I don't know enough about DC Joker to really make a fair assessment tbh. Plus P5 Joker is weird to scale against other characters just given how he functions as a whole lol
Theoretically, he could have a persona that covers any/all weakness he might have at a given time, and can wield like 8 of them, freely swapping between them to cover said weaknesses, so like he is powerful in his own right, but that's all based on player chosen personas for him. If his wildcard ability is put aside, he'd still have access to Arsene, Satanael, and Raoul since they are his character specific personas. Arsene gameplay wise is the weakest persona in P5 (though builds can ofc change that but again that's player based), so like he is a bit of a hindrance, but Satanael and Raoul are both incredibly power- I mean one is a demon lord who can one shot even gods, and the other is one of the most busted kits in P5. With that, I'd like to think he stands pretty well off, but who knows.
Of course he could just be ya know a normal teenager, and just be have a huge disadvantage as well lmao. Both are possibilities after all
