SO I wrote out this pretty page, long, detailed, listing ideas and it was great.

So here I am again, with a far less great request for RP partners. I'm just going to keep editing it, but right now I'm just so annoyed that I need to take it one-step-at-a-time from here.
So yes! Great things to come. I wish I could remember for the life of me how I wrote this all out the first time.
Oh, and because this is going nowhere fast - many of my characters are long haired magical men. If that is something you can agree with, definitely let me know.

Themes:
-Childhood friends - (TBA)
-Time travel - (TBA)
-Apocalypse/Distopian world- (TBA)
-Slice of life - (School, work, cafe, shop)

Times are different, people nowadays hardly believe in the high forces which they once relied on for protection, food and prosperity. Gods and goddesses now find that they have a lot more time on their hands...
Some of them take to the earth and dress up and act as humans. You might find them on the streets, wearing casual suits and carrying briefcases on their way to the metro, or see one setting plants in the store window on quiet Tuesday morning. If you are human, you won't know they are gods, but there is definitely and air of difference about them that draws you near.
But there are other gods who feel bitterness in these changing times. These others retaliate against the "lesser beings" for abandoning them. They are filled with hatred for the people as they are in the modern world. In anger they flail like children, not getting what they want- causing storms and disasters in their wake.

- Role play is the group effort, not a one person job (unless you are in the Quests thread) if you are asking me to start a role play with you, and expect me to carry you through the entire process, then please don't ask. I'll happily write a start post, I'll happily work with you to form a plot, and I definitely put forth all efforts to add to the story, not just "respond" which is just a lazy way which people piggy-back off of responses without adding new information. It fine not to be inspired all the time, but I'm sure we've all had instances where we've basically carried people through rps like it's a task, rather than a game.
- I have no limitations on creative writing, but I do ask that you add details. Often times people may forget simple questions in writing like, at this moment, how is the character feeling? What are they looking at, what is the scene around them like? For me, that sort of stuff definitely adds at least a solid paragraph to my response, easily. I'm not here to dictate your writing, however, so take it as you may.
- I would prefer if you were at least 18. Equally as much, if we are considering any romantic or dark form of role play, I must ask that your characters be no younger than 18. I'm not really into dark themes, but I'm willing to discuss it with you if you have something in mind. Context puts things in better perspective than just overgeneralizing it- and thus is why we rp it.
