The TARDIS appeared one Edgewood and the Doctor went looking for Issane.

The Doctor knocked furiously on the door after figuring this out.
isanne looked through the peep hole surprised to see the doctor so soon. She opened the door. "Doctor? What's wrong?"
"They're coming. I don't know how many but one of them is coming." He said.
"The Krowons..." She said nervously
"The who now?" Ben asked.
The beings who invaded my home" she said
"And one of them is coming here?" Ben asked. "Alrighty. Sounds like fun." He said as he held up the Omnitrix. "I get this."
"Ben...can you show me how to fight?" She asked.
"I can try." Ben said scrolling to his Zenonian form. He pressed down and transformed.
"Okay" she said.
Frostbite looked at her. "Alright. Let's see." (So what kind of ice things can a Zenonian do?)
(freeze things, create things out of ice. ) "just tell me where to start." She said
"Alright. You already know how to freeze things. I mean you froze me." He said. "Let's get started."

"Alright." They stepped outside. He set up can of liquids with lower to higher Temperature. "Try freezing them."
She picks up one of the cans to freeze it. "How does this teach me to fight?"
"I can't teach you martial fighting abilities in the short time we have. So you'll have to learn to make the best use of your current abilities you can." Frostbite said. "Try making something out of ice."
"thats easy." She has one hand palm up and with the other she makes a small lotus.
