Fandom Miraculous Ladybug: Welcome to NYC (IC)

Killerclown

Two Thousand Club
It is beginning of a new day in the Big Apple. As the sun appeared over the horizon, the streets were full of people heading to work to begin there day. While most of these people were on their way to do honest work, there were a few that were planning on less than legal methods to put bread on the table. A group of these men were hanging out in a alley near a grocery store. Most of them were dressed in typical street clothes but the man that stood out among them was wearing the costume of a Aztec Warrior. This man's name was The Jaguar, and he was an Enforcer, a type of super-villain that lack superpowers but make up for it with their skills in combat and strategy.

Jaguar and his gang were current waiting for the arrival of a armored truck that was carrying a shipment of diamonds. Suddenly, the men heard the sound of a truck pulling the nearby parking lot of the grocery store. Jaguar and his men immediately rushed out towards the truck and quickly subdued the guards and hijacked the truck. As they drove, Jaguar turned to his men and said in a thick Spanish accent," Well boys, once the big boss gets his cut, we can retire early." The men immediatley let out whoops and cheers, unaware of the fact that their actions have drawn the attention of NYCs newest superheroes.

The sun was up and shining like it does every day. The big city was loud and noisy as it always was and this was perfectly fine with young Serenity. She preferred it being loud since a lot of the sounds were a lot like music if you listen properly. However, someone was making a very sour note and this had to be corrected. So while on the way to school she hurried toward the sirens and sounds of chaos. This was just another call to work before her normal life. "Luna, moon up!" she called out once she was in a secluded place. She touched her diadem to let her transform into her alter ego, Shiori Tigresse, the white tigress that has the best of luck. She fallowed the criminals to their little hist. She was ready to stop them and with some quick witty banter she was jumping and fighting, rounding up the henchmen left and right. Then it came down to the Jaguar. "And here I thought Jaguars were cunning and quiet, guess I was wrong. Time to bring you down." she said and readied for a real cat fight.

She tried her best to figure out where the Akuma was hiding and how she would break the person under its evil control free. She kept her eyes on the time as well as her opponent. One thing she was really good at was multi-talking. She had a feeling that her fellow hero would be joining her soon and then things would most likely get a bit more complicated or they could go a little easier. It would all depend on if they were going to be useful this time. Coyote Wild was just as his name implies. Wild. He was unpredictable and quite gallant at times. Sure he was a little older but, hey, that just means he's more mature and he can actually hold a proper conversation with a woman, right? Besides, he wasn't that much older than her anyway. Just a few years is no big deal, right? So it was okay to admire him and his cunning, right?

Isaac's apartment:
Isaac looked down at Lokki as the Kwami clutched his stomach and burped on his kitchen table, having consumed 4 times his body weight in meatloaf. "I'd have thought you'd have learned not to gorge yourself by now. I know you don't need that much and we might need to transform multiple times in a row someday."

Lokki grinned. "I'd just grab a pigeon or rat, this city is crawling with food."
Isaac shook his head. "Emergencies only, those things are full of disease and I don't want you bringing any of that into the apartment."

Lokki huffed. "Fine. Then we better head out, because your fridge is empty."
Isaac walked over and opened his fridge. "What? I've got plenty of-" he face-palms as he realizes what Lokki meant "-no meat, got it. This proves my point of course. Come on, we're going to have to go get some more."
Lokki hops into Isaac's backpack and he heads towards the nearby grocery store. Isaac pops in his earpiece with speaker, a clever system he designed for talking with Lokki in public. Lokki had a phone in the backpack and could just talk from there and get Isaac's reply through the earpiece.

"Soooo...how's it going with Tigresse?" Lokki asks.
Isaac groans. He really doesn't see why this keeps getting brought up. "How should it be going other than how it is? How much exactly do you get when we're transformed?"
"Trade secret" Lokki grins. "And that wasn't an answer."
"She's fine as a partner, but kind of strange. I got bored and started singing The Times They Are A-Changin by Bob Dylan under my breath one time and when I turned around she'd started doing a little dance to it."
"You're not really the person to call another person 'strange' Mr. 'Recorded a Podcast Naked.'"
"The air conditioning was broken and all my laundry was dirty. Not like any of the listeners noticed. How about next time I transform and do it in-character? "One Row Back movie review podcast with Coyote Wild!'"
"No way, not happening."
"Guest appearance?"
"I know you're messing with me."
"It's why we were paired."
Lokki growls. "Wait, you dodged it again. One of the downsides of being paired with someone sharp. Now then: how do you feel about the super-heroine known as Shiori Tigresse?"
Isaac lets out a long breath. "I don't know how I should feel. I don't know who she is or anything beyond what I've learned working with her. Hey look, who are those guys?" Isaac points at the gang in front of the grocery store.
"Speak of the tigress and you'll see her tail, to change an old expression. Looks like this is a job for Coyote Wild!"
Isaac opens his backpack and Lokki hops out. "Lokki, Grin Ear to Ear!"
Lokki dives into Isaac's bracelet as his costume spreads over his body. A mask completely covers the top of his face with a set of fake ears, clawed gloves, Isaac's eyes close and reopen with a coyote's eyes, and as always the tail that complete the costume is plucked off and attached to Isaac's special weapon: a heavy-topped staff capable of being used as a bow, staff, or club on a rope.

The first thug is dropped by a brick shot from Coyote's bow, the second knocked down as Coyote slams into him, and a third gets his legs knocked out from under him by the club before it's pulled back into Coyote's grasp as he drops into a defensive stance towards the Aztec Warrior.
"Sorry for shattering your hopes, but it's crystal clear you're not going to be stealing those diamonds." It's unclear if the groaning coming from the men he took down is from Coyote's pun or the pain.
Coyote shoots Tigress a nod. "Good to see you."

Jaguar let out a almost animalistic growl as his men got dispatched by the two heroes. He then pulled out a dagger that was made of Obsidian and said with a growl," The Boss Man warned me that you might show up. You will not stop me, the diamonds are mine!" He then grabbed a nearby henchman, a man wearing a New York Giants jersey and blue jeans and brought him back up to his feet while saying," Get back up and fight!" The man looked hesitant for a minute but eventually charged at Tigresse while Jaguar, with surprising speed, charged towards Coyote with his dagger drawn.

When Coyote Wild showed up Shiori smiled and lined up two fingers together against her nose in a type of salute to show she was happy to see him again. It was both a sign of respect and gratitude for him showing up at her side. She didn't speak much but when she did it was nesisary. She didn't really have the voice to carry on long conversations in these kinds of situations. When Jaguar pulled out the knife she could sence the evil energy originating from it. She quickly pointed at it for Coyote to hear her, "The Akuma is in the knife!" she said quickly but before she could do anything else the thugs were getting up a bit and attacking her. She leaped over the one guy with ease of a trained dancer as if she were vaulting a wooden horse in gym class. Landing on her feet with grace and style she gestured with her head for Coyote to help her take him down. With the leader down the rest would fall like domino. With a burst of prepared speed she tried to tackle the Jaguar but found he was a bit of a challenge for her strength. She would get the better of him in this as she was the bigger cat but still, it would take time and time she didn't have.

She looked to Coyote to ask him for assistance in apprehending Jaguar so she could use her Moon's Gift to break the spell he was under. She couldn't while she was holding the Jaguar at bay. Her diadem on her forehead was where her little friend resided and all her power. If she couldn't reach it she couldn't free him. Her white mask with black stripes on her cheeks kept her identity hidden but without her diadem, she was only a dancer from the south side. "Coyote! A little help would not be misplaced." she called to him.

The thug with the jersey looked with amazement as Tigresse flipt over him and started to attack his boss. He didn't stare at this long as he heard her call for Coyote for help. Realizing that if the two ganged up on his boss he would be defeated, the thug grabbed a baton from a unconcious armoured car guard and charged at Coyote, swinging at him with the baton while Jaguar continued to struggle with Tigresse, cursing all the while.

Coyote grins. Using the super-strength and reflexes given by his powers, he uses the thug's own momentum to flip him over and send him crashing into the alley wall. Snatching something off the ground, he charges forward to meet the masked man charging him. Coyote sees the weapon and makes a choice.
Thrusting forward his hand he yells "Trickster's Trade!" Before tossing away the object in his hand.
When Jaguar rams his blade into Coyote's chest he looks down to see that he's actually holding a banana that Coyote had switched for the knife. He looks up just in time for Coyote to knock him back towards Tigresse.

This battle was an easy win. While the two were distracted with Coyote, Shiori touched her Crecent and summoned the mystical item that would wrap things up quickly. "Moon's Gift!" she called out and brought forth a single tear shaped vile of crystal glowing water. She splashed it onto the knife which brought the white butterfly out of the knife and drained the weapon of the evil that enveloped it. She giggled a little as she watched it leave. Once it flew away she turned her glowing blue eyes to the Jaguar and saw him transform back into an innocent victim, or at least she hoped that was the case. After all, what would New York be without some crime here and there. She breathed a sigh of relief that things were going back to normal. She tossed up the vile and it dissipated with a wave of glittering white magic. This basically set up a good fresh start to the day and now she had to take her leave before her time was up. She looked to Coyote Wild with a smile and gave him her hand to shake. Her hands were white clawed gloves with black stripes on the backs of her hands. Her uniform was white skin tight clothes with black stripes like a true tiger and a long tail that actually moved on its own. She didn't need any real weapons or any tools besides the one she had around her head. Her strength, speed and flexibility were second to none and she took pride in that. With the battle done and the villians defeated she thought about going to school but really she didn't have to today since it was basically a free day for her class. She had rehearsals later tonight but right now she was in no hurry. She looked to Coyote Wild and smiled. "See ya later?"

Jaguar's costume immediatley started to fade away. In it's place was a Hispanic man wearing blue jeans and a tank top. He looked around, horror and anger eveident in his face. He then started to flee from the two while saying,"Boss Harris will make you pay". From the tone of his voice it was as he almost wanted the Akuma to stay within him.
