Brief Prompt: Doctor Elstein, one of the major head scientists aligned with the KDN, has recently captured several kaiju to use in his recent scientific endeavors. You are one of those individuals, having been experimented on for the past several weeks in utilizing your strength, abilities, and overall hardiness against a variety of tests. You've done so by wearing a prototype mass-production "grade" headset that would have you understand human language and take orders from the higher ups. These tests are already beginning to take their toll, being both monotonous and degradingly harder as of recent. Today, several investors are to meet with Elstein as to see for themselves the potential of this experimental headset, as you are given several more tasks to impress them. Surely nothing will go wrong on this very important day...

Today was the big day.
After months of hard, intensive work and enduring many long hours each night, Doctor Karl Elstein was finally on the grasp of a breakthrough. In just 3 minutes he was to meet with the KDN's scientific advisory board, being just four stories up from where he stood, waiting for the elevator and showcase his findings to them. As exciting as this was, it was also just as equally tense. These past few months had been exceptionally stressful for the mad-scientist looking individual, as he scratched his rustled auburn hair with one hand and glanced through his rose-tinted goggles repeatedly over the notes he had on hand in ever-mounting nervousness. His boot tapped impatiently on the white pristine floor, with a menagerie of various thoughts coursing through his ever cluttered mind. Many delays had kept him from properly presenting his experiments to the ever watchful eye of the KDN - from malfunctions to design flaws - and funding for this secret project was drying up fast. He had to do a lot of begging and give valid reasons to formulate semi-reasonable compromises to keep his project afloat, with today being the agreed final due date. There would be no further extensions afterwards; nor would there be any excuses.
All of this proved to be a real-headache; but Elstein never lost faith in his work. He was now more certain than ever that he had accounted for nearly every possible scenario imaginable. It was high time that he put this to the test and continue to claim his reputation as the "Mad Man" who can. The man smirked confidently just as the elevator arrived, entering without hesitation, before being lifted to the 10th floor.
- 8:59 AM
Set up within the boardroom down second to the right of the gleaming hallway, nearly a dozen scientists sat facing one another in moderate anticipation while discussing the current situation at hand. There was a curious buzz emitting from the group, filled with various tones and thoughts about Dr. Elstein's current "mad experiment". Everyone in the room was at least moderately curious as to what the head scientist had to show for himself, after many delays and setbacks. He was mostly respected by the community at large, responsible in many biological findings regarding kaiju anatomy and other curious creature-related experiments, though many question certain methods that he curiously utilized. This project was no different. Now overdue and overfunded, the Scientific Advisory Board was growing impatient and the higher ups demanded that Dr. Elstein now reveal to them his work. Many were hopeful that he will come through, for he's no stranger to conquering nearly impossible odds, while some doubted the legitimacy of his passion-project. Nonetheless, this scientific argument was going to end today.
A minute later, and the sliding doors would open to reveal the unmistakable visage of Dr. Elstein, as he slowly walked into the room with his hands clasped behind his back. He was right on schedule, not a moment too soon or too late. The board fell deafly silent, with all eyes now directed at the head scientist in curious anticipation. The man stood at the center of the podium, pausing only to adjust his goggles that shine brightly underneath the lights above, and glanced at the individuals before him.
"Mein friends," the scientist spoke with a rather thick but young-sounding German accent, "Zis has been a long day coming. I present meinself to assure everyone in the room zat I require no further excuses or extensions. You all know zat I take pride in mein work; that I ensure only ze finest quality to come from mein hands. Anythink less, deserves nothing but further improvement and revigoration before any outside eye to glance upon its magnificence! Zis was no exception and neither shall zis be a process zat will change anytime soon." Dr. Elstein clasps his hands together with a radiant smile emerging from behind his chapped lips. "But fret not! After encounterink many setbacks and delays, I am pleazed to announce zat "Project: Alpha-Courier" is finally ready for proper testing!"
There was a light applause coming from the audience, accompanied with mild murmuring and discussion emitting from the scientists. There seemed to be a few confusing noises coming from the newer staff. A few moments later and the conversation settles down, before the head scientist continues after adjusting the collar of his lab coat. "Before I proceed to showcase ze fruits of mein labor, allow me to briefly restate the premise of zis projekt to zose, uhm, not as familiar. Ze goal of "Project: Alpha-Courier" is to control abnormally hostile kaiju to work as additional units of the KDN through "state-of-ze-art" mind-control technology. No longer do ve have to solely rely on ze words of giant beings that 'promize' to help, or ze docileness of weaker monstaz to be sent to their untimely demise. Now ve can pick and choose our candidates to fight at our beck and call!"
Another round of whispering and commotion rippled through the scientists. Dr. Elstein could hear some mild-concern and thoughts ruminate from their resolve, but continued holding his head high and proud. No one had commented on his plan nor the aspects of it yet, perhaps as a result of mild-curiosity that will subside once they see the experiment take place. "Of course," Dr. Elstein announced as he grasped at the remote presented on his podium, "Vou don''t need to take mein word for it. Vou vant results. So vithout vurther ado, let us introduce the subjects that vill be participating in today's session, shall we?"
And with the push of a button, a large flatscreen slowly lowered behind the head scientist before turning on to reveal the giant metal interior of the testing chamber.
The testing chambers were a huge complex of dark-steel buildings, that jutted out from the German countryside like giant monoliths. It was guarded by numerous large automated turrets that dotted around the perimeter, protecting both the facility from any approaching threat as well as protect the Earth from the possibility that anything escaped from these massive walls. Indeed, it was a very intimidating structure. Within its walls, various cells of differing heights would house a variety of different kaiju subjects, ready to test any experiments Dr. Elstein had planned. The creatures themselves would usually be locked and chained as additional security protocols, within dark and cramped cells that barely fit them. The larger "Major-Class" containment cells at least had a little more leg-room for a reasonably sized Baron or Viscount-class to roam, but nonetheless it was an uncomfortable place for someone to find themselves in.
For the kaiju selected to test "Project: Alpha-Courier", it was going to be their first time being outside of their enclosures in a week since their last test. All would have a small device attached to their heads, a currently irremovable object that relayed orders translated into convincing frequencies the kaiju could understand. Their cells creaked into position, trading out empty cells already connected to the giant main hexagonal arena - a nearly 2500 meters wide in diameter and roughly 1000 meter tall interior. Once in place, the doors would slowly begin to rise... releasing the kaiju captives to a grungy metallic interior, overseen by tiny people from a screen high above their heads.
