The dish was hit and snapped off it's support. The Doctor looked at Rose. "You know who she is?" Peter asked. "No. Yet... I feel like I should have." He said. He looked up and handed Peter a black wallet looking thing. "Use this and ask around about rose. Find her family and tell them." He said. Peter opened it. "It's blank." He said.
"Right. Your Spider-Sense. It can't be fooled. Psychic paper shows them whatever you want them to seem"
