Hey,


Just some quick updates to release to you guys that have come to profiles, an extremely important part of the site that never gets any love. Its where users can find out your contact details(if you've provided any), your RP preferences, and anything else you'd like to showcase.


Its very much a portal into finding more RP partners and trying to get to know them a little better.


Now you can add profile covers.

To accomplish this simply go to the top right where the drop down for your user options is and click on profile cover.

As well, you can now see who has visited your profile post.

I think its a of the actual file not of the image in dimensions. I'll try to tweak it in a few minutes.
 
Awesome! A question: Is there a way to hotlink images, or do they absolutely have to be selected from a local file?

Unfortunately it has to be local files, theres too many problems/dangers that can be caused by not doing it this way because I can't run the RpN proxy system that makes sure that image links aren't something malicious through that part of the site.

And here comes Wiz with another update. I swear, if I hadn't known any better I'd say that you never rest from working on this site. Thank you for this awesome update, Dwiz!

By the way, are the trophy points meant to be reset to 0?

The trophy points have been an odd...well oddity that comes built into the software we use. I think they were reset to zero because trophies were removed a while back.


In all the years we've had xenforo, we never altered trophies outside of the stock ones that come out of the box for like "Making your first post!" for example. I'll see what happens with them.
 
Could there be a list of image hosts that work, so we know if we need to upload them to one of those? Then we can have an idea of what we need to upload it to.
 
As somebody who obsessively checks others' and regularly updates my own profile, I'm super hyped about updates to the profile options and hope to see more functionality added in the future.
