More Charm Activations

I'm a much bigger fan of a Dynamic Combo system. As in, you can use as many Charm activations as you like on your action, but it costs one willpower if you do more than one, and then buying Charms as a set combo negates the willpower cost.

Huh, that doesn't sound like too bad of an idea, might have to field this one with my group.


But I usually allow people to activate 1 charm on their action and one before they refresh their DV. I'm not quite sure what will happen now that a DB might join the group...
