Seleme came back out and crossed her arms. She smiled at Brittany and kissed the top of her head. She glared at Trent "I'm going to work. Brittany will come with me, we both take school online. You will stay here and not screw up the house." she said with bitterness in her usually soft voice. She grabbed Brittany's hand and led her outside.

Brittany followed with happiness smeared on her face seeing Trent

Selene stalked out and led the young girl to her black Mustang. She helped the small girl into the backseat and then climbed into the driver's seat. She began driving to her job as a secretary for Selena Gomez's agent. It was a huge job and yet she hadn't met Selena yet. (They live in a large forest just outside of the border between New York and New Jersey.)

Brittany just buckled up looking out the familiar route to Selene's work and she played with her stuffed dog and pulled her legs to her chest.

(skip to heading home)Selene walked out of her office building and held Brittany's hand as the crossed the street to her car. She began driving home a smile on her face.

Brittany felt like her brain was worn out from school and then she was super tired from running up and down the office building's stairs so on the car ride home she drifted to sleep in her carseat after taking her tiara off and setting it beside her.

Selene smiled at the sleeping girl and pulled into the drive. She stepped out and pushed away Trent, who had come to get Brittany out. She picked up the girl and carried her inside. She lay her on her bedShe brushed away a few stray strands of hair and smiled.

Brittany vagley felt Selenes cool smooth toned arms under her then her soft bed and pillow so she curled up and tugged the blanket over her.

Selene smiled a bit wider and turned around to find Trent behind her "What the h3ll?" she whispered, not wanting to disturb Brittany.

Trent knew Brittany wouldn't wake so he spoke in a normal tone. "What?"

Selene rolled her eyes "Why the **** did you sneak up on me?" she said in a normal tone now that they were out of her room. She shut the door behind them.

He raised a dark thin eyebrow and snikered. "I had been standin' there for quit a while i followed you into her room."

Selene rolled her eyes and pushed him out of her way and went to her room. She sat on the bed and frowned.

Selene pursed her lips and stood up. She walked into the living room and sat beside Trent "Look, I'm sorry for being a total b*tch." she said.

Selene sighed "thanks for forgiving me," she said. She placed her hand over his and smiled.

Finally he was out of that horrible place. they called it the school. to Jace it was hell, and he got out but he had no where to go. he saw a car pull up and a girl step out. he watched as a guy walked out. Jace waited. he walked up to the door and knocked.

Selene glanced at the door. She stood and opened it "Can I help you?" she asked a look of questioning on her face.

Selene sighed "Jace, you always need my help." she said.

He rolled his eyes. "Not like this. You need to hide me. They're coming for me." he said.

Selene clenched her teeth "Oh, God help us." she said and grabbed his bags. "Get in. Now." She hurried off and made a quick phone call and opened the door at another knock.


Max had recieved the phone call from Selene. This was big trouble, luckily she had been in the area where Selene lived and got there in a matter of minutes.
