Merging Melee and Martial Arts

The difference between weapons you can use with some charms, weapons you can use as "unarmed", and weapons that can be used with "touch" (i.e. none) is something I may be a bit fuzzier on than I thought. I will re-read the rules relating to these, and post again after I have had a good night's rest, and have re-checked the rules.

Unarmed is effectively hands plus form weapons, touch is nothing.

Yes. When you really look at it, form weapon restrictions are really not that restrictive because very, very few martial arts charms are limited to unarmed attacks. 2E is somewhat better about this than 1E was (which virtually never restricted charms to unarmed attacks), but not by much.
