Futuristic Mecha Bowl.

Soviet Panda

Red Panda Commanda.
Roleplay Type(s)
The year is 30XX. Earth has united under one flag, on matters of peace and protection. Human kind has explored their solar system, and has even just begun colonizing. These colonies are mostly made up of miner and farmer famalies, which produced goods for all. The recent abundance of materials has caused a boom of production, which lead to more inventions, which lead to the most popular game on Earth, Mecha Bowl. At first, it was just a glorified version of rugby. But eventually, with developments of improved alloys, it had taken a more dangerous turn, and thanks to the populations love for destruction, proven a a very famous shooter franchise, it had become even more popular. Now, everyone wants to be one if these mech pilots, running at almost sonic speeds, weilding guns large enough to make Rambo, Chuck Norris, and even Bruce Lee reconsider their life choices. It had even become a sport for local for the highschool and colledge teams, even super conglomerates have made a gamble. You, are part of the latest team formed by one of these conglomerates, called Dr. Goods, who focus on medical goods such as anti-venom. They have named the team the Cotton Mouths, after a very poisonous North American snake. Will your team be able to reach the championships and claim the trophy as your's? Or will team infighting cause the team to fall apart and disband?

"Welcome to the beautiful Yeti arena located here in the Himalayas." Said an older looking gentleman. This man, commonly referred to as the "Father of the Mecha Bowl", was one of the oldest announcers to date for the games. "For those of you just getting into the spirit of Mecha Bowl, let me explain the rules. The most important rule, is to get the ball" at this a picture of the ball showed up next to him. It was a roughly circular shaped ball, allowing it to bounce randomly, that was made out of metal. "And put it into the goal." and for this it showed a standard looking soccer goal, only this one was several stories tall and the netting was made out of chain links. "Second rule. This is a rather new one, actually, added when there was the untimely death of a Sprinter. And this, is to not go out, and try to kill the opposing pilots. There mechs are fair game however. Rule number three, do not in any way harm or hinder the Goalie, doesn't make it fun for anybody. Final rule, if any pilot was to run out of ammunition, or their mech cannot continue, they are returned to a safe zone to be rearmed. In the case of the fallen mech, they are dragged off the field and are done for the rest of the game. Now, let us introduce the teams. We are in the Rookie class, so keep an eye out for rising starts. On the left, is the newly formed Cotton Mouths, formed by the Dr. Goods corporation. And on the right, the Tiger Sharks, also newly formed by the marine life study corporation. When the referee calls it, the game will start." The referee was dangling in a basket a fair distance above the arena, and what looked like a crane was holding the ball. Once all the players got into formation, the ref blew his whistle, and the ball dropped. "I am excited for this game folks, not only is this the opening night for these teams, but it will be my last game. And it looks like it will be a good last game."

Conner was in his Giant class mech, in his position as defender to blast the opposing Carrier if he crossed the line. How where the others going to handle their first game and the pressure that came with it? Would they even be able to work together as a team? these questions ran through his mind, and he came to the conclusion that it would have to wait until the game started. And then it did.

Jech listened to the new rule and was rather happy for it he felt like it took the long enough to have a rule like that when his father died they should have added it two years ago now.

Jech was in his sprinter class mech in the center position the same position his father used to play years ago he was like carrying on a legacy of center players. He took a look around at the team, he knew very little about everyone and even less about their play style but it didn't bother him as long as he has faith in himself and his team mates they would be able to win this game. To most he would seem at a clear disadvantage from what he could see he was one of the only people to be using no range weapons. He was waiting for play to start and as soon as he saw the ball begin to drop he pushed forward closer to where the ball was hoping his teammates could see what he had planned which was to try and rush the first point. He pulled out one of his mech's swords at the ready as he approached the ball a smile came on his face and he remembers the thrill of how it used to feel.

((Well I got to go sorry if its slightly short was rushing.))

"Ok now this is like the first day at school lets get this party started"he says too himself as he was in his Titan Class mech and a Atacker in the Frontline and it was his Duty too get the ball,And take the players down,As he would be in his BM Suit and would start too move in his suit as the mech would start too move and he located in the head of the large mecha as he had plane too Let the fast ones get the ball and he would take others down,as he would start too run as fast as he can as his mech stomp on the Field making his way towards the Opposit atackers...as there was going too be scrap too clean

(What class a mechs are in the Opposit team?)

"Well, I am sorry to see such a Veteran Announcer go." Giovanni said as he glanced towards the esteemed announcer. Hopefully the current goalie stays in, and I can just stay here behind the booth, and crunch the statistics. But I have this general feeling, something will go wrong, and I will have to go in, before I finished crunching the numbers. But, I should not worry about that, besides I have yet to calculate how likely it is. Now then, back to actual calculations. He thought to himself, as he began typing out on a nearby keypad. "Yes, both of these teams are starting out in the game of Mech Bowl." Giovanni said in his typical dry monotone.

He continued typing at his keypad, "However, this is not the only relevant statistical factor in calculating the most probable winner. The condition of the Yeti Arena's ground, the current wind speed, the model of the Mechas that the players will be using, the mental and physical conditions of the pilots, and many, many more factors will play a part in determining this match." He paused for a moment, as he adjusted his tie, tightening it up. "A rather curious factor that will come into play, is the composition of the Cotton Mouths. For they do not possess the typical formation of two centers, two defenders, and two attackers. The team has more dedicated attackers, this does increase their probability of gaining ground, and pushing through the Tiger Shark's defenses. However, they have a lower probability of successfully defending their own territory."

Glancing over at his suit, he brushed his under-shirt, with his left hand. "As for the Tiger Sharks, they are sticking to the common formation of two centers, two defenders, and two attackers. Their defense will be tested against the Cotton Mouths' offense. However the with the Cotton Mouths, deviance to the typical pattern of defense, the attacking units of the Tiger Sharks have a better probability of getting through."

Giovanni continued typing on the keypad, as he spoke again in a dry manner, "I will not reveal the precise statistics, as much as I would like to, as I do know that people like to gamble on this sport. As such, I will not reveal the most likely outcome, in order for people to get their thrill of the game." He sighed, as he idly adjusted his suit lapel, making sure it was in a prim and proper position. He then fiddled with the collar buttons of the suit. "However I will say, the basics and the fundamentals are key to this sport. And from initial observations and calculations, the Tiger Sharks have a better grasp on the basics than the Cotton Mouths." He glanced back at his lapel, confirming that he had adjusted it. "Now then, I suppose we shall see which of these two teams will secure the first victory. And yes, I have crunched the numbers on this to determine the team most probable to achieve victory. Yes, it should be a most interesting match."

The Black Widow had been lowered into the arena and Logan stood upon the ground next to the other members of the newly formed Cotton Mouths. As the others stood silent Logan began blaring some loud and obnoxious pregame music through his built in speakers to get his teammates into the groove and to get the crowd pumped up, believing that any sensible person would share his tastes in music he blared the song without any regard for people who would dislike his taste in heavy electro, who didn't like that stuff anyway. Logan was going through his usual pre battle routines as the other mechs were lowered into the arena and he envisioned the millions of fans who would be tuned in to watch him play. Decker smiled to himself, he was ready and he was calm, brimming with the irrational confidence that often came when a college athlete made their pro debut. Decker moved his arms and leg joints to test the responsiveness of his system, doing a few shadow boxing moves and bouncing on the balls of his feet, everything appeared normal to him and all systems read full capacity so Decker moved on to the next step of his pre game ritual. After checking the physical operational levels of all joints, motors, rotors, and hydraulic systems, Decker went through his safety sub routines, turning the safeties of his weapons off and unlocking the sub level weapons systems that were hidden beneath armor plating. Logan proceeded to prime the boosters on his back and quickly tested the thrust generators to make sure they were in working order, sending the mech skywards a half dozen feet before Logan pulled the thrust back on his boosters, returning the mech to a standing position. The MK3 generator in the hub of the Mech purred as it finally was given tasks worthy of it's power and Decker simultaneously turned to face the cameras, putting his hands up attempting to boost the excitement of the croud, earning a slight increase in the noise coming from the seats which were located high above the field of play. Decker looked through his HUD towards the crowd above him, it was his time, and he was prepared for the game, in his eyes it was nothing new, what is the difference between a pro and a college Mech Ball player other than a paycheck. "This is your boy, the one and only Logan Decker clocking in to go to work, Cotton Mouths bout to kick some ass, over" said Decker through the intercom which connected the team. As he said the words the ball dropped and the game began.

The other sprinter moved quick off the bat making a run for the ball in the center, Decker wouldn't be so rash with his approach, instead he launched himself into the air with the help of his boosters, quickly moving up the right side of the field. As the other teams attackers made a play for the ball and for Decker's teammate he would come in from the flank and use his advantageous position to hammer the opponents. As Decker landed on the far right side he withdrew his automatic bolt cannon (Single handed SMG) and his chainsword from the holsters of the Black Widow. "Jech I got your back on the midfield lets fuck em up" yelled Decker over the blaring music that he had forgotten to turn off.

"Seems like a Logan Decker, one of the centers for the Cotton Mouths is enjoying his music. If I remember right, this is his first game in the big leagues. In the college division, he played with (can't remember it, sorry) and made a killing off of it. In an interview, he seemed to brag about decapitation an opposing players mech, certainly a force to be reckoned with."

(As a brief side note, the Yeti Stadium's environment is a very rocky, very cold, and very windy. All of these push the pilots and mechs to the limit. Wind knocks the ball of course, terrain provides cover yet hard going for grounded mechs. The cold is both a benefit and a hindrance, possibly freezing mechs and providing natural coolant.)

Giovanni adjusted his tie again. "Ah yes. The excitement is palpable." He said dryly. "Well, he should be a valued player in the Cotton Mouths, owing to his past experiences in the game. However, this is not a simple college league game, this is the real deal." He adjusted his lapel again. "I suppose we shall see whether or not the pressure of being in the Big Leagues will get to him, and to his performance." He returned to typing on a keypad, as he continued to crunch out numbers and calculations.

Kiro synced with his mech. When they're synced he no longer referred to it as a mech but himself. He tested his movements and made sure they responded directly to him. He was an attacker and didn't care much for his role and was planning on spending more time attacking enemy mechs. As the influence of the consciousness of his mech took effect his bloodlust slightly increased. Though technically his mech lacks weapons, it sure has one kickass ability and is one rare organic machine.

He didn't care much for the odd music. He only then made sure to switch on his chatline. The ball dropped and he sprung into action. The mouth of his mech the Deadman opened and released a bone chilling roar. "Ahhhhhhrooaaaaaaaaaaaggggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhh!" He put one foot forward and pushed off towards one of the defenders. Two crimson blades of solidified blood sprung from the Deadman's forearms. He towards the first one and dashed to snap it's head clean off.

[dice]1387[/dice]

He snapped it's head off after a few seconds of forcing it through the enemy mech's armor. He turned to get a better look at, it appers the Giant was a more centaur looking mech but it was blandly colored. He noticed it turret that seem to fire high impact shots by it's design. It held two javelins in it's hands. Now it slumped to the ground. "One down!" the mouth of the Deadman barked aloud for the whole stadium to here.

"And it looks like one of the Bull Sharks' Giants are down. Their defense will certainly be effected by this. But they are pushing hard for the ball, using their two centers to try and tag team it. The Titan in front with the Sprinter in back, a classic maneuver." The man continued his narration of what was happaneing.

What was happening, was that the Titan opened fire at Jech's mech, hoping to disable one of the centers. The Titan in question looked like a mechanized Viking, while the Sprinter looked like a dog standing on it's back legs. The Springer made a dash for the ball, hoping to open things up. Meanwhile, the gunzerk, looking like the terminator, sprayed wildly at the defender, trying to hit the legs, while the Floater focused it's attention on the only other thing in the sky.

[dice]1390[/dice]

(Titan failed, Sprinter got the ball, and gunzerk was able to hit the Giant, my character.)

Decker spotted the enemy floater as it made a bee line towards Eva's mech, the floater was quite heavy for a flying mech and had a sold layer of armor protecting much of it's surface, but it's head protruded clearly from the top of it's armored body, giving Logan a solid target.

Enemy floater pictured below

"That floater is going to be my first kill in the pros boys" said Decker over the intercom, declaring with confidence that he would take down the flying machine. Decker had experience dealing with floaters, it was almost always his first and favorite target in the field and he had outfitted his mech with weapons designed for floater destruction, he had a plan and he had done it many times before without fail, and in his mind, failure wasn't even possible. Decker sheathed the sword of the Widow and strapped the mechs SMG to it's leg, and simultaneously he activated the kinetic boosters on the knuckles of the Widow, preparing his mech for close quarters combat. The vibrating bayonetta sprung from the top of the widows right fist and as it protruded from the hand of the mech, Decker aimed his grappling hook towards the flying enemy, and fired the grappling hook at the mechs topside. If the hook landed, Decker would then tow himself up to the flying machine, using his bayonetta he would go straight for the head where the sensory modules were located, effectively ending the mech before it could do any damage to Decker's allies.

[dice]1392[/dice]

Unfortunately for Decker, the hook didn't find a purchase within the thick upper armor of the mech, as the mech rotated to face him, Decker activated his rocket pods. Decker then fired off one salvo from each shoulder, attempting to overwhelm the mech with the overwhelming number of explosives.

[dice]1394[/dice]

The first salvo went wide, only a few of the rockets clipped the mech and none inflicted severe damage. The first salvo did however drive the mech into the line of fire of the second salvo. The rockets impacted the mech in several key spots, none ended the mech but it had lost many of it's sensory tools and one of the three thrusters it used shuttered off, slowing the floater and causing it to reduce in altitude. The mech targeted Decker's widow in response, Decker immediately took evasive action, moving swiftly in between rocks and other pieces of rubble that had been used for cover. The pilot of the floater activated a large artillery piece that slowly emerged from it's green chest, a single good shot from the cannon would most likely cripple Decker. The floater fired at Decker as he took evasive actions.

[dice]1395[/dice]

While he dodged the brunt of the attack, several pieces of rock smashed into his chest and right leg, causing minor damage. "Thank god for insurance" muttered Decker to himself as he leaped into the air using his thrusters, once again he squared his grappling hook on the upper body of the mech and after squaring the digital sights on his HUD he fired the grappling hook at the flying mech's upper body.

[dice]1397[/dice]

The grappling hook found purchase on the damaged torso of the mech and quickly pulled him in before the floater could react. The floater was larger than Decker's Widow by a good bit, but Decker had dexterity and speed that the floater couldn't match. Decker climbed around onto the back of the floater and went for the head with his bayonetta.

[dice]1399[/dice]

The slice wasn't exactly clean and it took some prying for Decker to remove the head of the floater but it finally came free in a spurt of mechanical fluid and wiring. The mechs fell from the sky and before the floater reached the ground, the pilot of the enemy tried one last trick in his or her desperation. Using the guns on the hands of the floater the pilot of the enemy began firing wildly into the air, trying to clip Decker.

[dice]1400[/dice]

For the most part the shots missed, although some clipped the side of his chest, the Widow was undamaged aside from some paint scratches. As the mechs approached the ground, Decker and his mech jumped from the chest of the floater, landing in the dirt as the enemy floater lay crippled in a small crater. Ignoring the rest of the battle, Decker ran over to the crippled mech, using his chainsword he sliced the arm off the floater and held it above his head toward the crowd, his face lighting up in excitement as he heard the roar of the people through the radio broadcast he was playing inside of his cockpit, the people were loving it, the Cotton Mouths were truly a vicious team of warriors, at the current rate it would be the whole Cotton Mouth team versus a Goalie. "Anybody see that, that's how you kill a fucking floater 101" said Decker loudly and boastfully over the intercom towards his teammates. Decker then looked downfield, he could see that one of his teammates had been damaged and the current carrier was in the middle of hellfire, dodging incoming attacks from a Titan and a Gunserk stood nearby, ready to engage Decker's fellow attacker. Decker activated his jet boosters, moving quickly to where the action was taking place. "Jech I got your six" yelled Decker.

Eva's face was a picture of concentration, making constant adjustments to her Floater's yaw and altitude.

Damn, its difficult to fly in this wind. I just keep getting buffeted by it- makes it almost impossible for me to bring this thing to a stable hover.

She briefly took her eyes off the cockpit's instruments to scan the battlefield for incoming targets. She swore; a floater, coming straight for her. It seemed well armed and armoured,

But that'll just make it too slow.

Eva turned her mech to meet the new threat, adjusting her altitude to give her a height advantage.

From here I can swoop down on the thing. Maybe get an easy shot off on it-

She spotted the grappling hook scratch the enemy floater's hull before retracting once more. The mech turned it's attention to the new threat -which only appeared as a friendly green blip on Eva's radar- and started to weave drunkenly as a flurry of missiles whizzed past.

Looks like someone has that thing occupied- thanks, whoever that is.

Turning her attention back to the field, Eva spotted a sprinter making for the Cotton Mouth goal- ball in hand.

"No you don't." Eva hissed, pushing her floater into a dive, priming its EMP cannon as she did so.

[dice]1403[/dice]

The EMP blast caught the sprinter's leg, shorting the circuit and tripping the mech. It ploughed across the ground, leaving a trench of scarred earth in its wake. Eva brought the floater to a rough hover and turned it through 180 degrees to face the downed sprinter. Even as she did so, it was starting to clamber back to its feet.

Didn't manage to shut it down entirely, but at least I slowed it down. Time to really hurt the thing.

Eva thumbed a button on her joystick, which caused the floater's chain-gun to whir into life.

[dice]1404[/dice]

A tirade of rounds shredded the Sprinter's back, as many shots finding chinks in it's armour as were deflected by the heavy alloy. Eva spotted sparks of electricity, and then flames. The wounded mech shuddered briefly, tried to climb to its knees, before collapsing to the floor once again.

One kill for me- not bad, considering this is only a support mech.

Eva increased her elevation once more, bringing her up to height where she could survey the battlefield.

So where am I needed next?

Jech smiled seeing that he teammates had already been able to get two mechs down currently. Jech didn't turn back even as he saw the opponents sprinter in hand if one sprinter could make it through the rest of his team what chance would they have to do anything well luckily it was destroyed before it got a goal. "Decker keep up the balls going to be coming your way." Jech said since the sprinter with the ball was down he pulled back and sprinter towards the down sprinter and received the ball. He instantly threw the ball hoping for a good fast and accurate throw to Decker. [dice]1405[/dice] Which didn't work out the way he wanted instead it was still a very fast ball but it went straight passed Decker and into the hands of the opponents gunzerk. "So this is what happens when you don't play for a few years." He muttered to himself angrily before retaking his position at center he was going to make up for his mistake as he saw the gunzerk trying to make a play to the right side but using his mechs speed Jech caught up with him easily. Almost in a instance Jech was right up in its face and with his sword drawn he was going to try and slice and its legs. [dice]1406[/dice] He completely missed and ended up cutting his own left mechs leg and the gunzerk was past him out of pure frustration Jech threw one of his sword at the gunzerk back knowing his luck so far he expected it to miss. [dice]1407[/dice] He didn't but instead hit it in the leg no major damage but it sure slowed it so much so that Jech was right on its tail and looking to catch it with ease. He got into jumping range luckily his own leg wasn't very badly damaged but he could sure see the difference in speed from before for some reason the gunzerk seemed not to want to attack him maybe he was just toying with him either way he knew what he wanted to do. He pulled out his only other weapon another sword and leaped at the mech attempting to dive at it and stick his sword through its back. [dice]1408[/dice] He landed to dive and clung to the mech but once again missed his attack this really wasn't his day but at least he was in his range now hopefully after god knows how many tries he could get the ball back with his free hand the one with the sword in it he put it in front of the gunzerk and spun it around one slight mess up and his mech would also get injured this was a risk but one he was willing to take. [dice]1409[/dice] It wasn't what he wanted and he skimmed his own mech what a surprise this really wasn't his day but at least the other mech took the hit even if it wasn't anywhere vital he let go with his other hand the one not on his sword and reached for his sword on its leg which he pulled out he was rather angry now nothing was going right. "Thats it." He muttered he turned the sword so it was facing the mechs chest where in a human the rib cage would be he hoped that this would finally go right. [dice]1410[/dice] He hit it no vital damage which annoyed him but the gunzerk slowed alot more it now began to try and shake Jech off which made him know he has done some damage the shaking intensified and Jech found it hard to stay on. [dice]1411[/dice] Jech manages to stay one but loses grip on one hand making him drop on of his swords leaving him with one hand just dangling down. He placed his now free hand on his other arm to give that hand more power he could tell that he has done some damage but still it wasn't enough if he failed this attack he would fall off the gunzerk and once again injure himself but to be honest he didn't care anymore. He tried to pull his sword to the side chopping the gunzerk nearly in half. [dice]1412[/dice] Jech completely fails and falls off the other mech hitting his stuck sword on the way down which fell with him. The gunzerk ran past him and he just laid on the floor he was so pissed of at himself just how much still did he lose during his not playing period. He was decided if he should get up and chase the Gunzerk once again if he did he would just end up trying to hit it with a thrown blade once again or he could just lay there feeling sorry for himself. [dice]1413[/dice] Jech smiled an he stood up picking his blade up as he did. He threw his sword just at he was planning to direct hit right in its back causing it to fall he sprinted over and once again picked up the ball his mech was quite badly injured from his own fails and he would stand no chancing running it up just yet. The moment of truth once again he once again attempted to threw the ball to Decker. [dice]1414[/dice] He throws the ball it goes ridged and it was another terrible threw but luckily it goes quite closer to Decker than the titan that was there still Jech was not pleased with himself not in the slightest.

((WOW my luck sucks.))

"Instant oil shed. The Cotton Mouths only Floater, an Eva Woods, gas managed to disable ger first opponent. Certainly that will be a moment to remember. And what's this? The Bull Sharks Gunzerk had gotten the ball, curtusie of the Cotton Mouths Center Sprinter Jech. And the Gunzerk is moving to the gaol, apparently ignoring the gnat that is Jech. And a lucky hit for Jech, but another bad pass. And before anything else can happen, the Bull Sharks head coach has called a time out, most likely to replace the fallen warriors. We will be right back afrer these messages."

(Interact with each other now, game re starts once @darkev posts)

Before Decker could make a dash for the ball and subsequently fight the titan a timeout was called, Decker turned to go to the forming huddle with frustration on his face. "Fuck I was in the zone, it was so over for that titan" thought Logan before speaking over the intercom. "Jech, great pass by the way" said Decker over the intercom with sarcasm in his voice. "I'm calling that Titan, if he's going to try and stop me from getting that goddamn ball I'm going to rip his mech's head straight off it's fucking shoulders, I'm gettin at least two decaps this game just know that" said Decker to his teammates with cockiness and excitement in his tone as they slowly gathered in a huddle during the timeout.

Giovanni was engrossed in the initial series of number crunching. Aaaand finished. He thought to himself. "Well those certainly were action packed events so far." He said, while checking back at the statistics he had calculated. "The Sharks have a good grasp on the fundamentals."

Giovanni did a bit of mental arithmetic as he began typing on the keypad again. These new variables had entered play and he knew they had to be accounted for.

Jech sighed and decided to ignore Decker it wasn't even worth it in his eyes he was slightly too cocky for his own boots. Jech began to think over how terrible he did during the first part of the game before his brain remembered his fathers death playing the exact same game he was now and it scared him to think the same could happen. "Maybe this mech's just bad luck." He muttered to himself since it was mostly made up from the remaining parts of his fathers old one, but now wasn't the time to be thinking about that he was just going to focus on having a better game after the timeout.

Eva brought her floater down to hover over the heads of her teammate's huddle. Setting her mech to autopilot, she reached into her glovebox and produced a fizzy drink. Cracking open the can, she took a long swig.

Too hot in here- the aircon must have gone.

Reaching over to the floater's control panel, she pressed the button which opened the cockpit hatch. Giving the autopilot one final check, she hooked her radio to the belt of her jeans and climbed the ladder to sit on top of her floater. The Himalayan air was bracing on her exposed arms, but Eva had never been bothered particularly by the cold. She just appreciated the fresh air. Unclipping her radio, she raised it to her mouth.

"Not a bad start to the game guys, though now we have the binge-killing out of the way lets try for a goal this time?"

Eve doubted her team mates would pay much heed to her suggestion. Seemed most Mech-Bowl players played purely for the fury of mech-to-mech warfare, rather than to score goals and win the match.

Maybe its a guy thing, Eva mused.

"Definitely boss woman" said Decker with a slight tinge of sarcasm in his voice, "Why is she telling us what to do" he thought before continuing. "I'm getting at least one or two goals this game, scoring is what I do, I'd probably have one already but there's been a rash of bad passes going on" said Logan, clearing his throat sarcastically, once again jabbing at Jech.

"You, shut up. And you, get your head in the game." Conner said, being unusually commanding. That guy that had played his music he whole time was starting to get on his nerves. And the guy that wasn't passing good was obviously thinking of something else. "And turn that crap off. I want to hear when the ref calls a penalty and we can get a shot at scoring.

"It's not that loud anyway, but relax pal, the music's going off" said Decker belligerently, switching off the music he had been playing "I don't get it, this music is the shit" he thought as he verbally commanded the mech's CPU to turn the song off. Decker freed his arm from the mechanical apparatus that wrapped around his arm and scratched his nose "Holy hell that itch was going to drive me insane" he thought to himself as he thoroughly ended the disturbance in his pore with the nail of his index finger.

Jech sighed he could do with Decker he kept yapping on about Jech mistakes yeah he would like to see him play while thinking about his dad who died playing this game. "Sorry just got alot on my mind." Jech said before once again going quiet once again he needed to get his head in the game he was doing terrible he even hit himself more than the opponent he was trying to get the ball off purely terrible he wanted to kick himself but what good would that do he just needed to try get his head fully in the game.

"Don't sweat it Jech, only fucking with you, everyone has a bad start every once and a while" said Decker, realizing that Jech wasn't in the right mindset to deal with harshly worded criticism, he needed to relax, not tense up more. Many of Decker's teammates in college criticized each other with reckless abandon, often making fun of the failures of others to try and motivate them, as he thought over the situation he realized that the approach he was used to probably wasn't the best one to take at this very moment. What they needed was some cohesiveness, not division and Decker would bite his tongue if it meant a more decisive victory.

"Look, I have a plan. Not sure how good it is, but its a start. Me and Eva will stay in the back, making sure to twke out their carrier. Jech and Decker, you do your job and get that ball. Yuri, use your size and bully them out of the way."

(Sorry i dint came early)

Yuri would be in his mech as he would remove his BMS and would start too push Buttons quickli on a panel on his mech,as the mech Rotating core slows down a little as it seems is in rest mode,as the Yuri would aproche the large glass of the mech on the head and look at his Wrist PDA and the glass would split and two and slide open,as Yuri would sit on the edge and look down at his team,as he hears what he would need too do he would nod and say "Got it dont worry i will get them out of the way"
