Wait Heavenchi , you said that mana can be stored in vessel's right? Does that just run out, or will it cause hallucinations/bleeding if we use it all up?

I can be stored
It doesn't run out- your vessel will always keep a little bit in it.
If you dont use your vessel and just use your internal mana all up that is when hallucinations and bleeding starts up.
