Because my plan was to have him already there and slowly have him seem more and more insane to everyone, that way it's more shocking

I have absolutely no problem with anything you put in there and I agree with most of it, but out of curiosity (Just so I can l know of Caspian's feelings towards Gem) did Catwoman leave him behind when escaping with her daughter? Just need to know.


Also just remember, things would also be kinda weird between them as they have these two sets of memories, one where they don't know each other at all and one where they were torture buddies, so things wouldn't be a okay from the get go.

She took Gem outside to a safe place and then went back in to free him. Then she met her grimly demise, while trying to crack the one code she couldn't crack : His cell code.
   
2. I planned on making my character cry when she first finds out her favorite villain died saving her so it's going to be a while before she gets used to it.

To be honest just because of the way Caspian is, if Catwoman had left him there, he probably would have hidden at least some hate for her
