Maybe a little heavy on the biotics but otherwise, yeah, it's actually kind of staggering how none of us have really stepped on each other's toes or all come out with three of the same archetype.

I agree! And I would say the amount of infiltration/tech peeps we also have balances with the biotics. Really surprised none of our characters have really clashed though.

True. Squad leader might better suit his temperament and preferences plus fits his infiltrator background. But he'll accept the role if needed which will possibly lead to comical reminders of how he hates leading even if in Xo position .
So do I. Can't see much they'd differ on except maybe occasional opinions like any characters would.
For the time being I can have him as Xo aboard (Ship info wip) unless another comes along and wants it. He's got the training and experience to lead, just lacks the desire and temperament for it.

Granted, so did most of Shepherd's team. And with a small force of under a dozen people, stealth is usually the best approach at least at first.

Yeah by stealthy I didn't mean special forces training, which is more general, my point was we've got a lot of infiltrators and vanguards, so a lot of cloaks to go around.

True enough, but just because a lot of us have that as an official designation doesn't necessarily mean that's how some of us operate. Just for instance, my character would prefer to drop stealth all together and bum rush the enemy. She's not stupid, so that's not something she makes a habit of doing, just that, all other things being equal, she has no fondness for walking in the shadows.
Even in canon, technically Garrus is an infiltrator due to his sniping specialty, but you don't see him skulking around. Same case with Legion, who pointedly says, "Geth do no infiltrate." They'd prefer to work openly, probably because subtle infiltration would only further suspicion against their people.

We were actually just saying that our team is pretty stealthy/subtle geared. So if you wanted to make someone who full auto is their go-to option, that would be something none of us have thus far.

We have a CO(my character) but no XO as of yet. As for roster... We have a medical officer, intelligence officer, pilot, infiltration specialist, Biotic Specialist and some other. Can't remember them all off the top of my head.
