right off the bat, i wasn't sure what prefix to use??? honestly this is a fantasy/modern/realistic/fandom search, so it'll be sectioned off and if you see something you might be interested in, go for it!
some stuff about me:
:: i'm impatient, flaky, indecisive and just plain crazy.
:: also very nerdy and tend to get obsessed about things.
:: i prefer 1x1 roleplays since i'm usually unable to respond enough to group ones.
:: my posting length can be anywhere from a couple of sentences to multiple characters. i'm pretty lax.
:: can post anywhere from once a week to once a day, also depends on what the length is.
:: i do expect at least proper grammar. i'm not a grammar nazi but i'd like to be able to understand your posts without having to ask for a translation.
:: i like roleplaying mxm and fxf roleplays, or roleplays about best friends.
:: the thing with mxm or fxf, i don't approve of the whole 'dominant' and 'submissive' thing or 'uke' and 'seme'. there is no 'boy' or 'girl' in a homosexual relationship, which is sometimes what that implies. there is just two males/females in a healthy relationship.
:: however, i won't turn down that sort of roleplay. if you'd like to play the uke/seme, whatever. just know that i probably will not, in any way, stick to the stereotypes.

here's some plots (feel free, if you like, to combine plots) ~
realistic
:: CHAR A is a fashion designer/actor for a new movie coming out. They're super rude, abrasive and arrogant but only to keep people from getting close to them (basically they have some sort of secret they're trying to keep, whether it's to keep people from pitying them/from hurting other people/etc). The director that hired them, CHAR B, thinks they're a total prick but feels like something's wrong so tries to get to know them, despite the push back they receive from CHAR A.
:: CHAR A is blind and CHAR B is CHAR A's new neighbor. CHAR B also has a cat which one fateful day, CHAR A's service dog scares it and it runs underneath CHAR A's feet, causing the grumpy blind person to trip.
:: CHAR A gets pregnant/gets someone pregnant and disappears from their best friend's life, CHAR B, for several months. Suddenly, CHAR A shows up at CHAR B's door with a baby and CHAR B can't turn them away. A baby adds stress to an already rocky relationship.
:: CHAR A and CHAR B get into a fight and CHAR B leaves the house in a rush, then ends up getting into a car crash. They go into a coma and when they wake up several months later, they have lost all memory of CHAR A (so they've lost however many years they've known CHAR A).
fantasy
:: CHAR A is a demon and CHAR B is an angel. CHAR B was sent to earth for their one true purpose- to help someone in ways that will make their life better. The only catch, is they weren't told who they had to find. Shortly after landing on earth, CHAR B runs into CHAR A and is convinced that this damaged soul must be the person they were meant to help (only they have no idea that CHAR A is a demon). An unlikely friendship (and maybe even romance) forms between them.
:: People with super powers are super normal now, most have some sort of power, except CHAR A who is one of the few that don't. They try to stay out of trouble, but end up the subject of affection for CHAR B.
:: CHAR A is a born vampire hunter, who can sense vampires (hair stands on end, heart races, they just know when in the presence of a vamp). They're hunting CHAR B, a vampire, but unfortunately get attached to the interesting 'monster'.
:: CHAR A is basically Persephone and CHAR B is basically Hades.
:: CHAR A and CHAR B are in a circus. Both are dancers/acrobats with a double act, with acts on the side. CHAR A is also a magician while CHAR B is also a fortune teller. They're really close to each other, have known each other for years, but they have yet to tell the other that they're second acts are real. CHAR A really can preform magic, and CHAR B really can tell the future.
:: CHAR A has had CHAR B, their 'imaginary friend' with them since they were really young. But is CHAR B really a part of CHAR A's imagination? Or something else? Not even CHAR B seems to know.

(yes, i have an entire section dedicated to this setting i love it so much)
:: CHAR A and CHAR B are the royalty of opposing kingdoms and races (werewolves/vampires, fae/witches, humans with fire abilities/humans with water abilities, etc, etc). While at war, CHAR A captures CHAR B. Turns out CHAR A's royal family is horribly cruel and vicious and it is only through CHAR A's kindness that CHAR B makes it through the first day without being killed.
:: CHAR A is a prince/ss who lost the right to their kingdom when it was taken over by impostors. They were just a child when it happened, and were hidden away until they were of age. Now they want to reclaim what was rightfully theirs but need help doing so. In trying to travel back to the capital, they run into CHAR B who used to be a knight, but after finding out how corrupt the system was, left the military and went back to being a farmer. CHAR B agrees to help them.
:: CHAR A is the king/queen of a kingdom. CHAR B is the ambassador of another kingdom and CHAR A and CHAR B's kingdoms are on rocky terms.

- I pretty much ship everybody with everybody so I'm pretty chill about pairings, just ask.
^^ for all of the fandoms above i would prefer it to be combined with a plot from above even if it's an au, or at least some sort of plot.

- prefer OCxOC if romance, if best friends, whatevs.
- does not have to be combined with a specific plot.
