I welcome you to my thread. BoopBeep is my name, strange men are my game. Looking for a nice character-centric RP with a slow-burn plot and a world that isn't like our own? You've come to the right place.

English is my second (technically third) language. This means I'm bound to make mistakes. If that's an issue I understand, but I'm sad to see you go.
Info Dump!
- As mentioned before, my ”main” characters tend to be male. I'll play anything from alcoholic office workers to orc warriors to sentient robots. One thing that stands out is that my characters tend to be slightly unconventional compared to the most basic romantic lead. If you want a gallant knight they'll probably be a rotting zombie.
- With romance, I'm currently most interested in MxM and poly-relationships. Open to FxF if we really hit it off.
- At this point, I'm ready to admit that romance is mandatory, though I like to arrive there as naturally as possible.
- Currently, my posts average around 300-500 words, though this largely depends on my partner.
- At best, you'll get a response from me twice a day. At worst, it might take me weeks. Give me a nudge if it's taking too long.
What I'm Looking For
- 18+
- A friendly, patient partner.
- Let's talk! I enjoy OOC talk even when it has nothing to do with the RP.
- Build a plot with me. Let's bounce ideas back and forth until we're both happy with where the story's going.
- Decent grammar and spelling. We all make mistakes, but let's try our best!
- Quality over quantity! Don't stretch out your posts just to reach a word count.

The well-respected and wealthy Lord Lawrence all but vanished from the public eye some ten years ago. The only one close enough to know the reason is his current valet Gérard, whose unbreaking loyalty and protectiveness over his employer are known well by those who attempt to approach the elusive nobleman. Now, another is allowed near him, and it soon becomes clear that the truth about the man is far stranger than any rumor the locals have come up with.

It has called out for you for ages now, growing more insistent by the day, finally tempting you away from your usual life. Such bonds are rare and your knowledge of them is limited. All you know is that the connection must be completed, or the hollow emptiness within you will only continue to grow.
It leads you below the crust of the world, past impressive dwarven citadels, and deep within the Underdark. As the air begins to grow warm from the heat of the world, the connection begins to sing. Soon, through the endless darkness, you spot a figure, tall, slender, and alien in form.
Your eyes meet and without your permission, the bond clicks into place. The being on the other side is not happy.
