  Ailments: Minerva is nearsighted. Though she can see things clearly up close, she has difficulty seeing things which are at a distance. Unable to afford corrective surgery, she's learned to adapt without. She wears glasses when working in the Justice Building but refuses to wear them when training with her brothers. She can aim well enough without her glasses but does have a hard time identifying people who are not close by.
  Strengths: Calm, self-reliant, adaptable
  Weaknesses: Apathetic, blunt, resentful, obsessive
  
• Alignment: Raised in a household that near-worshiped the Capitol, Minerva herself has been rather supportive of them. She's against the rebellions and is pretty sympathetic towards the Capitol and the order it pledges to maintain. This, however, does not mean she's entirely in agreement with how it chooses to maintain that order. She believes that they were too brash and too cruel in dealing with the uprisings, and largely believes that had they listened and made the appropriate changes, things would be improving more than they are currently.
  Though she may think herself a tad bit superior to them, she does not have any particular dislike of any of the outlaying districts. She genuinely wishes that they were more economically stable and as well looked after as the district she lives in.
  Lastly, she's no definite feeling about the Hunger Games. In enacting them, she believes that its original intent and message was purposeful... to unite a people under a common cause. She only wishes that the Capitol had further stressed the importance of that message. One brief and ancient little video prior to the reaping ceremony did nothing to remind people of the games reason for coming about in the first place.
  
  Sacrifice or victor? To be revealed...
  
  Why did they volunteer? Her brothers are entitled to their peacekeeping duties and her parents campaign for the Capitol's affairs in their Justice Building, but what is she doing? Where is her purpose? What is she accomplishing by filing papers and welcoming guests into the district day-by-day? She's some cog in a clock that turns on its own and she's done with it. She wants to be apart of something more. By volunteering for the games, she feels she can fulfill that need. Dangerous as it might be, she's never felt more comfortable with a decision. Whatever the outcome, she's ready for it.
