well since the weavers odd genetics are more dominant they would be all the same thing a telith however they would have less exasperated traits to telith, with the introduction of human, so like no weird back horns or, literally growth of hide armor on their bodies, they might not have glowing eyes or they will lack the spikes that run down their backs, maybe even not having the scales, in fact some might not have a dragon form at all, or not have a humanoid form

and yes celestial means holy
