A question of my own, since its modern times, are Concept Words allowed? I was toying with playing with the AI one but if not, understandable.

This time I have a system question. When we level up (if we level up during campaign ofcourse) can we bank gift points to buy something at a later time? For example when we reach at second level I might not have any particular gift in mind to buy so want to keep 1 or 2 gift points in bank until an inspiration hits me or a situation forces me to get a gift (perhaps don't have enough effort for something i am planning or lack of influence or a certain gift works good but locking an effort for day for it might not worth and it might come handy later)

Long story short how gift point banking works? depending on the answer, i might actually change my character a bit.

You can store points, but not to excess.
