Fandom Mass Effect Andromeda: APEX

The Turian nodded to the Angara when asked to show him what a video game was and then instantly stopped talking as he ran through the list of playable games he had with him. Most were downloaded to his Omni-tool and the device would cast a screen onto a surface like a projector while he used a small controller that was synced to his tool. The ones that weren't on his Omni-tool were stored on a drive that would have to be linked to some machine capable of running the software. Since he would have to find or make software that would work he would have to show the Angara one that was on his Omni-tool. The question on his mind was which one. He didn't know enough about the Angara's culture to know of a safe bet.

Most games reflected the race that made them, Turian games tended to have heroes that sacrificed themselves in the end, Salarian games were short and mainly used as teaching tools, Asari games tended to have elegant warriors who solved things through diplomacy unless there was no other option and then used an impressive show of biotics, and human games were as varied as humans were. A human game would probably be best, preferably one with an emotionally open character. Kirthos had picked out a game to show the Angara later by the time he made it to the med-bay for his physical. He made sure to go in and get the ordeal over with as fast as possible before heading to rest before Eos.

When they landed he heard the Angara's comment and found himself letting out a small amused hum from his sub-vocals. A small part of him wondering if the Angara would be able to pick up on the sound. "For future reference, you should also avoid teasing bartenders and waiters. They could slip something into your food and drink easily enough." That was advice he had learned the hard way after a cabal training mission on Omega. That was when Bradley spoke to them, but Kirthos said nothing else and instead started scanning around. From the information that they had, these Khet liked to spy on people. SilverFlight SilverFlight Angelsofblood Angelsofblood Melanin-Gxdess Melanin-Gxdess

Pat walked in the sand of Eos taking in the sights of the outpost, sand, why did it have to be sand. Hard to clean and damaging, yep sand. But he also knew sand could tell the story of a planet. Gotta stop with these philosophical thoughts... gotta stay focused. Pat looked to the horizon of Eos, he looked to the mountains surronding the settlement. He snapped out of his trance when he heard Kirthos the Turian speaking to Tarka the Anagarn. "Lighten up Kirthos, you might scare him." He said, trying to get a couple laughs out of his teamates. He knew the stories about omega station and the going on's there.

He looked to the mountains again and saw something on one of the cliffs. He squinted to make sure it wasn't a trick of the light. He saw a faint metallic shine from the cliff and saw something moving on the cliff "Kirthos, Tarka, you see that on the cliff over there?" He said as he pointed to it. If it was what he thought It was, the kett had a listening post on that cliff and now they knew the squad was on Eos.

While on their trip to Eos, Ximena watched out the window. Immediately she began to think about how this all looked. Reminded her a lot of when they first left the Milky Way galaxy. She played with her necklace again just like she had back then. She often thought about her reasons for why she was doing this; risking her life. Then it hit her that she didn't really have anything better to do. She followed the rest of her team out of the shuttle and immediately groaned. This planet had so much damn sand everywhere. One could only hope they didn't have to dive on the ground otherwise it would be everywhere. "It would get everywhere." She said out loud. She could just picture it now, taking a shower and having sand just fall out of places sand probably shouldn't be in at all. "Someone remind me? What are we supposed to be doing?" She asked while using her hand as a visor. Xi didn't exactly forget, but then again she did. Her memory was a terrible thing and she couldn't help it.
