Dragon Knight + Professional Badass
I'm not sure how popular this will be, but it's based off of the anime/manga Mirai Nikki. Everything below will be based off of the assumption that you have watched the anime, so this will make little sense if you haven't. If you still want to join, I suppose you can try it out, but I'm not sure if it'll work. Hell, I don't know if this will work at all. Please don't kill me.
However, the events will be VERY different from the actual anime.

Imagine if the phones of the twelve were not distributed to them. They are left, lying in a neat pile, for anybody to claim.
Which will you take?
RULES:
1) It must be one of the phones mentioned below.
2) Your character must find a way to fit the archetype associated with the phone. If you get First's phone, for example, because it contains the Bystander Diary, you need to be shy/a bystander.
3) One person per phone, one phone per person. You aren't gonna hoard ALL teh phonz.
4) I will be Deus Ex Machina.
5) 7th's phones will be distributed among 2 people. If anybody's up to start a romance, feel free! But no erotica of course.
6) 8th's phone enables generation of NPCs with other Future Diaries that are less useful. Be careful with them and don't get too OP!
7) You cannot use the real character. Be creative. What if the Yukiteru Diary (note that the name will change based on 2nd's love) was owned by a guy? And does he love a guy or a girl? Or maybe it's a girl x girl romance? You decide.
8) Your phone will not have to be in the form mentioned in the anime/manga. Ex. 6th's scroll can be a phone instead, you just have to find a way to make it work.
9) You are not allowed to bite my head off for trying to produce a Mirai Nikki spinoff. I have very high doubts that this will work out, but if it does, then yaaaay!

Just as a quick reminder, here are the phone powers:
1) Bystander Diary-Can tell what's happening in the user's surroundings, but not what's happening to the user.
2) Yukiteru (will be changed based on lover's name) Diary-Receives updates on the loved one's status every 10 minutes.
3) Murder Diary- Reports the location of the victim whom the owner intends to attack.
4) Investigation Diary- Reports on the location and status of criminals from open cases.
5) Hypervision Diary- Gets a morning, noon, and night entry of what will happen to the owner, complete with pictures.
6) Thousand League Eyes Diary- Shows what the followers of the owner see.
7) Exchange Diaries- Each informs on the status of the owner's lover. Together, they download everything that will happen to the two lovers.
8) Propagation Diary- Can cause as many people as desired to gain a weak form of a Future Diary (tells them of all their upcoming victories, etc.)
9) Escape Diary- Informs the user of the fastest and safest way to escape any given scenario.
10) Rearing Diary- Controls a pack of dogs that can be sent to attack targets.
11) Watcher Diary- Reads the diaries of everybody else except the Propagation Diary.
12) Justice Diary- Reports on YOUR opinion of what is wrong and when it will happen. Also can be used to induce hypnosis.
