Upon entering, he exits the Jetstream and delivers a dropkick into the opponent's chest with his traction cleated boots. The opponent is knocked across the screen and briefly Stunned.

Dart Devil (Locked) - Hound fires a supersonic armor penetrating tungsten dart using a Jetstream straight at a target from his wrists. This attack ignores Blocking, Armor, and Barrier, and when it successfully strikes an opponent it removes the aforementioned Buffs.

Danger Close Air Support - Radioing in his allies, Hound calls in an F-35B Lightning for close air support. The attack aircraft strafes the battlefield with its GAU-22/A Autocannon, raining down 25mm rounds down on the field without mercy. All targets struck by this strafe receive Heavy Bleeding, including Hound if he get caught in the strafe.

Diamond Dart Storm (Locked) - Switching his ammunition, Hound equips his darts with unstable crystals tips that explode on impact. He fires twelve darts consecutively in the blink of an eye in a shotgun spread pattern. If struck by one of these darts, the target will be Burned and loses all stacks of Armor and Barrier.

Supercell Maelstorm (Locked) - Hound performs a rapid continuous series of Downbursts in rapid succession, dashing in at the opponent from every direction in a blur of speed. Each time he passes his opponent, he delivers a tornado roundhouse kick while in midair to both change his direction and strike the opponent. Each successful hit drains 1% of his HP on account of the amount of force that is being transferred through his legs with each kick. Opponent gains one stack of Slow.

RHINO Charge (Locked) - Hound syncs up his helmet with the control systems of the RHINO Anti-Armor Platform, giving him control of its EMP Missiles and 120mm Smoothbore Cannon. Any opponent struck by the Anti-Tank Missiles has their Specials briefly disabled, while any opponent struck by the 120mm cannon gets a gaping hole in their chest and instant death 3 stacks of Bleed.

Bronze tier, Nine Dives: Mao Mao gains enough energy to slash the target nine times. With every slash, he becomes increasingly vigorous, which causes him to value power over accuracy. As such, with a fast enough dodge, one can dodge the remaining slashes.
Silver tier, Cat Scratch Fever: Geraldine heats up as Mao Mao slashes repeatedly, turning each scratch from a cut into a sunburn. As soon as he stops, however, the blade cools down.
Gold tier, Lunar Lash: Geraldine collects light energy, then unleashes it on the desired target.
Diamond tier, Golden Truth Form: This version of Mao Mao comes from years of pent-up rage. If he is given sufficient emotional fuel, his fur will turn golden, he sees an increase in size, and his physical strength is heightened to tanklike levels. This form doesn’t last too long, however, as one punch usually takes up enough energy to shrink him back down to normal.

Silver tier, Kerfluffle: See the immense fluffiness of Marnie's ears? Well, during this move, they disperse their fluff into a big pile, which engulfs both Marnie and her target. Inside the pile, Marnie finds the energy to go, if you'll pardon the language, apeshit.
Gold tier, Bunny Party: Marnie temporarily splits apart into four Lopunnies, all of which barbarically "dance" on the target. Splitting into four quickly exhausts Marnie, and once she gets tired, the copies all disappear and return to the main body.
Diamond tier, Strength in Numbers: Marnie releases a shrill call from the depths of her throat. What do you see when the shout fades? An army of just about every Normal-type Pokemon you can think of. They mostly resort to trampling, though a couple may chuck a Swift at you.

    Leonidas' Isu-based Spear, handed down to Kassandra's mother and now her. Despite originally being broken into just a spearhead, it has been reforged to the point where it is almost its own blade. It holds near-untamable power, and grants its user various powers that normally would not be remotely dreamed of.
    Excluding Blockbusters, assume all Skills (and their Enhancements) available with the Spear are unlocked.
    However, the Spear of Leonidas is not a source of unlimited power; its power must be generated via "Adrenaline", or constantly attacking foes.
    Most Skills require at least 1 "Adrenaline", though some cost more or less; most notably, Overpower Attacks cost up to 3 segments, Shadow of Nyx drains over time, and Rapid Fire takes 1/4 of an Adrenaline segment per arrow fired.
    For the sake of this RP, Kassandra will start out with 8 Adrenaline Segments per battle. Each hit will regenerate 1 Adrenaline segment excluding Rapid Fire- which will regenerate merely a quarter of an Adrenaline segment- and Fury of the Bloodline- which will generate 4 segments for a net of 3 segments. Hence, if Kassandra uses too many Overpower Attacks or misses too many attacks, she will be left vulnerable!

    M374 Hephaestus Combat Suit

    Earned as a reward for defeating Blood Gulch's menace, the Meta, this futuristic suit shows that its user means business. The Hephaestus Combat Suit comes with enhanced speed, enhanced strength, enhanced protection, a hardlight shield, a motion tracker, and active camouflage. However, most importantly, the Combat Suit's effects will stack with Kassandra's Spear of Leonidas; the former does not need to run on Adrenaline, meaning Kassandra's overall combat effectiveness will be vastly increased:
    Enhanced Speed allows Kassandra to move even faster than normal, as aforementioned. With this suit, Kassandra can even outrun cars and motorcycles, meaning she can utilize it to close a gap or perform evasive maneuvers (50% chance of dodging normal attacks). In addition, it will allow her to attack more frequently (two "attacks" per turn), and is essential to making Spartan Courage a rapid combo rather than a slow series of hits.
    Enhanced Strength enhances the Ancient Spartan's stopping power to more than match up against the Halo universe's top Spartans. With this, she has the strength to crush
    Enhanced Protection is somewhat self-explanatory, but its extent is relatively extreme. With a suit of similar caliber, Agent Maine was able to survive 9 point-blank Magnum shots to the throat- not to mention a sniper rifle shot. The Hephaestus Combat Suit can likely provide Kassandra with a similar amount of protection, plus a bit more thanks to her demigoddess-esque nature.
    Hardlight Shields provide a protective holographic barrier between its user and their foe. Though it is only projected directly in front of Kassandra, it can absorb a limitless amount of damage before it eventually dissipates.
    Motion Trackers will help keep tabs on foes that rely solely on disabling vision. Kassandra's Motion Tracker allows her to keep her eyes on the target, and is near-uncounterable.
    Adaptive Camouflage requires a couple seconds to power up, but once fully activated makes Kassandra near-invisible. Only shots that hit her will disable her camo unless she decides it is no longer needed.

Fatal Rush

Exclusive to this fighter, a Fatal Rush is a four hit combo that is performed in quick succession, starting off slow and if the first hit is landed, it stuns them and continues to stun them with each hit. It varies from combatant to combatant in the DOA universe, and Kasumi's is no different. Each of her hits, she mixes in her teleportation, leaving the opponent seeing only cherry blossom petals. If the first attack doesn't land, either by not hitting or being blocked, it leaves her vulnerable for the opponent to attack and she is unable to continue the combo.

Break Blow

Usually used at the end of the Fatal Rush, this attack is a powerful finisher sending the enemy backwards. Kasumi's Break Blow involves her teleporting up to her opponent and placing her hands on their stomach, firing an energy blast. Since this comes at the end of a Fatal Rush, it's unavoidable unless the first hit of the Fatal Rush is blocked or didn't hit the enemy. If the Break Blow is used on its own, she'll elbow the opponent in the stomach as a means to stun them and missing will render her vulnerable for a few seconds, unable to perform the Break Blow again for some time.

    An inherent trait of Sophitia’s fighting style, this cannot be countered or negated.
    Throughout a match, Sophitia can utilize two fighting styles: “Vanguard“, or “Evasion“. At the beginning of a match, Sophitia will default to her Vanguard styles; both styles are extremely potent, though they have their weaknesses and are vulnerable to Blockbusters.

    Vanguard takes advantage of Sophitia’s gods-blessed Elk Shield, allowing her to withstand less powerful attacks and go unscathed. The severity of an attack that hits Sophitia is halved. In addition, she will have a 40% chance of Guarding an attack, resulting in it dealing no damage. Finally, she may perform a Guard Impact if hit with a melee and successfully Guards, simultaneously stunning her foe after Guarding. It only occurs 40% of the time after a Guard is successful. However, this is not without its faults; heavier attacks (excluding insta-kills) will at least knock her guard open, and Blockbusters will completely ignore Sophitia’s Vanguard style. The former of which can force her to switch tactics depending on her foe’s usage of heavy attacks, and the latter will always pose a serious threat to the Athenian, especially in Vanguard.

    Evasion utilizes Sophitia’s more graceful, limber movement. Practically gifted by Hermes himself, the Holy Warrior will make use of her mobility to quickly get out of the way of an attack, whether it is via ducking, sidestepping, backpedaling, or a combination of the three. In this state, the Athenian simply possesses a 60% chance of dodging an attack, though doing so will not stun an opponent like a Guard Impact. This fighting style is significantly more useful against foes with hard-hitting attacks that would normally break her Vanguard tactic; after all, if they can’t hit Sophitia, she can’t be hurt. In addition, Sophitia moves faster in this state, allowing her to rapidly close the gap against foes who attempt to abuse ranged attacks. Unfortunately, larger area-of-effect attacks cannot be dodged, and Blockbusters will flat-out reduce Sophitia’s evasive chances to a pitiful 10%. In addition, she will take full damage if she fails to dodge; a few unlucky blows can be all it takes between sweet victory and bitter defeat.

    Signature Ability 2 (LOCKED [Diamond]):

    Resist Impact / Reversal Edge

    Another pair of inherent traits, these augment Sophitia’s defensive playstyle whilst simultaneously offering a way to seriously turn the tides and punish enemies who are too aggressive and liberal with attacks; both are similar in practice, allowing Sophitia to deflect attacks, but in practice are for different scenarios.

    Resist Impact allows Sophitia to immediately Guard Impact an incoming attack, regardless of her current stance. This costs half of a Soul Gauge bar, but can even be utilized against Blockbusters to completely hard-counter them before they even begin! If the Blockbuster cannot be countered, Sophitia will merely become “invincible” for the duration of the Blockbuster.

    “I won’t step down!”

    Reversal Edge grants Sophitia the ability to entirely counter an incoming melee attack, and retaliate with a shield slam and sword slash that deals twice as much damage as the assailant’s attack! This is telegraphed when Sophitia’s weapons glow a bright red, though the retaliatory move is extremely fast; only those who realize she is preparing a Reversal Edge will have time to get out of the way, and even then it might not be enough. Finally, a Reversal Edge will also charge Sophitia’s “Soul Gauge”, depending on how strong the attack was- the stronger the attack, the more Sophitia’s Soul Gauge will be refilled.

With a power drawn from the Cosmos, Umbra draws into his left hand's palm, to pull and unsheathe a blade of pure light and energy from the stars. Able to deflect bullets and slice steel, the blade can be out for an excessive amount of time.

Tenno Arsenal: Umbra is equipped with two weapons, a Braton Prime (SMG) on his back, his Skiajati (Massive 5 ft. katana) on his hip. Umbra has a small thin energy shield about a half inch away from his metallic "skin", able to take a certain amount of damage before dissipating. In addition, the shielding is able to be used as a cloaking, nearly perfectly mirroring the surroundings, due to the cloaking however, the shield takes more damage, able to be taken out much faster.


BLOCKBUSTERS:

Radial Javelin: With his sword, Umbra can suddenly infuse his Skiajati with energy that powers the Exalted Blade and stab the blade into the ground, causing energy lances and spikes to erupt from the ground and impale any hostiles around in a 5 ft circular radius

Radial Blind: Empowering the energy into the tip of the Skiajati's blade tip, Umbra can suddenly jab the sword into the sky, causing the weapon to emit a flash of white blinding light, similar to a flashbang

[LOCKED] Radial Howl: Filled with a nearly bursting power bank of rage, Umbra suddenly looks to the sky, screaming with a voice and a howl heard unlike any other as he bursts with his howl alongside a bright burst of light. The inhuman howl causes hostiles in range of the 5 ft. circular radius to be stunned from the ear piercing sound, unlike being blinded by his Radial Blind. In addition, All stunned opponents will now be vulnerable to his energy type, taking additional damage.

The ability allows Umbra to lose and drop all shields, armor, and resistances, but enhances his speed, damage, and reflexes to inhuman levels. Once this ability has been activated, all current other abilities on cooldown will be bursting with power, and though this power seems unstoppable, there are downsides. The ability may only be used once every battle, although Umbra may absorb energy attacks for more damage and power, he is extremely vulnerable to projectiles and takes twice the damage. After the ability ceases, Umbra is forced into a deactivated state. [Ability Duration: 20 Minutes]

In addition to providing its normal bonuses, his armor serves as a hard counter to instakills. When an instakill, in any form, is activated against Thel, and his shields are up, he is able to instead drop his current health depending on how much shield he has left, also depleting his shield and requiring an extra 10 seconds for it to recharge. The amount of health he is allowed to keep is proportional to the amount of shield he has left. 100% shield protects him completely, 75% shield leaves him at 75% relative "health," etc.

The Arbiter lets out an ancient Sangheili battlecry when heavily damaged (around 30% health, relatively speaking, since he doesn't exactly have hit points), giving him buffs. Any damage dealt to him is greatly reduced, and he doesn't feel the pain it would inflict. If he has his armor's energy shield intact, he gains an overshield equal to double that of his regular shield. His strength, speed, and agility are greatly increased, and can't be affected by psychological means. During the duration of WORT! WORT! WORT!, which lasts for 3 posts, he also takes decreased damage from his own Blockbusters in addition to his already heightened defenses. Can also effect his Swords of Sanghelios if they are on the battlefield when activated.​

Swords of Sanghelios
Two Sangheili uncloak from the shadows and come to Thel's aid. They come equipped with a standard Sangheili kit, including armor, energy sword, a carbine, and a plasma pistol. Their armor comes equipped with shields and active cloaking superior to Thel's. If on the battlefield when WORT! WORT! WORT! is activated, they gain buffs similar to Thel's, albeit decreased.

[Locked: Silver] Hunting Party
Thel calls in two Lekgolo Hunters to aid him in the battle, dropping in from above, landing near Thel. These Hunters are large creatures at 12 ft tall, formed by hundreds of worm-like Lekgolo. They are covered by strong armor, with bits uncovered to allow for mobility. They carry a large, thick shield and an assault cannon. The Hunter has incredibly strength, being able to lift their massive shield and use their equally large weapon, which makes up half of their right arm. Even if someone could lift the weapon, only the Lekgolo are able to activate it with their unique workings and physiology. The cannon itself is an improved version of the fuel rod canon, capable of firing large masses of plasma individually, or in one continuous beam. Using the latter attack requires a brief recharge period.

[Locked: Gold] Close Air Support
If the battlefield has an open sky with favorable weather conditions, Thel can order CAS strikes on the battlefield. 3 Banshee support craft descend from the skies to bombard his enemy on the ground. Each Banshee comes equipped with two Class-2 Energy Guns, capable of antipersonnel and damaging vehicles and armor, and two Class-2 Projectile Cannons, which are essentially plasma rockets. These projectiles are slower than the energy guns', and require 7 seconds between volleys, but they pack a bigger punch. Even without a direct hit, the resulting explosion can knock someone off their feet and deal intense damage in the form of burns, assuming it is close enough. Due to the Banshee's dive bombing nature, its strafe requires meeting the target head on, making it vulnerable to attacks.

[Locked: Diamond] Orbital Bombardment
The Arbiter can call on the Shadow of Intent to bombard the battlefield with a salvo of pulse lasers. Each laser striking the ground would be spaced out by a couple yards on average, but the impact creates a small shockwave that can disorient you at best and knock you over at worst, possibly causing damage in the form of burns and impact. Thel can specify the area of bombardment, and can be hit himself if not careful. Can only be used once per match.​

Other Info: Thel comes equipped with his usual kit of Arbiter's armor and Elite weapons.

Signature Ability 2: Goodbye! - a huge trailer comes flying from nowhere, and hits his target, sending them flying off the location. No, this won't kill his target, but they definitely won't be seeing Leon for a while. Lata bitch

Blockbusters:
Blockbuster 1 - BLAST OFF - if he shoots an opponent's limb, there's a 50% chance of it being blown off. If it's a head, there's a 35% chance of it blowing, and the opponent instantly dying.
Blockbuster 2: Explosion!!! - a big ass fuel tank will fall out from the sky, and hit his target. Then Leon will shoot the fuel tank, causing an EXPLOSHUUNNN. A big one.
Blockbuster 3: X-Terminate - he will find his opponent's weak spot, and shoots it in this sequence: 4 shots by his VP70 pistol, 3 by his shotgun, 2 by his desert eagle, and 1 long attack by his flamethrower. During this combo attack, the opponent will not be able to do anything.
Blockbuster 4: God Killer - he aims a rocket launcher at his target, and blast them. The more powerful the target is, the greater the damage. It scales with his target's power level. This is intended for insanely threatening opponents.

They've archived every TCS related thread except for HoTT and this thread. HoTT appears to have been spared because Eric scrubbed all of the TCS associations from the pages, but this one just seems to be an oversight.

Yea, obviously not. We were talking about the old TCS stuff in the TitM Discord and I was going through one of the old hubs for the funsies before I noticed this wasn't archived.
