Futuristic Mecha Bowl.

"And the referee has blown his whistle to be able to safely check on the pilot. If the pilot has survived, he will be taken to his side of the field, and into the locker room with a therapist waiting for him in the room over. And if not, which is always a sad possibility, then Decker will have to be ejected from the game." And as he said this, a small droid with the ref inside quickly flew down to the wreck that was the remains of the mech. Peeling back the armor of the mech as if it were peeling a banana, a green flare fired off, the pilot was alive. "And the pilot is ok. Decker will just have a yellow card thrown his way and a warning to exercise more caution."

Giovanni straightened out his tie, and began typing on the keypad. "And that Yellow Card will be an issue for Decker. However, that was a rather damaging blow to the Bull Sharks. However, they were quick to recover from previous attacks upon them." He continued typing. "But now then, as the carnage from both teams continues, there is another important factor that should be taken into consideration by both teams. Where is the ball, and who has the ball. Alongside the score that each team currently has."

(I said this once and I'll say it again. The Bull Shark floater is high up, very vry high up. And you only get three dice per post. If you throw all three dice at once, that's it. You don't get three roles, just three dice.)

Eva swore as the floater hit her, feeling her own mech starting to spin out of control. Her hands flew across the dashboard of the cockpit, attempting to stabilise her floundering machine.

Just before Eva's floater crashed to the ground, it stabilised. Eva sighed in relief, before she began to increase her altitude. Her floater rose, gaining altitude but still below the Bull Shark. As she rose, she felt her mech starting to rattle worryingly, and decreased her altitude slightly. The rattling ceased.

That floater must have done more damage than I though- I don't have the height advantage any more. That's going to make things difficult...

Bringing her floater to a wobbling hover, Eva watched the opposing floater.

I need to hold that thing's attention, otherwise it'll trash my guys on the ground.

Gunning the engines, Eva launched her mech into a swooping dive, priming her EMP cannon. As she passed beneath the Bull Shark floater, she threw her mech into a loop-the-loop. For a moment, she had the Bull Shark floater in her sights. She opened fire with both EMP, and chain-gun.

Eva swore again as both shots passed harmlessly to either side of the Bull Shark. Her cockpit was flooded with red light, and flashing on the dashboard, two messages.

EMP overheating, and Secondary Weapon Empty.

Eva righted her floater and darted back across the pitch, trying to put some distance between herself and the enemy before turning to face it again.

So, I'm down to my EMP, and for now that needs to cool down. Great- I'm pretty much defenceless. I suppose now I just have to try dodging until my EMP comes back online.

The Deadman was called over to the sidelines. The coach informed him of somethint that made him leave the stadium in a hurry.

"And that's half time." the veteran announcer said before the game could continue. "If the Bull Sharks play this right, they coukd steal the victory from the Cotton Mouths without a problem. If we were to take a behind the scenes peek in the Bull Shark garage, I'd be willing to bet that they are fixing up the damage done to Ivan's mech. And on the Fotton Mouth's side, Decker is no doubt being yelled at by the coach. He'd be yelling at everyone, just to be safe. We really expected them to all play better, I am sure."
