I know where I want to take her quirk.
Why did he do it anyway, she'd sat down and stopped talking?
Now she's more likely to punch him for doing that. Actually, maybe it'd have the reverse effect. Her development will be her being able to move while in her time-stop state, maybe him amplifying her quirk and making it easier on her body will allow her to move, not stay still as he expected (since her quirk already does that to her) :P So she can run over and punch him without him realising it :P

He was trying to get Heaven's Man to focus on him. Otherwise he wouldn't have used his quirk.

He felt like he needed to take control of the situation.

So he killed two birds with one stone, so to speak.

Also, if she touches him without him knowing, she will fall into a coma. It is what happened to all of the Teshigahara Family.

I explained this in an early post in the Dorm Commons.

It's why he said not to touch him.
 
Can't punch him? Get a high strength fibre scarf so I can lasso him and make him hit his head on things.
He uses his quirk through the scarf? Get guns that can disable people.
All the while developing her quirks abilities to allow her to move while normally paralysed to completely negate the bad aspect of his quirk.

Ha, nice. You might be forgetting that he is a master of Death Dragon Style, so combat won't be a problem for him, with or without a sword.

Also, I love how you are developing her against my OC, but be careful she isn't to much anti Seiryo, because she might tread a fine line.

Just remember he will be progressing his quirk too. Currently his range is only about 6 feet, but he will learn to make it progress to more. So...yeah.

Also. don't forget that every other OC is a potential rival as well.

Don't focus on out doing Seiryo and end up losing to someone who has an actual combat quirk.

Everyone's OCs will be progressing over time.
 
Oh I've always known where I was gonna take Lauren, he just happens to be a good target. It would be interesting if him amping her quirk to paralyse her is what allows her to realise that there may be a way for her to move while in her hyper-state of mind.

On the other hand, it would be terrifying if his quirk not only amped up the power of her time-stop but also prevented her from ending it... she would be stuck thinking for who knows how long, Actually that would be a good reason for her to develop the ability to move while in that state, just so she can get out of the paralysis, it'd be like Senku from Dr. Stone.

Also, yeah. I understand.

Just remember.

As a writer, write everything with purpose.

It wouldn't make sense if the two fought as rivals for no reason.
 
Yeah I know, though Lauren doesn't know that. That seems, easily abusable. Does it go through gloves or shoes?
And nothing wrong with a rivalry just being based on the two just don't like each other.

It's only on his skin.

Chain Touch only applies when he actively uses his quirk.
 
That's heartbreaking, so do you have an idea of what the cure would be or entail? Or is it something you'll figure out along the way? Reading into everyone's character and quirk, it's refreshing to see people actually have diversity in backstory and in goals

The thing is in the final battle, he uses the "Infinity Overcharge" ability to amplify everyone's Quirks allowing them to defeat every villain. But it takes all of his strength and he falls into a coma himself.

If he wakes up, he loses his Quirk forever anyway.

I was just planning on making it to where he dies after using it, but i'm still deciding whether or not that would be an ending I want.
