Max weight you can throw...

PS : what was is Rickshaw Hurling Technique? is it a charm like Hill-Hurling Might?
It's not an actual Charm. Flagg is mocking the situation because, honestly, throwing a ship is more mock-worthy than impressive. Seriously, there are better things to do with boats.

Now that depends on the tone of your game now; does'nt it?

Don't put words in my mouth. The "Charm" was written somewhat tongue-in-cheek, but I'm not mocking the idea. Rather, its an attempt to point out that if you want an Exalt to be able to throw a ship, and there's no combination of effects that will allow it, you can just create a Charm to make it possible. In Exalted, you can't ressurect the dead or go back in time. Everything else is possible.

Is this good enough for you > :/

Tornado's Might
Cost: 15m, 1wp; Mins: Athletics 5, Essence 5; Type: Simple

Keywords: Combo-OK, Obvious, Mirror

Duration: One Scene

Prerequisites: Increasing Strength Exercise, Rickshaw-Hurling Spirit

A Lawgiver is a force of nature. Even the eternal mountains themselves will turn angry and leap from the grounds to destroy those who dare oppose a Solar's will.

For the purpose of lifting and throwing, the Solar's (Strength + Athletics) is multiplied by (Essence x 2). The magic of this Charm renders structural integrity a non-issue--if a Solar so chooses, he may tear off stone towers from the ground and pull boats from the rivers without needing to worry about being crushed underneath by the debris. Furthermore, by spending an additional 1 temporary Willpower, the Solar may also multiply the throwing distance by his Essence rating for an action. Doing so counts as a Charm usage.

At Essence 6, this Charm's effect is calculated after bonuses to (Strength + Athletics) gained by other Charms and effects. At Essence 8, this effect becomes perfect--as long as the object can be thrown in a meaningful manner, the Solar is mighty enough to lift it. At Essence 10, the Solar learns to throw them helluva far, increasing the maximum throwing distance by the width of Creation itself--and beyond.

The Abyssals possess a Charm similar to Tornado's Might, aptly named City-Burying Method.

Once again, it seems a bit pointless. After a certain point, trying to throw bigger things just becomes a dickhat contest. It's like Super Saiyan 3.
