STORY
The Primal Era
Hundreds of years ago, during a time humanity calls ‘The Primal Era‘, Earth began to create giant machines of war in their own image which they proudly called Mobile Suits. Soon, out of the desire to test their machines against other countries, the first mobile suit war broke out, proving to be earths bloodiest war ever which lasted the whole century. Near the end of the war, groups started breaking off from each sides of the war and began forming one force lead by a man named Alexander Solomon. The force continued to grow until the finally it wiped out the rest and united the entire world under one banner. Thus started the ‘Genesis Century’ of the ‘Solomon Era’ began.
The Solomon Era
For five hundred years, the Solomon family ruled the Earth with kind hearts, leading the humanity through the most peaceful times it had ever seen. Through their reign the world has seen many great accomplishments and advances in science, such as hologram screens, clean energy, cures to most cancers and diseases, and many more feats that man could not during an age of conflict. The greatest accomplishment however, was during the four-hundredth year of the Solomon’s reign. Finally, with the invention of space travel, the Solomons sent men and women out into space, as an answer to overpopulation, where they would begin the construction of colonies in space and outer planets, while eventually learning to terraform the inner sphere planets to make them hospitable for human life. Thus marked the Exodus Century of the Solomon Era.
The Crowning Day Massacre and the Solar War
Then came the five-hundredth year of the Solomon Era. As the ceremony to crown Xavier Solomon as the new king, the coup came out of no where. Quickly the uncrowned king and his political advisors of had been terminated, while his ambitious younger brother, Titus Solomon the third, who was personally responsible for the coup, took the throne and replaced the earth’s fallen political leaders with those of his own choice. After securing his throne and performing a funeral ceremony for his older brother, King Titus attempted to reach out to the other planets and colonies, trying to calm their rage at what had just happened. When they would not comply all war broke out. At first the war was between earth and the rest, but as time continued to crawl on, the other planets and their surrounding colonies began to turn against each other as well. With in nine years of the coup, the whole solar system was at war with each other, and alliances were made, each fighting for their own right to rule the solar system in the way they deemed fit.
The Gundams and the end of the war.
During the Solar War, as it is known, King Titus had his men construct a large, ring like, space station around the earth that he named Heaven. There he created what would become the upper hand in his war, five extraordinary machines known as Gundams. These machines were each fitted with the newly discovered Solomon Core where, when activated by a special breed of human called Nephilim, the Nephilim pilot would be able to control the war machine as if it were his/her own body.
With these five machines, G-01-M, G-02-U, G-03-G, G-04-R, and G-05-L now unleashed into the fury, the king’s forces quickly brought to an end to the fourteen year Solar War and the spheres and colonies once again reunited under King Titus Solomon’s rule. However, his, and his descendants’ rule was no where near peaceful. Terrorist groups formed and lashed out against the Solomon kingdom when they could, determined to bring an end to the Solomon line and any who followed them.
However, since the end of the Solar War, no enemy, Terrorist or Pirate, had ever managed to step foot in Heaven or on Earth.
The War in Heaven
Before the turn of the six-hundredth year of the Solomon Era, during Alastair Solomon’s rule, a group of terrorists simply known as ‘Zion’ managed to infiltrate Heaven and waged a surprise attack against the King’s army in attempt to get to earth. The war for heaven lasted only a few days until the Zion were forced back out. But not with out the Zion dealing a major blow to the of their own. Upon fleeing, Zion managed to kill the pilot of the AG-05-L and steal the gundam itself. No matter how hard or how long the king had his soldiers search for the war machine, eventually the fifth gundam was considered a loss. The king, however, was reassured by his scientists that the materials required to make the gundams were so rare, that the Zion could never replicate another. Nor, since Nephilim were rare, and compatible Nephiilim were even rarer, they believed that Zion would never figure out how to work the Solomon Core.
Now
It is year 66, Heaven Century of the Solomon Era, and the inner worlds and colonies are peaceful. The people of the colonies and inner worlds work diligently to provide for their families while the people of earth enjoy the fruits of the middle class’s labor. Titus the Ninth, a man considered to be a just man, has Just been crowned King of the Solar System and has vowed to make the earth, the planets, the colonies, and all their people whole once again and return them all to the peaceful state they were during the Solar war so long ago. Also, four young Nephilim have just taken their places as the four archangels of heaven, and will be awarded with the Gundams; G01-M, G02-U, G03-G, and G04-R. Little do these pilots know that a scheme to kidnap the princess will soon be hatched all hell will break loose. The battle for the Sol Kingdom, the lives of it‘s many billions of people, and quiet possibly their very souls was about to begin.

Posts should be at least one paragraph (Five decently written sentences, enough for people to work with) and should contain, at the very least, a character name and picture. That’s not too much to ask for.
This is a small group rp and will focus on the gundam pilots and the princess more than anyone else. If you plan on joining, please be willing to take on minor characters and play them when needed.
Don’t go making stuff up involving the Story‘s or other characters’ history. If you come up with fun ideas involving the past please let me know and we'll talk about it

This RP is it‘s own universe. There will be no references to events of other story lines such as the Universal Century or in the realities of Gundam Wing, Seed, 00, Iron-Blooded Orphans, Age, X and all others.

Clothes - Architecture - Technology
This is a Medieval/fantasy/Scify setting. For clothes, characters will wear garb found in a medieval fantasy reality. Architecture and technology used in the rp will be based on what one would expect to be in a Medieval Scifi. Please work with me to come up with this universe's way of living
Heaven
Heaven is a ring-world that encompasses the earth and is divided into three equal sections. Like the earth it has an open atmosphere so that the beauty of it's landmasses could easily be seen by the Earth and vice versa. It was said the reason for this so that the people may look up at their king and so that the king could look upon his subjects, both without worry.
The First Section - The first section, known as the Royal District is made up of the royal palace, noble housing, various expensive shopping centers that sell only the best of products, the dorms and training academy for the Nephilim, and of course when the final four Nephilim are finally chosen, the Archangel Estate.
The Second Section - The second section, known as the Archangel District is a heavily guarded district and is home to the Archangels (The Gundam Pilots) who, after their five years of service, have been relieved of their duties. Archangel District is a paradise in which none may enter except for the retired archangels themselves and people to serve them. It is said that once upon arrival, an archangel has never once left or has ever wanted to leave such a paradise. So far this seems true.
The Third Section - The third section, or the Military District, of heaven is the only portion of heaven that doesn't have an open atmosphere. Over the centuries it has become the ultimate defense of Heaven and Earth.
The Solar System
The Inner Worlds and Colonies - The Inner worlds consist of Mercury, Venus, Earth, and Mars. Venus and Mars are now completely habitable thanks to the sciences of terraforming. While the planets Venus and Mars, along with the many colonies they hold in their territory, are the base for companies and most high end jobs, Earth houses only the richest of families and, while there are restaurants and shopping malls, the planet offers very little in the way of jobs.
The Outer Worlds and Colonies - The outer worlds orbit the sun from the other side of the asteroid belt that lies between Mars and Jupiter, and consist of Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto The outer worlds and the colonies within their territories are much more of a chaotic. The outer territories (Or anything orbiting the sun from the other side of the asteroid belt) are filled with the lower class people who struggle every day to live. While the colonies closer to their respective planets are rather safe and well protected by their assigned governors and a good handful of mobile suits, Pirates and Criminals base their operations within the large void of space and constantly prey on travelers and outer colonies.
It is quite commonly known that many soldiers and officers who have wronged their superiors badly enough are sent to the outer worlds as punishment.
Weaponry

There are no guns as they have been confiscated and destroyed long ago and have been replaced with swords, shields, bows, spears and more chivalrous weapons. Explosives, such as mines, bombs, and missiles still exist.
Missiles used by ships are shaped similarly like arrows fired from ballista style structures and are meant for piercing other ship hulls and exploding shortly after. Missiles used by mobile suits are also similar to missiles found on ship but are designed to be fired by a mobile suit's bow. While in gravitational settings, like earth, missiles used above land are made of a light metal and have no homing or flight capabilities (Other than that of a normal arrow) while Water based missiles (called harpoons) are similar to torpedoes and do, infact have homing capabilities as well as in-built propellers to keep the missile going when launched. Missiles used in space warfare, like the harpoon, also have homing capabilities but are equipped with rocket boosters instead of propellers.
Nephilim
The Nephilim are this universe's New Types
No one knows exactly how or when the Nephilim came to be, but they started appearing a couple hundred years after man spread out through the solar system. This advanced, yet highly rare form of human has superior reflexes and battle capabilities and is identifiable by the special organ in the center of the brain called ‘The Mark of the Nephilim‘. It has also been discovered by Royal Scientists, that if raised together from infancy, a small group of Nephilim can use this organ to communicate via telepathy, even over great distances.
All gundam pilots in history are Nephilim as the Solomon Core (The power core and control system that runs the gundam) can only be accessed by a Nephilim. What’s more, only compatible Nephilim, with training, can successfully access and use the Solomon Core through the use of the organ and access it’s battle system.
Nephilim and Nephilim actions are heavily monitored by Royal Specialists. A Nephilim free of royal observation is the rarest there is, and if discovered, is branded as an abomination to be hunted down and killed.
Each year, no more than 30 Nephilim are born. When a child is born they are given a special x-ray to see whether they bear the Mark of the Nephilim. If they have the organ in their head, the child is then taken from their family and sent to the Nephilim Academy on Heaven’s First Ring, where they would be divided into teams (Or families) of four raised, trained, and (When at the age of 5) begin their exposure to the Solomon Core. Each Nephilim in each family is always the same age as his or her sibling ranging from days to a couple of weeks.
For most families, in which the Nephilim was originally born to, it is considered a great honor to have their child taken into custody as they've been told that their child has has been granted the most holiest of gifts. However some mothers don't always agree with being separated from their child, in which cases the children are taken by force and the original family is marked to be cast out from the rest of humanity as punishment for their defiance.
Unfortunately, not every Nephilim exposed to the Solomon Core can access it. In fact, exposure to the Solomon Core can lead to them being rejected by it, which can be as simple as the fact that they can’t use it or can lead to extreme injury or even death.
Those teams who’s had one or more members who’ve been rejected by the Solomon Core are instantly transported away from heaven and placed in the secondary academy on Earth where they will train to become a part of a special forces that pilot advanced yet more mundane mobile suit’s the Royal military has to offer. Those accepted by the Solomon core are exposed to even more advanced training.
As the Royal military only accepts the best Nephilim as gundam pilots, teams ranked lower than others on tests are rejected and sent to the secondary academy while those ranked higher will continue their struggle until there is only one team left. The reigning team will become known as "Archangels" and will serve the military for five years before being relieved of duty and sent to the second ring of Heaven.
Solomon Core
The Solomon Core is a highly sophisticated and complex piece of tech. Spherical in appearance it is embedded into the torso of the Gundam, not only powering the gundam with a seemingly unlimited supply of energy, but also, when connected to the brain of a compatible Nephilim can be used to control the gundam. For example, if you were to place a compatible Nephilim into the cockpit of a gundam, the pilot could control the gundam as if it were his or her own body. However, when a pilot is tapped into the Solomon core, their consciousness is transferred into the gundam itself and their body, with the exception of their mouth, becomes completely immobile.
Since materials in order to create a Solomon Core, there are only a little less than a hundred in existence, each already serving an important purpose. While most exist solely for training potential Archangels, four Solomon Cores are created every five years and exist only to power the royal gundams. After the five years are up the four Solomon Cores are destroyed before the next four are created. While superstition states that the reason for this is that the Core is made from a piece of the pilot's soul so that it will serve only them, the scientific and true reason is not far off. The core can align to the brain patterns emanating from the pilot's Mark (Mark of the Nephilim) and understand their thought patterns in order to better respond to the pilot in future fights as well as make it nearly impossible for anyone else to pilot the same suit.
Known only to the Head of the royal family, in this case the king and his most trusted Royal scientists and military leaders, the Solomon Core holds a dark secret.

Hello!
While I've been signed up to this site for a couple of years now, I've never really rp'd here so I hope y'all be a little patient with me as I get used to this site.
That being said, I am looking for rpers who may be interested in a gundam rp. I have been working on the plot and stuff for over two years now and after some bad luck on another site, decided to try it here. Anyways I don't have time tonight to actually post anything about it, as this is a last minute post, but I am hoping to at least get a head start to gain other players' interests.
Personally looking for other rpers that can write a decent paragraph or two per post, have a good understanding of English, and, at the very least, a slight understanding when it comes to Gundam.
