Sludge bonded with Sage again. Only this time she was stuck in the air and couldn't walk away. She felt an uncontrollable bloodlust. Her arm raised toward Peter and a fireball began to form.

no! sage thought felling the bloodlust. Red smirked and lowered her. "No matter what sage. You are a killer just like me. " the fireball kept growing. Sludge had control of her magic. If he wanted he could burn up the whole place with one shot.

sage watched in horror. Red walked over, her hand glowing red. "Remember this.." She put her hand on sage and sludge could feel red draining her of some of her magic. let me save him...mudd! I need her! Red couldnt hear sage but Sludge could see she was going to have fun, making Sage give her what she wanted. "Sludge, lets go. Bring Sage with us."

Sludge smiled. Don't worry he's not going to. Sludge screeched. Through all the pain Peter was holding something a gadgets it was producing a loud high pitched noise that was fixing sludge to unbond. Sludge slummped to the floor and could only meekly try to crawl back to Red. Peter's outstretched hand fell the floor as it too was consumed by flame.

"Mudd I summon you!" Sage shouted. When Sludge bonded back to Red she knew she had to work fast. "Demon shadow chains!" Dark chains surrounded Sage, draining her magic as they squeezed her. Mudd looked at her worried and then at Peter. Sage shouted as Red came over to her. "Save him!" Red teleported away with Sage. The stone demon went over to peter, unafraid of the flames or the goons. Mud covered the area and Peter, Mudd hoped this would put out the flames.

Forgive me. Sludge said. That noise. That horrible noise.
After a half hour Peter emerged from the Stone. "Sage!" He yelled. He looked at Mudd. "Mudd where is she?" He asked. "Gone." Penguin said. "You:re partner's gone out of my hair forever." Peter panted with anger. "YOU!" He leaped at Oswald and grabbed him by the throat. Butch came up to stop him. Peter turned and grabbed Butch by his shirt and threw him over the xountcounter before turning back to Oswald. "This is your fault!" He raised his fist. "If you kill me then you prove that your like me. I win if you kill me!" Oswald yelled. Peter breathed heavily and screamed throwing his fist down onto the floor. Where there had been a part of stone floor there was now just a hole leading into the cellar. Peter was breathing heavily.

"its fine I understand." Red said putting a protective barrier around their hideout, an empty building. Now none of sage's friends could enter. Sage was still covered in chains that glowed red as she was dangling from the ceiling.
Mudd placed her hand on Peter's shoulder. "Go home spiderman. You're going to need help"
