Fandom Millennium City: Recruitment Wave Three Sign-Up Thread! [Massive Crossover RP]

Akibahara

Ready for the Shit Show, Shaka Brah
Welcome to Millennium City: Wave Three!
g2JFQO7.jpg

There’s always a lighthouse. There’s always a man. There’s always a city.
- Elizabeth, Columbia circa 1912

Millennium.

Pure, majestic, neon beauty.

The massive city, a glitzy, synthetic wonderland, met your gaze: A luxury Mercedes-Benz SUV strolled past you, speakers booming loudly, the bass vibrating against your skin. Some young British girl, probably early-20s, her sunglasses illuminating the pink-and-blue skyline, casually walked into a Nordstrom fashion store. An ocean of unfamiliar faces, mostly socialites - the upper echelon of Millennium’s privileged class - blissfully continued about their sheltered lives.

You close your eyes, inhaling the scent of numerous high-end perfume lines intermingled with the distinctive smell of post-afternoon rain.

It’s been a few days, no, a week perhaps? Damn it, you couldn’t remember.

Still, the sound of urban nightlife comforted you in some primitive way, as you - a sojourner who woke up in Millennium only a few days ago, lost and alone, sat patiently against a bench nestled in Kent City Park, a burner cellphone in hand. It wasn’t pretty, but it paid the bills - and most of all, kept you alive.

The locals say you shouldn’t dig too deep in Millennium’s internal affairs, but then again, you’re not just anybody, eh? A few days ago, you lived a life far from this city - in another world, another time, another place - only to find yourself, accompanied by dozens of strangers, awaken in the outskirts of Millennium.

Any ability or weapon you once possessed vanished - as if pried out by an invisible figure; leaving only yourself, your new-found friends (or enemies), to survive in a ruthless city by any means necessary, even if it involves turning on each other.

Your cellphone rings.

A rich, white-on-black lined limousine pulls across the street from you, a passenger door opening…

You pause, nod your head, and walk toward your contact…

1.) The main feature of Millennium is the “Quest” feature - which consists of the main storyline orchestrated by Akibahara and the Lore-Master - to side-quests created by district GMs or roleplayers seeking to enhance the Millennium experience.

ghywkQ

2.) Players who gain an adequate sum of currency are able to spend their reward money on either weaponry, buildings, and vehicles.

Note: While your character loses virtually all his/her offensive capabilities, I may permit you to keep some of his/her defensive powers - depending on how strong it is. While there is a way to get a single ability back, it costs in-game $$$. And it's expensive. It's called a [Power Orb], imbued with multiversal cosmic energy which essentially brings a part of you back into the realm.

3.) Millennium consists of six districts: Commercial (includes downtown and business), Industrial, Upper Class, Middle Class, and Poor Residential Districts, and finally, the Outskirts. The districts are controlled by a “master GM,” which develops the environment, major/minor factions, main district storyline, and side quests.

nukBIQG.jpg

1.) No abilities (yet): Your character will be rendered 100% mortal; any abilities (ie. regeneration, magic, etc) has mysteriously vanished unless given explicit permission from the Admin or trusted mods. This also includes any signature weapons or equipment.

2.) No god modding, power gaming, auto-hitting, or meta gaming. Any attempts to do so will be met with punishment.

3.) A fair warning for all: You will be VERY BORED if you don't find someone to interact with, and I'm certain of this. I've ran RP events like this for -years-, and the key to success is character interaction. Therefore, you will need to find a partner, if you don't have one, I'll find one for you.

4.) No ERP permitted, simple as that.

Character Name: Mina Ashido

Canon: Boku no Hero Academia

Age: 16

Attributes:
-She's very quick
-Adept at powers
-Strong

-Not the best with information
-Not good with stressful situations

Personality:
Mina is often seen with a smile on her face, being very polite and friendly to almost anyone. When emotion hits her, she tends to cry in: Relief, anguish, joy, frustration. Basically any emotion. She likes everyone to get along, and has a habit of trying to negotiate between many sides despite her beliefs.

Bio: Mina hails from Boku no Hero Academia universe, where most of the people have abilities called quirks. Mina's quirk is acid, and she is able to secrete and use it to her advantage. During her first time in class, she was given a hero assessment along with her class, and ranked 9th out of the group. They had a mishap on a trip, where the villains took over their area, but Mina fought until All Might came. Then she started crying. During the Sports Festival, she was seen dancing in a cheerleaders outfit, and not really caring about who saw her or that they'd been tricked. When the actual fighting came, she made it to the second round before being eliminated.

Character Name: Nitori Kawashiro

Canon: Touhou Project

Age: Unknown

Attributes:
Can manipulate water to an impressive degree, but also...

As a youkai (a kappa), she inherently wields an excessive amount of strength, able to run with an enormous backpack equipped (Which is usually filled with various gadgets, including operating helicopter blades to make her fly, a portable set of thrusters too boost her, a cannon that fires a powerful laser, and two robotic arms.) and still continue to work with the backpack on without a problem.

Can also run a pretty mean stand. She wants max cash.

Personality:
Nitori is a shy kappa and if she is alone and sees a human, she would likely run away. However, she considers herself to be superior to humans and even other youkai, and when she's by herself it's easy to see; though when among her own circle of friends, she is quite cheerful and is easily persuaded to leave you alone by a cucumber or two.

However, she has a greedy side when it comes to running a stand and is quick to come up with plots to maximize profit. As she is an engineer she is very interested in products made by humans and she takes such products apart and puts them back together in order to understand them.

Bio:
Youkai, in her world, are usually born through the creation of rumors, usually by the moon or the night. Nitori was likely created in the same fashion, though not much is known about her. She's caught mostly indoors, and is usually seen in her stand if one was lucky to see her outside at all. Her life is somewhat of a mystery to mostly everyone. She typically lives by the riverside of mountains, usually having her own home isolated from everywhere else.

Nathan-3-nathan-young-30610684-500-282.gif

Character Name: Nathan Young

Canon: Misfits Universe

Age: 20

Attributes: Adequate Fighting Skills, Intelligent, Pushes Many Buttons

Personality: Nathan is known for having an answer for everything, sarcastic wit, and a fondness for pushing things too far and that underneath the cocky quips and sarcasm, Nathan isn’t as unemotionally untouchable as he makes out

Bio: Nathan grew up in a village in Ireland, moving to England with his mother at 5 years old. Skipping to his late teens, Nathan had grown into man though hadn't matured much. He had acquired a tendency to push peoples buttons, and take the piss out of almost everyone he came across. Despite his severe annoyance, he and a few friends went bowling. Near the end of their trip, Nathan got into an altercation involving the manager, in which he took the piss out of the manager, Beverly's, name. The day ended with Nathan being taken away by the police eating stolen Pick N' Mix. On his first day of community Service, a large storm came over his estate. A bolt of lightning struck Nathan, and the other probationers. Nathan was transported to an alternate universe. Neon Lights dawn the Skyline, and strange, unfamiliar buildings surround him. This is where the story begins...

Character Name: Monika Weiss, "IQ"

Canon: Rainbow Six Siege

Age: 28

Attributes:
Learns quickly
Training in assualt rifles, handguns, and light machine guns
Trained in Counter-Terrorist tactics

Personality:
A brilliant overachiever and a fast learner, Weiss has been successful at nearly everything she tries. This facility, however, has conditioned her to refuse failure as an acceptable outcome. This can manifest as borderline obsessive behavior when tackling obstacles that are percieved to be difficult or exceptionally challenging.

Bio:
Weiss developed a knack for electrical engineering early in life. At 16 she completed her first internship with a local tech company. She would continue her education at MIT and CalTech in the United States. After university, she traveled for a year before dedicating her life to a new challenge, the Bundespolizei (BPOL). Weiss thrived in her new environment and after two years with the BPOL she was recruited by the GSG 9.

file_11337_watchdogs.jpg

Character Name: Aiden Pearce AKA "The Vigilante" AKA "The Fox"

Canon: WATCH_DOGS

Age: 39

Strengths:

  • Aiden's forte is his ability to hack into nearly anything electronic. A master hacker with access to most software-linked devices via his Profiler. At his peak condition, he can also Jam Communications, utilize a CToS Scan, and create a Blackout.
  • The Vigilante can also create items on the fly using whatever he has on hand, such as Fragmentaion Grenades, IEDs, electronic Lures, and medicinal pills.
  • The Fox can also handle most guns without problems, utilize stealth to his advantage, freerun without stopping, and even slow down his perception of time using "Focus".

Weaknesses: Pearce certainly has a strong moral compass, having a protective streak (Exhibit One: Vigilante Interventions) for those who cannot protect themselves- so strong it might as well be considered a flaw. He is also vengeful in a way, as though he believes in an eye for an eye. He's also relatively unarmored, meaning that under normal circumstances in a fight he'll need to take cover in between getting hit to recover.

Personality: See Weaknesses. He has a good sense of justice, but can also be described in some way as a "selfish", "reckless" man according to his ex-mentor Damien Brenks.

Bio: See Watch Dogs plot. Might add a Bio later for those lazier than me.

Posting speed: You know me (at least I hope you do). Pretty quick.

Character Name: Wall-E / Hal

Canon: Disney (Wall-E) / Disney (Wall-E, cameos in other movies)

Age: Unknown

Attributes:

Technology Capabilities

Construction: He has twin, extending, hydraulic arm shovels with articulated fingers mounted on U-shaped tracks to his sides. His locomotion is achieved with treads sporting four independently-actuated sprockets for stability. The tracks on his treads can be removed by unclipping the hinge pins on a single joint. His front opens up his body cavity in which he gathers and compresses trash. His head contains his audio-visual sensors mounted on a long, articulated neck, enabling him to see in any direction. All his extremities - arms, treads, and head - retract back into his cube-shaped body for easier storage, referred to as "boxing" in the movie script. He reverts to this shape whenever sleeping (or hiding). A hook on his back served some unknown purpose (perhaps for self-storage aboard the transport). He now uses it to carry around his BnLIgloo-style cooler full of interesting bits of trash he picks up at work. His hull is reinforced, mostly to give him the strength necessary to compact trash in his body cavity. As such, he is able to survive most environmental dangers, including long falls, extreme heat, the vacuum of space, and being trapped in a hydraulic actuator much larger than himself.
While it is clear that WALL-E could have been made with more sophisticated technology (such as the LED eyes of EVE and several other kinds of robots aboard the Axiom), the design choices made for WALL-E favor durability and most importantly, the easy replacement of parts. This allowed WALL-E to keep himself fully functional over his seven centuries of service.

His main coloring is the same shade of yellow that is used for construction vehicles.

Regeneration Unit: He has a solar-powered regeneration unit as his power source. Super-high-efficiency solar panels unfold from the top of his chest and recharge the batteries contained adjacent to his control system. These batteries are capable of powering him for upwards of a day's hard work. A read-out on his chest gives his current charge level and beeps an alarm when his power level has drained dangerously low. The panels can be removed to expose auxiliary battery leads that can be used to jump-start WALL-E, or for him to jump-start some other electric mechanism.
Control System: All of WALL-E's control electronics are contained within the cavity in the front of his chest. All of his systems are controlled through a central motherboard. WALL-E's eyes are camera lenses, indicating that visual recognition is his primary means of navigation. They can magnify and resolve images at a distance, even independently if necessary. In addition to visual, he appears to have audio and some rudimentary tactile sense, given that he can detect things that his hands or treads touch. He also contains an alert system, warning him when dust storms are approaching on Earth's surface. Speakers mounted to his chest allow him to communicate audibly. He possesses a recorder with external controls - stop, record, play - which he uses to record songs from the Hello, Dolly!. What function it originally served is unknown (perhaps to play and record Buy n' Large jingles and slogans to humans before they left Earth).
Trash Disposal
: Two powerful hydraulic presses on his back operate his compactor function, compressing trash in his body cavity into neat cubes that can be easily stacked and carted away. His strong, dexterous arms enable him to create stacks of trash blocks hundreds of feet high with incredible precision. Between his eyes is a high-power laser, which he typically uses to cut large pieces of trash into manageable pieces. He has a fine degree of control over the device, as he is able to use it to carefully engrave his and Eve's names on a metal trash can.

+Has gone through fallouts, laser blasts, and being crushed by wheels and has suffered no harm.

  • Personality:
Because WALL-E has been alone for hundreds of years, he has developed a "glitch": sentience and a personality and a mind of his own. He has become very curious and he collects anything interesting he can find during his job. Even though he still obediently follows his directive, WALL-E can get distracted, collecting some of the trash rather than compacting it all. His most prized possession, "Hello, Dolly!", teaches him how to hold hands, which he considers the way to say, "I love you."

He has become very lonely, having nobody but Hal as company, and is beginning to wonder whether there is more to life than his directive. So when he meets EVE, he quickly falls in love with her. WALL-E is very protective of EVE. When she shuts down after getting the plant, WALL-E places her on top of his transport, thinking she is charged by solar energy just as he is, and protects her from the weather waiting for her to "recharge". At the repair center, he mistakes that the equipment there as trying to hurt her and rushes to her aid.

WALL-E's friendly demeanor has an effect on the other robots and humans he meets. For instance, he causes M-O to act on his own, leaving his pre-set travel path to follow WALL-E trying to clean him, and he teaches TYP-E how to wave good-bye. He also breaks John and Mary out of the technology-induced reverie that consumed the lives of all the other passengers aboard the Axiom, wherein they learn how to enjoy the world and each other's company for the first time in their lives. Even the dirt on his chassis provided Captain B. McCrea the impetus necessary to become interested in the history of and subsequent return to Earth. Most importantly, he is instrumental in EVE's growth and development, from rigidly following her programming to learning how to love him in return.

+He is obedient and is kind to people. For example, he stayed with WALL-E and became his friend due to the small robot being lonely in the wasteland.

JACK.png

Character Name: JACK

Canon: Gears of War

Age: Unknown, at least 52 years since assembled

Attributes: Cloaking shield, "ripping mechanism" which is basically just like a blow torch that can rip burn through doors to get through, a screen for long-distance face-to-face communication, UAV, and a stun gun. Can also fly.

Personality: Not really shown, as he doesn't talk, and he only un-cloaks when asked to rip doors and hack terminals. But he is very loyal to whomever he belongs to.

Bio: JACK was assigned to numerous squads over the years, but most notably his time in Delta Squad. He was really instrumental in the downfall of the Locust. You can read more about it here: http://gearsofwar.wikia.com/wiki/JACK

Posting speed: 12:00 noon to whenever I go to bed, with a few hours that I can't post.

fighter pilot.jpg

Name: Austin Crowe

Canon: Crimson Skies (but another OC, sorry 'bout that)

Age: 22

Attributes:

Skilled Pilot: Austin is a fighter pilot in ISA (independent states of america), and has experience with aerial vehicles.

City Slicker: Austin grew up in Chicago, the bustling capital of the ISA, giving him plenty of experience with large cities.

Personality: Austin is a bit of a cynical person, not fully trusting people and always seeing the flaws in an action or plan. He cares about both his home nation, and continent deeply, having wished the United States did not break apart when he was a young child. He is not malicious by any means, but he does care about himself above others most of the time, atleast people who he doesn't know or like.

Bio: Austin was born in the year 1918, while his father is off in the trenches of the western front. He was fortunate to survive, and they lived a normal life, until the United States splintered into many different nations. They were fortunate to be living in an area that attempted to emulate the old United States. It also happened to arguably be one of the most powerful post-US nations. As a kid, Austin enjoyed aviation, books (especially sci-fi and history), and of course, the great American past time, atleast for that era, Baseball. While he was already a pilot in the ISA airforce, he did not take being a combat pilot seriously until the 1939, when the Die Spinne, a Fifth Columnist group that attempted to seize power and create a fascist super state on the American continent. This plot failed, and lead to a sharp decline in the relationship between several American states. When war between the Axis powers of Germany and Italy, and the Allied powers of Britain and France started, the ISA was one of several nations to join the war. Austin was one of the pilots sent over in the American Expeditionary Force, and fought in the skies over France in his Hughs P21-J Devastator, until 1940, when he ,somehow, was brought to Millennium City.

Character Name:
Seifer Almasy

Canon:
Final Fantasy 8

Age:
18

Attributes:

A gunblade specialist with a fighting style of being/using single-handed, a preference to use the element of fire as his magic of choice, and his Limit Break to which he enjoys finishing his enemies off with, Seifer is skillful in battle, but his stubborn, arrogant, reckless and unpredictable nature has kept him from becoming a SeeD.

Personality:

Seifer is a loud and outspoken rebel who is very skilled in using the gunblade but Seifer's temper can sometimes get in the way of others. Although he is belligerent and rude with delusions of grandeur, Seifer is troubled rather than bad. He defies authority figures and considers that others should defer to taking orders from him. He acts impulsively and his rash decisions get him into trouble until he feels he can no longer back out

Bio:

Seifer is an 18-year old orphan who was born during the Sorceress War and sent to Edea's Orphanage. From a young age, he bullied other orphans and was sometimes considered a "problem child". He was then enrolled in Balamb Garden where he studied to become a SeeD. Seifer would forget his past in the orphanage due to the memory loss using Guardian Forces causes. Seifer developed a "romantic dream" about becoming a sorceress's knight.

Character Name: Jessie

Canon: OC

Age: 24

Attributes:

Strengths:
- Great at hand-on-hand combat
- He has a lot of knowledge about firearms and other weapons
- He knows just what to say to make people angry
Weaknesses:
- He focuses so much on just hitting his opponent he forgets to defend himself
- He always gets cocky at the worst moments making him extremely vulnerable to a sneak attack
- Violence and destruction is his only solution to problems

Personality: A self-proclaimed bad-ass. He's easily irritated and complains and shouts way too much.

Bio: Jessie has fought with his brothers, bullies, rival football supporters, and opponents in unlicensed boxing matches. He has never been able to hold a job for long, as he believes jobs should come few and far between and pay greatly. Jessie swindled many people as his debt grew, which made many angry with him. When he was 23 he tried to turn two Chicago mobs against each other, resulting in the deaths of policemen and mobsters. A hit was placed on Jessie by the mob leaders, but he managed to survive. He now travels the city trying to pry the hit-men off his back

Name:Asaris "The Reaper"

Gender:Female

Canon: OC/Dalvious

Age:41

Attributes: Black hair, 8 Red amber eyes and a height of 6'7. Her lower half is that of giant black spider making for a large amount of her mass. Her abdomen is a medium size and she weighs 246 lbs. Her upper half is that of a rather attractive and pale woman. Asaris is quite Intelligent but not very wise. Asaris is an Aracnoid, one of Vlara's vile creations made to kill humanoids in one way or another. Asaris's carapice is thick and she ocasionally molts both her carapice and her skin. Due to the type of creature she is Asaris can also climb on walls and has a pretty impresive jump. Now for the nessacary down sides. Due to her mass, molting, and spinnerets Asaris needs alot of nutrition to survive. Also due to her large size she cant fit into most building and can easily get tripped up if her size is used against her. Her legs joints and upper torso are also vunerable leaving her open to high attacks and bleeding attacks. She also has a dull sense of taste.

Personality: Sly, Merciless, Overconfident and prideful. She is murderous and cruel, even so for one of Vlara's monsters. Not being as tauntingly flirty and sadistic as other Arachnoids Asaris is prideful and predatory, going straight for the kill.

Bio: Born to Vlara's greatness in a forest near a town Asaris followed her instincts that screamed at her to rid the world of scum. Gaining notice and imfamously gaining a name Asaris cut down any who dared enter 'her' forest. The pure emboidment of Vlara's greatness and a being of greatness and perfection (She loves to think so) Asaris follows her instincts taking them as Vlara's will. (Which was Vlara's intent) Asaris is made to kill sentient races and nothing more, her parents were nothing more than just those who birthed her. Asaris is extremly prideful and spares few people from her wrath.

(Original eye color is green, but color changes depending on his emotions)

Attire:
Black jacket w/ hood. Black pants. Grey T-shirt. Black combat boots.

Character Name:
Ryan Alabaster Ports

Canon: OC

Age: 23

Attributes:

Strengths- a good people person, charming, athletic, good at problem solving, and quick on his feet.

Weaknesses- cocky, loses focus sometimes, despite his poker face and constant charm, he wears his heart on his sleeve when it comes to women he befriends, also afraid of the dark.

Natural Skills-
  • survival skills for most natural terrain (desert, forest, jungle, etc.)
  • skilled in all types of combat (mostly CQC with blades or hands, but knows his way with a gun or improvised weapons)
  • Good at hiding his true emotions and controlling them.
Supernatural Skill/s-
  • Can use the Elements of Fire, Water, Earth, Air, Ice, and (on a good day) Light.
  • Can talk to the Elementals (the ones who allow him to use the various elements)
Gear:

Jacket- Ryan's jacket is capable of mending any damage it takes, as long as some of the actual jacket remains. It also works as armor, and is able to stop a bullet in its tracks (more or less, it's a very light, fashionable, bullet-proof vest). The pocket inside of it ( left-hand side) is bigger on the inside (pocket universe). Roughly 400 square feet within it and has a 1000 lbs weight capacity. Inside the jacket is a lot of junk Ryan has found over his time running around the Multiverse. And some wrappers and receipts...

Retractable sword- sword designed like a Katana blade. Can retract down to the hilt. About 2 1/2 feet long.

Universal Map- device that maps out an entire universe within roughly an hour. Can also be used at a global scale as a map of the town, state, nation, or planet he is in/on. Global mapping takes a few moments after activating.

Plasma pistol- chargeable plasma pistol. Can be charged up for a devistating blast that can melt through entire sheets of steel, or be quickly shot at the equivalent power of a 9 mm pistol shot.

Ryan also has a few misc. weaponry and aides such as knives, explosives, various drugs (for health or recreation), beverages, healing items like bandages or magical potions... As long as it fits within a 1/2 foot wide opening, Ryan probably has it in there...

Personality:

Easy to approach, if you can get to him before he does... Ryan isn't afraid of a conversation, nor a fight. He doesn't understand the idea of a 'lost battle' unless he's broken a bone or two, and the guy is still laughing. On the inside though, Ryan can get really serious when he needs to, and can sometimes lose his charm and spirit. Though, the Elementals usually have his back when he needs to get back up.

Bio:
After waking up in the middle of a swamp with no memory of how he got there or who he even was, Ryan was taken in by a guild of Mercenaries. It was there that he learned many of his skills in survival and combat. After many years there, he moved on to a life of adventure before soon regaining his memories through many events that had taken place. With those memories, came his lost ability; the ability to travel through the Multiverse. This ability had been locked away inside of him, imprisoned with the memories lost within his mind. It wasn't long before he began using this power for a more productive purpose; a purpose given to him by Yu, the creator of everything. After some time, and many trials, Ryan had gained the trust and ability to use the Elements. From there, he went on his quest (off and on, he wasn't in much of a rush... Kind of a 'Skyrim storyline' sort of deal...) to stop Shadow, the curupted Elemental, from destroying the Multiverse.

Character Name: Praetor Lyska

Canon: Redaltyc, a universe similar to the one we are hailing at!

Age: Late 20's

Attributes: Praetor is relatively intelligent but excels in CQC and hand-to-hand combat which throttles me to his weakness; projecting himself. He may get ahead of himself and taking too big of a bite.

Personality: A sharp, serious, and brood young man. Constant interactions will change this, but to most people he has just met, that is the just of him.

Bio: Praetor was a young military recruit schooling through space as a thruster burst and he crash landed, stranded in a tin-can for a ship.

Character Name: Navi Steiner

Canon: Pokemon/OC

Age: 27

Attributes: Training in most firearms, stealth, strategy. Wingspand allows him to glide (because flying isn't allowed) and somewhat charismatic. Weaknesses would include his psychopathic thoughts and bloodlust that may take over him in the midst of a fight, making him reckless and susceptible to injury.

Personality: Very laid-back a majority of the time. When working with others, it's not uncommon for him to blow up on someone who messed up his plans, but he does get along with others well well "enough". He feels almost nothing at the concept of life loss, save for when he does it himself. Which gives him a satisfaction he almost regrets having. A quick thinker and strategic mind, whilst constantly repressing his psychotic urges.

Bio: Navi is of the species of pokemon called a Noviern, a Dragon/Flying type with a bat-like appearnce. As a hitman/mercenary, he's taken many jobs from anyone paying decent or high amounts of money for his services, primarily specializing in assassination. Looking at contracts, he noticed this city, and it's plethra of possible jobs and employers and decided to pay a little visit...

Character Name:
Real: Kano Sazanami
Alias: Ripple

Canon: Mahou Shoujo Ikusei Keikaku

Age: 17

Attributes:
-Complete tsundere
-Ninja clothes, katana, shuriken, scarf
-Oriental-themed costume
-Despises perverts/creeps, cockroaches, and idiots
-Says "tch" a lot
-Special Power: Whatever she throws hits whatever she aims it at. Mainly used with her shuriken.

Personality: Tsundere, but without the love. She's very quiet and reserved, yet can erupt in anger if pushed too far.

Bio: Her life was never easy.
From when the kids would scribble "WHORE" on the chalkboard and kick her, to the many husbands her mother brought in, she was always in the hot seat.
Her mom was never content with whoever she'd most recently married, and would flit between creepy husbands easily. Because of how they treated her mother, and by extension, her, she started attacking whoever pissed her off.

The final call was at school one day, when a group of boys started lifting up her skirt and insulting her mother, she flipped out and started beating one up, smashing his nose and face before she was pulled away. Then, when the girls who she called her "friends" told her that she was a whore just like her mother, she beat them up as well. Upon returning home that day, she ran into yet another husband of her mother's, the fifth one to date. At first she attempted to ignore his behavior, despite when she saw him peeking in through the door crack while she was changing.

The next day, she came home to find her "father" lounging on the couch, drinking beer and watching television. When she turned to put down her things, he attempted to lift her skirt, causing her to kick him in the face and declare that she was going to live on her own.
Backstory, Animated:
When Kano first began playing MagiPro, she decided to become a ninja character because it looked "cool." But before she knew it, she was being told that she had been selected to become a magical girl, a person who helps the innocent and spreads goodwill throughout the city. Now, she saves lives and protects those who can't fight for themselves.

Character Name: Locus (Alias), Samuel Ortez (Real Name)

Canon: Red vs Blue

Age: Unknown, mid-thirties at least

Attributes: Locus has been shown to have skills with several weapons. His skills with the sniper rifle are superb, as he snipes a plasma grenade near Donut to injure him. In Fire, Locus is shown to use the Railgun very effectively, as he quickly incapacitates Washington and Sarge with it. Along with this, Locus has been seen to use a shotgun, a pistol, a SAW, a Sticky Detonator, and an Incineration Cannon in battle. Based on his consistent appearances with the SAW, it can be theorized this is his preferred weapon, although he abandoned the weapon after betraying Felix. After his partner's death, Locus took Felix's Sword for himself, although he has yet to display any proficiency with the weapon.

Locus has proven himself to be a deadly combatant, being responsible for incapacitating most of the members of the Reds and Blues during the battle at Crash Site Bravo and is shown to be skilled in close range combat, as he executes three rebel soldiers as he approaches the remaining members of the Blood Gulch teams. Along with this, Locus often incorporates his active camouflage in combat situations and his own attack strategies. Instead of engaging the enemy head on or in a firefight, he will cloak himself and wait for the precise opportunity to strike.

It also seems that many within both the New Republic and Federal Army of Chorus fear him, as when Felix mentions Locus to 'headquarters', the operator is clearly scared. In Fed vs. New, Locus also shows skill in martial arts, being able to hold his own against both Carolina and Washington in hand-to-hand combat. During a duel with Carolina, Locus held the upper hand, with Wash's intervention thwarting a possible victory. Locus was however, able to incapacitate Carolina with Felix's aid before taking Wash on his own, whom he defeated before he and Felix were forced to retreat.

Locus is shown to be very calculative, allowing him to make the best choices that specifically benefit himself. For example, Locus stops a pilot to prevent others of learning the location of the crash site and instead of immediately attacking the Reds and Blues, he observes them from a distance and wisely sends in a team of soldiers as cannon fodder in Neighborhood Watch in order for him to know about the Reds' and Blues' skills. It was also revealed later on that Locus is bilingual, knowing both English and Spanish.

Unlike Felix, Locus doesn't underestimate the Blood Gulch Crew, especially Washington, as he brings four additional mercs to Radio Jammer Station 1C, knowing if the Reds and Blues disable it to contact the Chorus armies, their entire mission will be a failure.

Using his skills and the fear others have of him, Locus is shown to be an excellent leader. In Season 11, Locus commands a large group of Federal Army soldiers and leads a successful attack at Crash Site Bravo, resulting with the remaining Blood Gulch soldiers to retreat. Despite being the leader of the Federal Army, Doyle often seeks Locus' opinion on how to lead his army. Along with this, interactions with the Space Pirates show they follow his orders just as much, if not more, than Control. For example, in Self Assessment, Jackson's team change their plan after Locus contacts them, despite Control giving them different orders just moments before. In Fed vs. New, the Space Pirates immediately ask him what they should do when the Chorus armies learn the truth about their plans.

Personality: Locus is portrayed as a quiet and cold individual who completely dedicates himself to his objectives, ignoring any emotions he has in order to stay stable. According to Felix, "[Locus] is so far off the deep end he prefers to go by the name of his armor instead of the name he was born with." Cold, unfeeling, and without any outward showings of empathy or mercy, Locus appears to be the perfect tool to hire for any sort of job, following all orders to the letter. However, he takes little joy in completing his tasks; when the Dropship Pilot asks him whether or not he knew about a crashed spaceship, Locus seemingly gives the pilot a chance to save himself, stating that reporting the crashed ship "...[Is]up to you." When the Pilot makes his decision, asking where a phone he could use is, Locus acts without mercy or malice, shooting the pilot in the back and telling him, clearly and honestly, that "Nobody's going to find your ship either.

Locus also holds a degree of interest in individuals he considers "true soldiers", such as Washington and the Meta. He constantly questions Washington on his past, the decisions he has made, and as to why he has followed the path he has chosen. Later, after suffering multiple defeats at the hands of the united forces of Chorus, he turns to Aiden Price, asking him about Agent Maine, and his transformation into the entity that people knew him as. During his discussion with Price, Locus is visibly shaken when Price claims that had Agent Maine fit those ideals, he would have been nothing more than a slave. As Locus learned more about Maine and his eerily disturbing goals, Locus began to question himself.

It is revealed in the episode Locus of Control, however, that Locus was initially a more empathetic and compassionate soldier while serving under the UNSC during the Great War. In the episode, Locus sees a recreation of an event in his past after entering a gateway on Chorus. In said event Locus shows concern towards a "monster" he and his comrades are interrogating, where Locus tries to persuade his leader to restrain or release it rather than kill it, as Felix suggests. However, his CO angrily tells him that in war, he is nothing more than a suit of armor and a gun and must follow all orders without question or thought. Upon seeing this illusion, Locus breaks down.

In a later episode, Locus expresses respect towards his comrades, showing doubt and reluctance upon realizing their plan will cause them to die too. This shows he cares for the people who trust him, and those he considers to be worthy teammates. Locus eventually abandons his orders, betraying Felix and allows him to die, proving that he has been running from his past. His apathetic personality and soldier mentality was merely a cover up to cope with the atrocities he had committed in the name of orders. He owns up to the fact that he is "a monster" and openly states his desire to correct his past mistakes, but claims that he will never do so behind bars.

Locus also has taken his crimes in the past quite seriously, having made an oath to never take another person's life despite his continued adventures as a lone vigilante. His conviction is such that he will actively avoid taking a kill shot, opting instead to shoot the kneecaps of his targets instead. The latter course of action shows that despite his oath to never kill again, he has no problem with using incapacitative violence as an alternative to murder or manslaughter.

Bio:
Before becoming involved in the Chorus Civil War, Locus was enlisted into the UNSC, where he met and developed a rivalry with Felix. It is later implied in Locus of Control that Locus' CO was a large influence on his ideology of being a true soldier, rather than a murderer. While fighting in the Great War, Locus and his squad became involved in one of the worst battles in UNSC history. In order to survive, Locus and Felix were forced to band together and fight side by side. After the war ended, however, the two were unable to return to civilian life and continued to work together as hired guns.

They eventually meet a man named Siris, who hires the two as his partner bounty hunters to do some good with their talents. One job, in particular, follows the two mercs infiltrating the nightclub Amnesia. There, they take out numerous thugs working under a man namedGabriel Lozano and proceed to apprehend Lozano himself. The two then regroup with Siris and leave with Lozano in tow. Unfortunately, they find out that Lozano has no bounty on him, meaning they will not get paid for their work. So, Felix convinces Siris and Locus to hold Gabriel for ransom instead, knowing that Gabriel's father, Ruben Lozano, will pay for his son's safety.

After the three take refuge inside a warehouse near a quarry, they contact Ruben. Felix informs him that they are holding his son for ransom, but Ruben tells Felix that he doesn't care about his son and calls out him and Locus by name, as well as their location. He then threatens their lives for damaging his club and killing his men. As a result, Locus kills Gabriel and the three mercs ready themselves for Lozano's arrival. Siris, however, acknowledges that Lozano never mentioned his name and decides to walk away. Felix tries to stop Siris but Locus allows him to leave. Fortunately, Siris ultimately stays and helps Felix and Locus eliminate Ruben Lozano and all of his men.

Some time afterward, Locus and Felix are later hired by Malcolm Hargrove to eradicate the people of the planet Chorus. With the help of other mercenaries, Locus and Felix join the Federal Army of Chorus and theNew Republic respectively, and together, escalate the events of the war in order to complete their mission of exterminating the planet's inhabitants.

In his first appearance, Locus discovers Washington's call for help after Carolina and Epsilon attempted to respond to it, though he does not discover their presence. Locus later arrives at the teams' location and begins spying on them, remarking the situation they're in as unfortunate before cloaking himself. Later on, Locus kills the pilot that dropped offDoc, Donut, and Lopez and reports in to 'Control', stating that his objective is complete and that he's returning to Crash Site Bravo.

Back at the crash site, Locus once again spies on the teams, but soon turns his sights on Felix. When the latter notices him, Locus activates hiscloaking and returns to F.A.C. Outpost 22. He gathers four of his men back to Crash Site Bravo, where they proceed to attack the Blues. But when his men are killed by Tucker and Freckles, Locus attempts to shoot Wash in the head, but Felix intercepts and blocks the blow with aHardlight Shield. Locus then injures Felix and orders the Blood Gulch Crew to come with him, but they refuse. After Locus threatens them, Wash orders Freckles to fire upon him, but Locus disappears before being hit.

Afterward, Locus returns to the crash site, accompanied by many more Federal soldiers, and engages the group. During the battle, Locus uses aSticky Detonator to destroy the Blue Team's tank, and later fires at aplasma grenade behind Donut, knocking the latter unconscious. As the Reds and Blues retaliate, Locus fires several blasts from his Railgun towards Wash and Sarge, incapacitating them. As New Republicreinforcements arrive, Locus attempts to stop Felix, Simmons, Grif,Tucker, and Caboose from escaping into the caves, but fails when Wash has Freckles seal off the entrance by collapsing the tunnel's roof.

Despite this, Locus manages to incapacitate Wash afterward and the Feds take the four back to F.A.C. Outpost 37. After the battle, Locus communicates with a superior (soon revealed to be Carolina), whose voice is distorted, and informs her about a crate he recovered. He then asks if keeping Sarge, Donut, and Washington alive was the best course of action, but Carolina challenges him, asking if he feels threatened by them. When he responds negatively, Carolina reaffirms for him to obey orders before stating that she would see him soon.

Later on, General Doyle convinces Wash, Sarge, Donut, and Lopez to join the Federal Army, where Locus reveals to them that his raid on their base was fully calculated and choreographed, as his orders were to apprehend them. He then gives Wash a storage unit containing Freckles, before leaving. Several weeks later, Locus returns to F.A.C. Outpost 22, kills a disguised Cunningham, and discovers Felix, Tucker, and Palomoat the compound, but they escape after detonating C-4 charges. Afterward, Locus radios Jackson and his team to act as escorts to the Reds and Blues, but the group reunite with their friends and learn the truth about the war.

As a result, Locus and his mercenaries kill numerous Feds at F.A.C. Outpost 37 and corner the Blood Gulch Crew. When Felix arrives, he reveals his true loyalties and, despite Locus' protests, explains to the crew that he and Locus were hired to clear Chorus of its residents and used them to help fan the fire. Once Carolina reveals herself, Locus attempts to kill the Reds and Blues, but the former uses a Teleportation Cube to escape with her friends. With them gone, Locus and Felix argue over the Blood Gulch Crew's escape and Carolina's infiltration of their operation without them knowing until they are called up by Control.

Control orders the two to return to their respective armies and inform them that the Reds and Blues are dead, which Locus agrees to. As the Federal Army prepare for battle against the New Republic at Armonia, Locus informs Doyle that he is leaving to intercept Felix, and will return to "take care" of him. In actuality, Locus joins Felix at Radio Jammer Station 1C in contacting the Reds and Blues, where the two offer the group a "first-class" trip off Chorus. Although the Blood Gulch Crew express their distrust, Locus assures them that they will keep their word and gives them one hour to make their decision.

Ultimately, the crew instead execute a sneak attack on the mercenaries at the radio jammer station, where Locus battles Wash one-on-one. He questions why he continues to fight for the Reds and Blues, stating that he used to be a true soldier. Wash dismisses this and describes Locus as a coward for hiding behind his "soldier" ideology, prompting Locus to attack him. After the other Reds and Blues disable the radio jammer,Epsilon sends Felix's recorded words to the Feds and Rebels at Armonia, who finally learn the secret behind the Pirates' involvement in the war. Because of this, Locus and Felix teleport away, with Locus vowing that they will return.

With their plans now exposed, Control scolds the two mercs for their failure and orders the Space Pirates to go to war on the planet. However, the Blood Gulch Crew intercept their transmission and acknowledge Control's true identity: Chairman Malcom Hargrove. They then accept the Chairman's declaration of war. In order to even the odds, Locus and Felix raid the UNSC Tartarus, kill the crew members and "recruit" several of its prisoners. One prisoner in particular, Aiden Price, tells Locus and Felix that he possesses specific information about Project Freelancer that nobody else does, proving himself as an asset. Price then leads the two to another prisoner that can aid them.

Afterward, Locus and Felix return to Crash Site Alpha on Chorus, where the Counselor informs them of his psychological sessions with Sharkface. When the tractor beam tower they are located in suddenly shuts down, a response to Tucker reactivating an alien temple, the two discover a map appearing behind them displaying coordinates to a location. The coordinates lead the two to a Jungle Temple, where they are contacted by Hargrove, who chastises them for their repeated failures against the Blood Gulch Crew. In order to motivate them, the Chairman offers a modified version of Meta's armor if they eliminate the Reds and Blues. If they fail again, however, he will give the armor to another individual who will instead hunt down and kill him and Felix.

After the two accept the Chairman's orders, they discover a "gateway" and enter it to find out where it leads. After Locus passes through he sees an illusion of an event from his past detailing him, Felix, and otherUNSC soldiers interrogating a "monster", which the soldiers believe Locus to be. When the illusory Locus proposes they restrain the monster rather than kill it his CO angrily tells him that he is nothing more than a suit of armor and a gun, and will follow orders without question. Upon witnessing this, Locus is exited out of the gateway, reuniting with Felix and the pirates. After Felix tells him that he saw frightening things inside as well the group depart from the temple.

Afterward, Locus and Felix return to Crash Site Alpha and ambush Kimball's assault team. As space pirate reinforcements are brought in by the Tartarus, the two mercs are contacted by Sharkface, who informs them of the planet's Purge as well as the location of a key that activates it. As a result, Felix leaves to accompany Sharkface while Locus remains at Alpha. As the mercs gain the upper hand, Wash radios Locus and fools him into revealing his position, allowing the lieutenants to fire at him. After Locus is forced into cover, the assault team release a smokescreen and escape, with Wash telling Locus that he is a true soldier while the latter is simply a killer. Locus then flies a Falcon over to the east mountains and picks up Felix, who steals the key from Doyle.

However, they soon discover that the key will not operate until Doyle is killed, resulting in Felix threatening Sharkface for not telling them of this, until Locus intervenes. After he orders the two to stick to their objectives, Locus contacts the Counselor and asks him about the Meta. The Counselor explains Meta's history as a Freelancer, Sigma's influence on him, and elaborates on his death. Locus asserts that the Meta aimed to become a weapon but the Counselor corrects him and states that, in reality, he wanted to become more human. He then notes Locus' change in behavior after his trip through the portal at the Jungle Temple, but Locus denies this.

When the Counselor asks him if he wishes to know Felix's fear, Felix interrupts them and informs Locus that he is needed with the rest of the team. After the two board the Tartarus, they initiate an attack on Armonia, led by Sharkface, in order to kill either Tucker or Doyle. However, after the Chorus armies and Blood Gulch Crew evacuate the city with Tucker, the pirates proceed to chase Doyle, who chose to remain in Armonia. As the pirates surround him, the latter detonates the city's nuclear reactor in an act of self-sacrifice, killing a majority of them. Fortunately, Felix and Locus manage to clear the blast radius just in time.

After sustaining massive casualties, Locus and Felix, who now have thekey under their control, return to the Jungle Temple in order to get Santa to activate the Purge. Although the two will be safe, Locus expresses his concern about the safety of their comrades guarding the Comm. Temple, but Felix tells him that their lives are irrelevant. Locus and Felix then arrive at the Purge but are confronted by Wash and Carolina. After a long and brutal fight, the Freelancers inform the two that they were simply stalling them and reveal that their base, Crash Site Alpha, has been taken over. Suddenly, the Tartarus emerges from the sky hurdling towards the Purge. As a result, Locus takes cover behind Felix's Light Shield and the two manage to survive the destruction.

Although Locus is left exhausted, Felix takes him onto their Falcon and flies over to the Communication Temple. Upon arriving, Locus admits defeat and tries to persuade Felix to stand down, but Felix snaps at him claiming that he is finishing the fight for himself only. While Felix fights the Reds and Blues alone, Locus is met by Santa, who reveals to Locus that Felix is afraid of Locus himself. Upon learning this, Locus approaches the crew and betrays Felix by giving up his weapon, admitting that he's not a soldier, but a monster.

Felix pleads with Locus telling him they need each other, but Locus shrugs him off. Angered at his betrayal, Felix attacks Locus and the crew but is eventually killed by them after the crew blasts him over the Temple edge to his death below the clouds. Afterward, Locus picks up Felix's discarded sword, becoming its bearer, and activates the temple for the Reds and Blues. Although the crew refuses to forgive Locus, the latter expresses his understanding and assures them that he will make things right, before cloaking.

To make up for his past sins, Locus swore off killing and began seeking ways to use his skills to help others.

Huge Spoilers, if you ever want to watch Kamen Rider Drive please avoid this post!

Character Name: Shijima Gou

Canon: Kamen Rider Drive

Age: 19

Personality:
Gou is the typical "feels and acts first, thinks later" kind of person. He can make and follow plans, but he gets easily lost when his feelings are involved, to the point of making really huge mistakes. Even worse if his sister is in the story; he would not think twice before dying for her.

He is a very loyal person, and treasure the ones he consider friends; but this is sadly a weakness, as he will also make stupid decisions to save them if needed.

He's usually full of cool poses and smiles, always trying to act like he's the king of the ice cream, but inside he's totally like an insecure teen that is afraid of "not being enough". Every time something makes him feel like this, the happy acting disappears, and either he desperately tries to grow stronger to "become enough", or he falls until someone helps him.

Even being a loyal person that cares for his friends, he's not good with working in teams. He will always try to do everything alone, without asking for help, until that's the only option - Something like "Well, I'm almost dying\someone died thanks to my mistakes, I think that's a good point to ask for help". That's his way of trying to keep everyone else safe. Not very effective, but he's a hard head person.

Bio:
Gou lived with his sister before appearing in Millenium. His parents died years ago, when he was still young, so they had to work together to deal with life. Both did pretty well; his sister became a policewoman, and Gou, besides his love for photography, became a Kamen Rider while he was training in South America. He had his motives; his father created an army of monsters that almost destroyed the planet, and he wanted to exterminate them before his sister could discover the truth. After a lot of struggle, pain and tears, the war was finally over...
However, the story wasn't. One of the monsters, called Chase, became Gou's friend - something he could only admit to himself after the monster was "killed". Until then, Gou always avoided having any friendly contact with him, always saying that he was a monster and should not be trusted.

After everything ends, Gou keeps the only memories of Chase with him; objects that holds Chase's data, and could even bring him back.
While traveling trying to find a way to do so, he suddenly woke up in Millenium. His Rider belt? Gone. It's also impossible to call any of his friends or even his sister...
Now he have two quests, to bring Chase back, and to go back to his own universe.

  • One For All Full Cowl: This technique allows Izuku to now activate 8% (previously 5%) of One For All throughout his body, letting the power course and flow through him instead of concentrating it in one location. According to Izuku, this technique gives him greater maneuverability. Activating this technique gives him enhanced strength, speed, mobility and agility. It also prevents him from breaking his bones when attacking.
    • One For All Full Cowl: Shoot Style : While using One For All Full Cowl, Izuku uses a fighting style that focuses more on kicking. Izuku concentrates One for All Full Cowl's effects in his torso and legs rather than his arms, allowing him to put out even more power due to the fact that the human leg muscles are naturally stronger than the human arm muscles, granting him more power and stability and allowing him to step away from the shackles of having to imitate All Might.
  • One For All 100%: A technique that allows Izuku to attack using the full power of One For All throughout his body.
  • Overall Abilities: Izuku has decent prowess and physical parameters above the ordinary student. However, he has improved his physical capabilities through training, enough to provide valuable assistance during the battle against Stain. During his second battle with Katsuki, Izuku was able to hold his own against Katsuki and was slightly able to fight back even though he was still outmatched in strength and speed; Izuku was also able to injure Katsuki, which shows a drastic improvement in Izuku's abilities as in his first battle with Katsuki he wasn't able to inflict any damage at all.

Keen Intellect: Izuku has proven to be exceptionally intelligent on many occasions. He has displayed keen skills of observation and analysis. It is usually his intelligence that has helped him more than his Quirk. Izuku is able to formulate strategies that takes advantage of the situation and uses his knowledge to creatively utilize the Quirks of other people to their full potential, such as working together with Tsuyu and Minoru to escape the villains at the flood zone in the USJ. Izuku also has extensive knowledge on Pro Heroes and their Quirks as well. Izuku's intelligence has allowed him to figure out One For All's mechanisms, allowing him to utilise the Quirk more efficiently in a short space of time. Gran Torino even compliments Izuku's intelligence, saying that Izuku is the type of person who thinks before he acts.

High Pain Tolerance: Izuku is shown many in many occasions that he is able to handle and bear with a lot of pain, such times are mostly because of the repercussion of over-using his Quirk; however, he can still manage to move his body despite feeling excruciating pain.

Izuku's stats, according to the Official Character Book

Personality: Izuku is a very timid, helpful and polite boy, frequently overreacting to abnormal situations with exaggerated expressions. Due to being bullied since childhood for being born without a Quirk, he is initially portrayed as insecure, being more reserved and not self-expressive, especially in front of Katsuki Bakugo, who constantly subdued him for his aspirations to be a hero. However, after being accepted into U.A High, making new friends and facing Katsuki during the Battle Trial Arc, he has gradually turned into a more confident and brave person, to the point of developing some leadership skills.

Izuku is also very diligent and strong-willed. Since he greatly admires heroes and has always dreamed to be one since his childhood, he developed a habit of writing down notes about everything he knows in regards to heroes and their Quirks, including even other U.A. students. Because of this practice, Izuku has developed a great analytical mind and is easily able to form complex plans in short amounts of time, often taking advantage of his allies' Quirks to put them in motion. This aspect also helps him in figuring out ways to counter Quirks used by his opponents. Izuku also has the tendency to overthink about anything that grabs his attention, which leads to endless mumbling from his part.

Izuku is a caring person, and will never hesitate to rescue someone in danger, even if he knows that he's not strong enough to do it. Often, he does this in a whim, taking a more careless approach than usual. Izuku has also shown to be selfless enough to try to help people with personal, emotional problems, even if it doesn't concern him, claiming that a hero is someone that meddles on the lives of other people.

Of all heroes, All Might is the one that has had the most impact in his life, with the hero having shaped most of the goals and beliefs that he follows since childhood. Many of Izuku's decisions and actions are inspired by his desire to become a hero similar to All Might, and thus he has a great devotion for him, to the point of emulating several of his traits. Having inherited his Quirk, one of Izuku's current priorities is to be able to live up to his idol's legacy.

Izuku appears to have a more brash and abrasive side to him that mostly shows up when he finds himself in combat. This side of him makes him act more like Katsuki, being rather loud and unwavering, and also with a strong drive towards victory. He claims that this is because he sees Katsuki as the embodiment of what someone who strives for victory should be. He also has admitted that he doesn't like this side of him very much, and tends to keep it in check.
