What is it?” It looked at A.I.R.A quizzically. It hopes something isn’t wrong, it can tell something is on her mind though. It was worried though perhaps it can help whatever is bothering her.

They needed to find their rooms anyway. He wonders if this is a tour of the island or an orientation of some kind.

“ I’m Edgar Figaro, king of Figaro. “ He introduced himself with a smile. It was nice to meet another king though his twin brother never acted like one but he still loved Sabin. It was nice to meet another royal regardless. He thinks they may be good friends, that's his hunch though. “ I’m from a small kingdom that resides in the desert.” The easiest way to get there is by chocobo or any means of transportation. He recalls Locke complaining that there should be at least a Chocobo stable nearby or a train. “ What’s Althea like..?”

Envy got this annoyed expression that their question had been ignored. They thought it was a really good one but they supposed they’ll find out soon enough. Noticing the scarab it looked like it could be a giant beetle, or if it’s from their world it’s likely a chimera. They can’t ignore the fact it’s the size of a desk. Jeez, it may as well be a chimera from their universe. “ What are you..?” Envy crossed their arms, no hint of malice in their tone, maybe a little. It didn’t look nearly as impressive as their crocodile form. But the scarab is bigger than their true form, which unbeknownst to them that little realization made Envy cringe, a little bit hateful that such an insignificant form is so tiny and weak. They wished to never fall to that state if it could help itself. Envy may as well blame father for creating such a weakling. Envy followed sort of wearing a soured expression on their face.

Sleet tilts his head back, his palm raised to his brow as he peers at the beaming sky. A vacation was... unexpected, especially from someone so low radar as him. How they found his address to begin with made his nights before his arrival to the airport somewhat sleepless. He'd expect an opportunity like this to be gifted to a Freedom Fighter, even more so someone working for the military like G.U.N, not some part time 'hero'. He grabs hold of the handle of his travel case, rolling it over the edge of the raft and listens to it rumble over the ridges of the dock. He stops short when his sneakers hit the sand and glances around the multitude of unique faces, creatures and structures.
He rolls his shoulders against the sun, he's never actually been on a beach before, well he's never done any of this before. What do people even do on vacations? Little plastic umbrellas in coconuts or vibrantly colored drinks comes to mind, maybe he can even bury himself in the sand till only his head poked out. A short smile graced his face, and he huffs out a chuckle from his nose, a puff of air like breath in snow appearing.
"Alright, let's get a move on folks, there's a lot to do before dinner time."
Sleet quickly shoves the handle into the case and lifts it off the ground then tucks it under his arm. He follows the guide and leisurely looks about.

Irene simply wasn't having it, as the combined effort of herself and her tail kept struggling in her arms. The Kaimatachi's mood only worsened as she looked upon Arelson's bruise, only fueling her ire even more.
Zeanu mentally facepalmed to distract herself from Irene's thrashing under her grip, painstakingly trying to break off and verbally thrash the one who had unintentionally clocked her child's face with the rope.
Speaking of which, seems the raft was now at the dock-
"GRRRRGMNPH!" And even closer Irene was to her prey.
Arelson meanwhile, had secured the rope in even areas of the raft as they got closer. "And.. that's the last one! Oh.. We're already at the dock?" He asked to no one in particular, before grabbing the luggage he and his family brought and heading onwards.
Seeing Zeanu try to bring Irene along while holding her back like a rabid dog had him slightly confused, until he saw who she was targeting.
"Ah, hello Ma'am." He greeted Astra, ignoring Irene's growls and Zeanu's verbal attempts at getting her to calm down.
"No worries about the rope anymore, all fixed in equal areas of the raft." The 5'1 human looked up and gave a chipper smile to her, despite the bruise on his cheek now having turned slightly purple.
"And.. uh.. I forgive you for the whole 'Rope throw nailing me in the face' thing, I've faced worse in highschool a few times."

The maiden had nothing to say about staying here, where ever that was as she didn't really have a choice, at least while she was bound. Freed from the nexus and the monumental the maiden could feel the bindings were not as firm as they had once been. She could if she focused and tried perhaps be free of them, but what would be the point? The child, the world, everything was gone so what did freedom matter? She had sinned greatly and in the end this was her fitting punishment to be forever bound and to serve others. Her old self would have laughed at her current state, but that her had been more blind than she was now. Others had come to the dock and had moved about and around her to bring in the raft, which The maiden wondered why a raft and not a ship had been sent to bring these people here. Well it didn't matter The maiden instead moved off to the side to stay out of the way and not bring the mood down.
As money colorful characters come off the raft, the maiden watch and found one of the pillars that lined the dock and sat down on it putting her staff in her lap and mostly just trying to stay out of the way. She didn't really know what to do with true free time, she had not always been busy in the nexus, but she still had duties taking care of candles and the monumentals as they slowly used up their lives to keep her child bound. There was a part of her that felt that had gotten what they deserved for betraying her, but that was a small part easily vast to the side. None of the others had the same radiant soul as the goddess, so they must be various forms of mortal, this was no gods retreat. The maiden really would not know what to do if she ever met the god of her world, the one that she had wronged. Still its silence had always been a mystery and if it had even done anything was a question not even she knew the answer to. The maiden would just wait for everyone to head out the seeming owner had thus far ignored her, likely because she wasn't a guest, so she decided it was fine for everyone to ignore her, it wasn't like they needed the soul arts.

Simply getting her mouth out of cover, she lightly glared at Astra with a mean-spirited pout should Astra listen in closely to what she was saying, she could here Irene mumbling something along the lines of 'I swear if she hurts brother I will-' before being cut off by Zeanu.
"I deeply apologize for my sister's behavior, Astra.. I've been trying to teach her less provoking reactions if she's a witness to our son getting hurt.." Zeanu gave her apologies with a bow, before standing full with a smile.
"Y-yeah.. heh.. Though it wasn't always like that.. Didn't her reactions change after that incident?" Arelson sheepishly asked with a sweatdrop. He didn't really like talking about that.
"Yes, dear. That incident.. I believe you've yet to provide Astra with your name." Zeanu caught on and decided to lift the mood a little.
"Ah! Right!" He turned back to Astra, smile beaming as he held out for a handshake.

Astra very clearly heard the disgruntled mutter, yet seemed unphased as she relaxed her cautious stance, looking up at the man apologizing for the behavior of his sister. She was quick to agree back, her voice having softened back to its quiet nature. "That is understandable. Rest assured I'll never do that again. I promise." She exchanged a puzzled glance between the in-mention of a particular incident, yet chose not to pry. Aside from the woman's explosive temper, it was refreshing to meet kind and civil people- seemingly from entirely different worlds from appearance alone. That brought some comfort- the generosity of kindred spirits was not lost across time. Her focus shifted back to the introduced Arelson as the boy held an outstretched hand, and without thinking, Astra extended her own with a soft whirr. Cold, hard steel from the shoulders to the fingertips, with the palms having a soft black gel pad with raised, textured bumps; running in strips up and along each finger. She shook the boy's hand briefly and comfortably before returning her arm back to her side. "It is a pleasure to meet you, Arelson." Although she could feel the full range of tactile senses thanks to the cyberware, she was still self-conscious of how others might perceive such an alien sensation of her own. She smiled genuinely at the boy, before looking up at the man's cue toward his sister. Astra pursed her lips and offered an apologetic smile all the same.

The current location was within something called the Bermuda Triangle, and although the name itself brought a sense of unease within the back of the Scarab’s mind, it pushed the thought away due to the newfound attention brought by-
Oh.. The black appendaged one.. Scarab internally tensed, as per the visual resemblance of Envy’s hair once again let inches of bad memories into its mind.. Once more it pushed back, and despite not being able to talk, they instead improvised by drawing out a message on the sand.

It chittered again introductively, before the gather up of people on that peculiar wooden platform nearby consumed their attention.
Before Envy could respond, the Scarab darted over to the dock, examining the wood closely..

This... wasn't exactly what Doe had in mind when he was offered a chance to go on vacation.
Daisuke was the one who offered him the ticket. It was a reward from Elder Fugen, for defeating Magnamalo. The other hunter got two and ended up giving the second one to him. Doe wasn't sure how he felt about leaving, especially with the ongoing rampage, but Daisuke--and Elder Fugen himself--insisted he took it. Apparently he was 'working too hard' and he 'needed to give himself a break'. Why would he take a break when there was a literally, actual rampage just outside their walls? This was the worst time for him to take a vacation! Doe drummed his fingers against his bag with anxious fury. He couldn't stop thinking about the growing rampage back in Kamura. Why did they send him and Daisuke away at a time like this?! Sure, he wasn't exactly needed to protect the village, they had other, stronger, hunters there to protect everyone, and the villagers of Kamura were certainly no pushovers. But it would have made him feel much better if he had been allowed to stay, even if it was just on a temporary leave.
Doe scanned the crowd of vacationers for what seemed like the 100th time, searching for Daisuke among the group. He lost him to the crowd as they moved from plane to raft. Doe turned to the figure sitting next to him.
"Do you see him, Alba?"He asked. The figure shifted in her seat, leaning forward to scan the crowd. She shielded her golden eyes with her pitch-black paw. She hummed, as she searched.
"mewpe, sorry."She replied, falling back into her original position.
Doe shook his head, anxiety continued to flutter in his stomach, spurred further by his lack of luck in finding his friend. His fingers tapped faster, as he spiraled further into his thoughts. Albatross nudged him with her shoulder."Hey relax! We're almeowst to shore! We'll find him when we get to the beach!"She said.
Doe glanced down at Alabtross and gave her a half hearted smile. He sighed and stood up, shifting his bag in preparation to carry it onto shore."I appreciate the assurance hun, but that's not the only thing im frettin' 'bout."He replied.
"Are mew still worried about Kamurra Village? "She asked.
Doe looked away from Albatross, scratching behind his ear. Though he didnt say it, his reaction was answer enough.
"Elder Fugen wont let mew back in if mew don't let murrself have a little fun while we're here! Stop stressing about it, they'll be fine!"
There was a soft jolt as the raft came to a stop on the beach. Doe snapped back at attention."Right. Cimon, maybe we can catch Daisuke at the beach'."He said before making a dash for shore. He was one of the first people off the raft, he stood a bit of a distance away, watching carefully as each person filed onto the beach. Finally his eyes fell on a familiar face.
"HEY!!"He called out, before running over to Daisuke and Yang."By dragons i finally found you!"He exclaimed."You REALLY outta stop runnin' off like that! One of these day someone is gonna get hurt because of it."He said, putting his hands on his hips and shaking his head. He wasnt too mad at Dai, but it REALLY would have been nice if he had at least stayed with Doe until they reached shore. Being abandoned by his only friend on a sketchy raft in the middle of Elder knows where was not super fun. He was stressed out as it was, Daisuke running off like that was not helping his nerves

Another unexpected aspect of this vacation was the amount of humans, especially for a trip that advertized a 'multiverse experience'. He peers over his shoulder at the group still crowding the docks but doesn't let his stare linger, being surrounded by so many made his fur stand up right against his forarm. He's quick to stop in the middle of the beach and sets his travel case down beside his sneaker just to smooth down the patches like brushing away dust.
Sleet sniffs at the air, categorizing all the different scents that found their way to him but the salt of the sea made the bridge of his muzzle wrinkle. And despite his efforts, he couldn't shake the feeling of discomfort. He stands there and let's the light breeze sway him, closing his eyes.
This vacation was supposed to be for relaxation, he takes in a deep breath through his nose but it only further scrunch it as if he was chewing on lemons. He felt silly, probably looked the part as well.

Amaterasu smiled at Ever's enthusiasm, and waited patiently for the passengers to get off the raft. She saw some very interesting individuals, and she was quite intrigued.
"The Bermuda Triangle is known for plane crashes, missing parties, and other mishaps." she said to no one in particular. She looked around the island. It didn't seem very dangerous from where she stood. Then again, danger could lurk in the most unusual of places, hence the legend of the waters that they were situated in.

Krish woke up on the shore, wiping sand and salt from the brim of the hat. The taste of saltwater tainted his lips.
"Ahh... it's just like Florida all over again, isn't it? Wait, I never went to Florida, why did I say that? Who even lives in Florida anyways? Wait, where am I..?"
He tried to get up, but his limbs crackled and collapsed under his weight. Looking side to side, he saw that his arms and legs were not normal, not... organic.
"HOLY SHIT, WHAT THE FUCK IS THIS? MY ARMS- MY- MY LEGS, WHERE ARE MY LEGS? Fuuuuuckk, this isn't good! Fuckfuckfuckfuckfuck, ngghh-"
He struggled around and tried to crawl despite the immense fear and disgust that took over his mind and body. After only making it a few feet forwards, he gave up in desperation. His chin rested on the floor of the coast, water splashing at his waist.
"H-hey, can someone help me? I'm sort of... stuck? Like my arms and legs don't work? In the fact that I don't have any arms and legs? It's a long story, but I would like some help... hello..?"
