach over answering quickly as I notice it's my best friend Steph. "Hey! No we don't talk, I told you him and I never will be together.." I say honesly to her,

Parker hops over the last step and gazes a the family portraits in the hallway. He is in his sock feet, wearing black jeans and an "ugly" Christmas sweater. He tiptoes towards Ava's room, hearing her talking to someone. He grins, thinking more like a brother figure than a boy with a crush, and bursts through the doorway, unnannouced.

"Whoooo?! A boy at school? Does little Ava have a crush? That's so sweet!"

At first his voice is sarcastic, but he becomes genuine, actually happy for the girl.

I continue to talk on the phone with Steph as I lay back on my bed in sweatpants and a tank top, my eyes widen as you walk in. I quickly hang up the phone.

"GET OUT!" I yell, throwing my one pillow at you groaning as I miss. "You aren't funny." I say annoyed.

I sit up in my bed, turning off my music hoping you didn't hear most of my conversation. My phone sitting on the edge of my bed being unlocked with my text messages to Steph are showing. I don't notice my phone on the edge of my bed, being to annoyed with the fact that I never get any peace alone.

Parker laughs and dramatically jumps out of the pillow's direction. He grabs her phone from the edge of her bed and raises it above his head, knowing she is too short to reach it at that height.

"Aha! I will find about the mystery guy!"

He grins, thinking she looks adorable when she is angry; he bites his lip to keep from admitting this aloud.

I groan watching you move, I move my laptop off the bed setting it on the floor carefully.

My eyes widen as I see you holding my phone. "NO!" I yell nervously, standing on my bed still not being able to reach. I groan nervously not wanting you to find out that you are the guy. "Parker please!" I whine, pouting as I look up at you sighing then try reaching as I notice you start looking at my phone.

I bite my lip, seeing your fingers scroll against the screen and I nervously stand on my bed.

Parker continues to grin at the girls' cute and childish conversation until he sees his name on the phone screen. The male's mouth drops open and his eyes grow wide. He is suddenly not his smooth-talking self, overcome with embarrassment, guilt, and surprise. He reads a few more texts, clearly seeing her confession of liking him, but he still thinks it may be some type of joke.

"Well, I... " He clears his throat and his cheeks grow pink.

"I'm sorry; I didn't know it was someone I know... I mean someone I'm really close to.."

He is still too surprised to admit it is him, but the news starts to make its way to his brain. He is suddenly thrilled, and a goofy grin grows on his lips. Parker stares at her, realizing this was what he always dreamed of being true.

I watch as you read the conversation, I sigh softly sitting back on my bed.

I blush, looking away as you start to bring it up thinking you will never feel the same way. "J-just forget about it.." I mumble embarrassed, playing with my fingers nervously knowing you will probably make fun of me for this and tell all the guys what happened when you came up here.

I quickly snatch my phone back and lock it, blushing lightly as I notice you are blushing.

Parker sits down beside her, guilty for making her so upset.

"Why would I want to forget a beautiful girl likes me?"

He smiles and slowly holds her hand gently, not sure if she really wants to be with him just because she finds him cute.

"It's okay because I like you, too, Ava."

I look at you surprised, blushing as I listen to you.

"Y-You do? " I stutter as I look at our hands. "You just don't want sex?" I ask softly, biting my bottom lip.

"I mean, most guys just want my body.. I don't want to be screwed over Parker." I admit.

I blush a light pink, slowly intertwining our fingers. "You really like me?" I ask again.

Parker nods, thinking of his past relationships. He tries to understand his thoughts as he speaks.

"With past girls, I feel like I screwed them over...I wouldn't want that to happen to you. I think this is different. I don't just like you when you are dressed to the tens or you blush so cutely, like you are now..."

He grins as she fits her hand into his.

"I've liked you since I was probably nine years old. I liked you before I even knew the difference between girls and boys."

He laughs at his younger, naive self and continues, hoping he is somewhat making sense to her.

"I still liked you that one summer you had chicken pox all over your skin. And in all your past Halloween costumes. I like you for the Ava I know inside her body... No matter the outside"

He blushes, feeling like he just sewed his heart to his sleeve, but he sighs quietly, hoping she accept the feelings he exposed.

I listen to you, blushing softly as I hide my face in your shoulder becoming embarrassed. "Oh god, don't even bring up chicken pox!"

I giggle softly, smiling as I see how are hands fit into each others perfectly. "I never thought the most popular guy in school named Parker actually can be romantic!" I tease, smiling up at you.

I sigh contently as I look up in your eyes. "I remember when I was 8 years old and you were nine, we had been swimming and you threw me in the pool!" I giggle, thinking about old memories.

"You are the only guy from my brothers friends that I would ever date." I admit.

Parker laughs with her, wondering how they never admitted liking each other until now. Her last words suddenly cause him to carefully tilt her face up with his free hand and stare at into her eyes. He waits only a moment before gently kissing her lips with his. He kisses her deeply, slowly tasting her. Her skin is so soft and her lips are so sweet; it's just how he imagined.

I giggle softly, thinking the same exact thing as you. Wondering how we didn't even realize that we both liked each other this entire time. I gasp in surprise, feeling you kiss me deeply but I kiss you back deeply longing to feel your soft lips against mine. I smile against your lips, slowly closing my eyes as we kiss deeply forgetting that the door is still open.

Parker smiles while kissing her and slowly lays her down on the bed, kissing her from above. He holds her waist, trying to remember to move slowly.

By this time the game has been over for a while, and a couple of gays have even went home. Ava's brother can't hear any talking from upstairs, so he makes his way up there to check on his sister.

I smile, giggling quietly as you lay me back. I kiss you back softly, cupping your cheeks lightly as we kiss a light blush creeping onto my cheeks. I sigh contently between kisses, actually having trust for a guy, which is really rare.

I don't hear anyone coming up the stairs, not really thinking anyone would come up to check on me especially my older brother.

Parker laughs at Ava's sighs, yearning to hear more sounds from her lips, but his just kisses her, enjoying the moment of just being with her.

After a few moments, Ava's brother knocks on the door frame before looking up and seeing his best friend and sister making out on her bed. He is stunned and speechless, hoping his eyes are fooling him.

I giggle, kissing you softly smiling against your lips as you kiss me. I wrap my arms around you neck lightly as we kiss.

I hear a knock on the door frame, I pull away and my eyes widen as I see my brother standing there shocked. "J-Jason.." I stutter out, my face going ghost white. Knowing this probably won't turn out good.

Parker jumps away from Ava and stands on his feet, as if nothing unusual had happened between them. He smiles casually at Jason, hoping he can somehow fool his friend.

Jason's face heats up with anger, but he can not find the words to say.

I glance at you, then look at Jason and sigh knowing he is pissed off about this. But any guy would be pissed if they say their best friend making out with their younger sister.

"Jason, I know you are mad but you have to understand.." I trail off, not really knowing what to say either, It's awkward really.
