"I hope so." (BTW if you want you're character can catch Pokemon off screen that's totally fine. That's what I've done) they kept on going until they reached Ruins Town. There was a shop, a Pokemon center, a clothing shop, and a few houses. Plus Toriel's gym.
"So we heading straight to the gym?" Jane asks
"Mom today we prepare." Ryan said.
"Okay" she nods
He went to the Pokemon center and left his Pokemon with n0rSe Tem. He also rented a room for everyone
Jane was letting her pokemon run around. Sage smiled watching
Ryan came back outside. "I'm hungry and I need some new clothes... Food first."
"I can handle the cooking" sage said
"I was just going to suggest that restaurant nearby." Ryan said
"Oh that works too" sage said
He took them to the restaurant. They were serving Burgers and seafoods.
"Looks good' Jane said.
(so quick question normal.burgersmor burgers made from Tauros. Are we going to acknowledge the eating of pokémon?)

They sat down to eat.
Jane ordered a burger. Sage ordered some fish
Sans and Ryan just got some fries.
"So do you guys have a plan for your battle?," sage asked
"Well. She's a fire type trainer so I'm thinking I can probably bank on rock and ground types." He said
"well I don't have any rock types so I'm just gonna try to fight the best I can." Jane said. Sage nods.
"I'm sure you can come up with something." Ryan said as their food arrived.
"Yeah I'm sure too." She said
"So how did you meet Charmander? Gift from oak?" He asked as he gave a fry to Bulbasaur who was currently out.
"one day I was exploring the woods near my house and charmander jumped down from a tree, landed on my head and then stole my hat." Jane laughed. "How he got in the tree I have no clue." Charmander was munching on some pokemon food. Sage chuckled. "Yeah he always seems to be stealing that"
