She giggled. "Really? Have I helped you at all?"

 

[Ryuunosake]

He walked up to her closing the distance, "More than you know..." he smiled softly kissing her cheek. "Lets eat. Its almost time to get to work."

 

[Venonmious]

She blushed, and nodded, walking back inside, trying to calm the soft blush

 

[Ryuunosake]

He once again pulled her chair out again for her, and smiled, "You know...We could consider this a date."

 

[Venonmious]

She giggled. "You can call it what you want." She smiled, sitting down

 

[Ryuunosake]

"I'm not sure what to call it," He took his own seat,"I mean here we are having a nice steak dinner, but after we eat, we are go rid this town of an ogre problem." He paused and smirked, "There might be something wrong with us." He chuckled softly.

 

[Venonmious]

She giggled. "Maybe." She hummed, starting to eat. "But hey, what here is normal?"

 

[Ryuunosake]

He laughed, "very true." He cut a piece of his steak, "So, Tell me something," he looked at her seriously, "Are you ready for this tonight? Be honest."

 

[Venonmious]

She giggled nervously. "I don't feel ready. But maybe deep down inside, I am."

 

[Ryuunosake]

"I think you can handle it. Like I said just stay focused. Orges are big, dumb, slow creatures, but they can crush rocks in their hands. Go for the legs first, just below the knee works best, bring 'em down, move on to the next. Once we kill one, all the others will come after us."

 

[Venonmious]

She nodded softly. "Any other advice?"

[Ryuunosake]

"Hmmm..." he thought for a moment. "No. Just stay calm and focused like I said and you're gonna be fine."

 

[Venonmious]

She smiled, and nodded. "So- when do we start?" She sighed

 

[Ryuunosake]

"Soon. I like to find my center before a hunt.You should join me." He said smiling as he finished eating. He rose from the table and stepped around to her side of the table offering her his hand.

"Huh? What do you mean by 'centre'?" She huffed, taking his hand, and standing up


 
Its fine I'm going to be busy this whole week, so I guess we're even

 

[Ryuunosake]

"Come I'll show you." He said leading her outside. He guided them to a small secluded quiet spot and he sat on the ground and pulled her to him playfully. "Your centre is your balance. Its where your calm and focused."

 

[Venonmious]

She blushed, and gently put a hand on his chest. "Then why are we like this?"

 

[Ryuunosake]

He smiled, "Balance,To find balance, I mean true balance, you have to be honest with yourself. "He began to blush as his eyes kept drifting to her lips, "..And I uh...need to be honest...I want to be your sword and shield, to keep you safe...from everything.."

 

[Venonmious]

She frowned, and gazed into his eyes. "Are you trying to say...?" She muttered, a deep blush creeping across her face

 

[Ryuunosake]

He nodded blushing.

 

[Venonmious]

She laughed, and leaned closer to his face, cupping his cheeks, a grin crossing her face. "That's adorable." She hummed, gently nuzzling him.

He smiled wrapping his arms gently around her, gazing into her eyes,laughing softly. "Oh I'm adorable am i? Well that makes you stunning." He gently brushed his thumb against her cheek.

 

[Venonmious]

She giggled, and gently nuzzled his hand. "I really don't want to tell you this... But I can't say that I love you back. I really don't want to discourage you, I actually wanna make you work harder for my love." She giggled

 

[Ryuunosake]

He smiled, "I never said I loved you. I just care about you enough to make sure your safe. Now close your eyes." He said with a smile.

 

[Venonmious]

She giggled, and closed her eyes.
