Adain stopped at the armory to look for a gun. He rummaged and found a Colt M4A1. He picked it up and examined it. It was a good gun. He grabbed three clips and some ammo and found a slincer that would fit his Barrett and made his way to his nest on the roof.


Sitting under his tent he loaded the clips and took the muzzle break off the rifle,"Its been a long few days," he began muttering to himself, "I need to make this big sombitch quieter in case one of those insect looking things show up and I have to shoot to avoid any unwanted attention." He was talking about the creatures that the space marine and others saw as they left the grocery store. He sat in silence for a bit before lighting his last cigarette.

The Doctor folded his arms and shrugged his shoulders. "Weeeell I'm nobody important, not really, just a doctor passing through. Certainly no salesman, unless cheese counts. I make a lovely batch of gallifreyan cheese. Sold to some pirates once. Turns out it was Blackbeard the pirate. The bloke loves cheese. Funny fellow. Had a lazy eye," The Doctor said, rambling on a mile a minute his lips flapping faster with every word he spoke.

Adain decided he had been alone to long as he finished smoking. He made his way to the first floor looking through empty class rooms imagining each for a different subject and ran across Tyler in one he thought could have been an English room. Adain leaned in the doorway and cooly said, "Hey there."

The Doctor wrinkled his nose. "Do not! I'll have you know my head contains billions of years worth of knowledge and stories. Can't help it if I have a few things to say every now and again. Not much going on around here anyway, aye? If you're tired of a bloke who talks too much like myself then perhaps I should leave." He was only talking because he hadn't much to do. The man was bored and curious what the rest of the group was going to vote on. Not to mention, he really wanted to get those parts for his ship from the place Annie had told him about.

Arya took a step closer to the blonde woman who spoke to her.


"It's a nice offer, but it'll only keep us alive for another night.


Maybe you could give us some food to take back to our camp?"


She figured it would be worth a shot.

"Shut the door behind you." asked Tyler, his masculine voice cutting through the cold air.

Molly shot the young girl a smile, the child had short hair, and looked to be male, except, her voice disproved that appearance. Molly kept her gun stationed in the air beside her, it's barrel pointing up.


"I could, but do you guys truly wont to pass up a home cooked meal? We have meat and everything," replied Molly, her tone playful and sweet. Her blue eyes stayed focused on the group, waiting for a monument that they would dash for the food, even if they did, her friends would blow them all to pieces before they reached it.

"Find anything of value in here?" He asked curious to what he was touching as Adain walked in. "And you never told me where you were from?"

"No I did not." Answered Tyler as his walk landed him in front of a desk, blocking the English book he was touching. He smiled, the man was blushing, and Tyler have't had that effect on a man since high school. He shot the man another smile, but he answered it with a question.

"I am from the lands of the north, grew up in a village known as Ryulis." Tyler was looking at the man's eyes, and his smile was even wider then before, with every detail Tyler took in of the stranger, the more he wanted him.

The sphinx did not move, or even look in the direction of the boy, but answered his question. The tone was monotone, and the sphinx was oddly boring,

Isaac kept his eyes trained on the cohorts of the woman speaking. Normally, the person talking was the person you didn't want to listen to. The thugs however, they had the most to say. Their posture, their eyes, their disposition --it would tell whether or not the woman was lying. For all Isaac knew, they were going to be killed and butchered as the very meat the woman boasted.


He didn't trust this situation, but apparently he was being outvoted. Regardless the outcome, he was here as a security detail --he'd do his job.
