While I'm not a big fan of this fanfic it does have an interesting idea for a training exercise. Two students playing a prohero and supervillian recruit the other students in their class to their side and using a training area set up as a town have several days to defeat the other, for the villains (in the fic at least) this means achieving at least five objectives out of a total of 15 each based on slightly different crimes and they lose if all villains are taken down and captured. The leader is killed or captured by the hero team. Or,they leave before the third day, which would be considered a forfeit. On the other hand the heroes win if the villians complete those 5 objectives, the villians escape the city on the third day or make the heroes unable to continue and/or force them to retreat. There are civilians to act as hostages/bystanders/assassination targets in the form of civil-bots’ in most public places, simple mannequins with basic motor functions and sensors. They will run from fights and danger, replicating normal civilian reactions.
