@LifeNovel

I see your points. I thought about GMs coming together to make an arc, but it just doesn't sit right with me. No one really has their whole idea thrown inside and what's made often leaves both people unhappy. I have a terrible time with #3, compromising, (' :| ) but is that a crime? Of course, whatever I want for myself, I always give it to other people. So others can have the freedom to do what they wish in their own part of the story.

And thank you. I still have plenty of things to think over, but thank you for the input!

I only said that cause I've never had any issues with comprising ~

3) Compromise. Now there maybe some mixed views about this but for me I prefer to work together and talk about each part rather than divide and conquer or assigning certain parts to a particular GM. I feel that if all discuss on one aspect of the plot, with all their different minds they can create an even better arc than what was originally planned because one may think of something that all may not seem. And perhaps if the work was divided and one person thought up of one arc that may have been better on a different location of the plot it can cause a weird transition in the story.
I'm in the other camp. I don't want more than one chef per dish. I'd like to think that when it's my turn to GM, the players are looking forward to experiencing my direction. Because if I have to incorporate Grey's favorite ideas & White Masquerade's ideas, then it won't be mine. It would be a Frakenstein of a story that I wouldn't be able to put my heart and soul into.

The exciting part of this idea for me would be to see what the different GMs would churn out, not what story arcs we could come up with together.
