If you havent posted yet with your character going to the festival, then it'll be assumed that they arent there. I want all of your characters to interact, so please try to get atleast a brief one up. I know some of you might be busy with school/work, so tell me if that is the case and IF you want, we can just say your character is in the square already. And you can write from there. I'll wait a few more hours before telling the Mayor to continue.

Hey hey, I had a few questions! Just a heads up that I've only played the "Tale of Two Towns" game so that's mostly all I know about Harvest Moon!


1. Does the General Store have a whole variety of things to sell, or does it only feature 2-5 items every day similar to in the game?


2. Where do we go to buy seeds for crops and fruit trees?


3. Can anyone own a farm and/or ranch?


4. When it comes to crops and fruit trees and the like, do we follow the time in the game that it takes to grow them (like 3-10 days) or do we lengthen it to weeks and months? The same with animals!


5. What are the requirements of making a shop to fill the vacant spaces on the map?

1. The general store can be seen as a little supermarket. It sells food and drinks and features new items they get every week. They dont sell fish tho, you'll have to go to the fishery for that


2.The seeds can be bought in the general store


3.Yes, anybody can but they need to speak with the Mayor and tell him what kind of farm/ranch you want to own. It costs a little fee too


4. No it takes a few weeks for animals/plants to grow. Also, the animals are the monsters featured in Rune factory. Since this is the magic world, and there ARE monsters, they seem more fitting than regular animals. Like the wooly instead of a sheep

5. your character would have to submit a petition to the Mayor explaining what type of shop you want to make and then he'll give you a fee that you have to pay for the land. Then your character will have to talk to the carpenter for renovations.
