I've tried to leave most things as vague as possible so you guys can imagine what you like, but perhaps just a tiny bit of backstory so we can keep things moving forward


You all live in a small hamlet of Lightveil,which is situated near the coast, its fairly medium sized so theres plenty of room for any sort of shop you can imagine. The RP will be starting as your characters get their invitations, though please don't spend too long going from receiving the invite to getting to the party, we want the characters getting to the Masquerade ASAP so the real fun can begin MUHAHAHA. The only thing I will be enforcing however is that everyone lives in either a town-house with other characters, or lives in a small apartment with either another character or alone, and everyone in the town knows each other well, so theres no need for introductions


(In case nobody knows, a town-house is just a small house that a few people live in, usually between 2-4)

Umbra is extremely secretative and quiet, always stoney faced and serious. Extremely observational, he is excellent and reading other people, from their thoughts and emotions to their desires. He also picks up on the smallest details, like a tiny food stain on a dress. A little arrogant, he likes to be in control unless he deems the person leading to be capable of doing a better job that himself. However, he is not selfish - he will protect anybody else with his own life. Rather, due to his harsh manner of speaking, monotonous emotionless voice and sometimes sweeping statements, he is often singled out as horrible, yet really he does not intend to harm anybody.

Tall and skinny, with short hair that is a lifeless pale. Tends to wear black, and always wears long-flowing dark scarves. As such he is quite weak physically, but is ablt to fit into crowds and observe, making up for physical shortcomings with a great mind.

A simple black tux with a red cravat. His mask is simple and black, just covering his lifeless grey eyes, with grey angel wings emerging from each side. Also has a more formal scarf.
