Fantasy Murder: The Shadow's Grip

[Verite]

Sally lead the team through the ruins of the streets, and into the tower's ground floor entrance. The open door was the only light shining inside, exposing a dirty red carpet, and a red couch. This building could of been a hotel? It was unsure due to the lack of light, Sally turned to face the group,
"Okay, so I don't know what's inside here since I fell off the roof, but I know we will have to have light, does anybody have a flashlight or lantern?" asked Sally.

*Natsu laughs then ignites her hand giving light off like a torch* Got it!

Whoa! Her hand's on fire and she's not even flinching! Is this a more advanced version of Hamon? Not even Mother could do it, but then again, if Caesar could do tricks with bubbles, then maybe...





Opening the door, JoJo walked inside, looking around and scanning the area.

"I'm 21, my birthday is in a few days though." Adain giggled softly, "is that old enough doll?" He kissed his cheek and smiled. Tyler pouted, his black eyes looking as if he was told the saddest news in the world. Tyler kissed Adain's cheek, and pulled back.
"You're older then me..." stated Tyler. "I'm 20." said Tyler as he returned to pouting. 



Sally let out a slight "Woo" as Natsu let up her hand. Looking to the women, Sally smiled.


"Then shall we go on?" Asked Sally.

*nods with a smile*

Whoa! Her hand's on fire and she's not even flinching! Is this a more advanced version of Hamon? Not even Mother could do it, but then again, if Caesar could do tricks with bubbles, then maybe...



Opening the door, JoJo walked inside, looking around and scanning the area.

*I raised my hand high. Natsu wasn't that tall only about 5'7. It lit the room well for what they could see*

'A LITTLE GIRL.' thought Slender Man, his pace quickly leading him out the forest, only the little girl would be able to see him, maybe the teenage one two, but many adults couldn't, and Slender man knew that. It would at least be a 10 minute walk to the group, and the wolf would never allow him close enough to look at the little girl, so he planned to kill it. 



Sally spin around with what seemed like sonic speed, she looked at the small group sent to help her, she was disappointed that she was given such a small group, but she was grateful for the help none the less. She pointed towards a nearby slender sliver tower,


"We were on top of that roof when we got attacked, I fell off, and I don't know if he manged to get." spoke Sally, her tone was so sad, and tears filled her eyes.

"They have food and water... Weren't you looking for that? It looks to me like they have plenty...
I was thinking we stay here and eat... Take the food they give us... And come back later with the rest of your group.


I don't know what sort of dark creatures are haunting this realm, but this seems like a place that could protect us all from them."


Nymeria growled again and this time started barking loudly in the direction of the nearby forest.


Arya turned to her wolf.


"Nymeria! Stop it! There's nothing!"

Lia frowned when Renegade joined Nymeria in the barking. What were their dogs seeing out there? Probably a squirrel or something.


But then, Lia felt a shiver run up her spine. She couldn't help but place a hand on her gun.


"Arya, do you get the feeling we're being watched? And by that, I don't mean Molly..."


She felt as if something was out there, watching them.

"Yes, Magic cant not be undone by other magic." answered the sphinx. Something hit it though, as if it said something wrong!
"I mean....magic can not cure something man made......" the sphinx knew he exposed the source of this.....evil, and he couldn't push them any closer to what really happen.

Minako smiled and nodded to Sally. She followed her and the others into the building. She was impressed that Natsu could ignite fire like that. It reminded her of her friend Rei.

He smiled softly, "My age can be our secret, I look 19 anyways." He sat there holding Tyler.

"No." replied the sphinx, its head turning and looking at the doctor.
"I would like the answer."

The Doctor frowned. What a poor sport. He was only trying to have a bit of laughs. "Dice," The Doctor explained. "Tricky little things they can be, but I always keep some in my pocket," he said, pulling out a fluffy pink pair of dice from his coat pockets, showing the sphinx anyhow. Nobody likely knew the reason why he had them, but The Doctor carried anything and everything with him.

"I am a ancient god placed into earth, magic can not make me bow a single whim." 
Sally smiled, she could faintly see a sign saying stairs in the distance, it was near two sliver metal doors."Hey, I think I see the stairs." said Sally, as she walked her way towards the sign. It a bit dark, but what she could see the door was operable, and that stairs were centrally inside, but she couldn't see if something was inside.

"Dice," said the doctor. The sphinx glowed a light pink, and mist seeped from its body, into the air around the Doctor. It was thick, and pink, and the mist must of blocked sound waves because the doctor could barely hear the sphinx when he spoke, and it was only 3 feet away.


"One wish doctor, and magic and science have there limits." called out the sphinx.

Jinx narrowed her eyes and stroked her chin as she stared into Fish-Bones' painted eyes, glancing up at the fire spouting from his jaws every now and again. She strained herself before snapping her fingers in realization, swiftly picking Fish-Bones up and running through the school, searching for a target! Nothin' like a prank to pass the time.

"Sweet heart it's okay," said Adain as he pulled Tyler closer. "I like younger guys anyways." Adain smiled softly, "My age can be our secret, I look 19 anyways." Tyler didn't say a word, but sat there smiling like a idiot, he was in the arms of a man, one he was very fond of. Tyler finally broke from his silence,


"We can't stay like this forever." admitted Tyler.

It a bit dark, but what she could see the door was operable, and that stairs were centrally inside, but she couldn't see if something was inside.

He quietly followed Sally, whistling to himself briefly. "Man, this place is creepy, but we gotta go deeper into the building, right?" He said, casually spinning his American Clackers.

Arya turned her head in every direction, then looked back at Lia.
"What do you mean? I don't see anything..."


She was absolutely sure she didn't see anything, that she knew.


But to be safe, she took her hand off of Nymeria's back and put it on the hilt of her sword.


Arya frowned, looking into the forest.


Her eyes scanned the trees for anything out of place.

He quietly followed Sally, whistling to himself briefly. "Man, this place is creepy, but we gotta go deeper into the building, right?" He said, casually spinning his American Clackers.

Sally was grabbed, and stopped. She sighed, and knew the women was right, but she needed to find jack!


"Then come on!" she said, pulling her arm away and continuing to the door.

Slender Man finally stood fifty feet from the back of the group, his solid Shadowy tentacles ready to pierce anything that stood between him and the girl. Slender Man threw a small peddle at the child, hopefully hitting her and altering her of his presence. If the girl would to look back, she would see What's your name? floating next to the faceless creature, as if he drew it in black paint onto the air.

A moment before the pebble hit her, Nymeria turned to the man in the forest and let out a loud bark.


Arya felt it against her skull, then put her hand on her head and frowned.


"Ow! Hey, who..."


She turned and looked straight at him.


Her mouth dropped open and her breathing became heavier.


She had to blink a couple times to convince herself this was actually real.


Arya pulled on Lia's sleeve, not taking her eyes off the white man in the suit.


"Lia..." she whispered.


"Over there..."


Nymeria kept her eyes fixed on the man as well, growling and ready to sprint at him.

*I continued to walk through the school, and looked through history books every now and then. I pulled out yet another cigarillo, and lit it with a match. Smoking would always help pass the time, especially when I have nothing to do. It seemed as though everyone was out doing something, while I'm stuck here. I miss being back in Mexico, when it was just me and my horse out in the desert, and hunting bounties for money...*
